  Highly Recommend!

  I highly recommend Kayla Huston Events! I booked her as a month of coordinator and I honestly couldn’t imagine our wedding day without her. Our day was completely stress free and went so smoothly because of her. She was also a big help with a lot of details leading up to the wedding and so many of her recommendations are what made our day even better than we imagined. We received so many compliments from our guests and vendors regarding her professionalism and attention to detail. My one piece of advice to future brides is to book her for your big day!

  So Much Love for Kayla!

  I could write a essay about this amazing woman! Kayla I can’t thank you enough for all the hard work and dedication you put into everything you do. If you’re someone who’s honestly thinking about getting a wedding planner just to do it I can’t tell you how much stress and time Kayla helped me with. If I could do it all over again I would choose Kayla every single time! Even on day of crisis’s She always remains calm and always continues giving 150%!   There are truly no amount of words to describe how incredibly grateful my husband, family and I are for Kayla. Kayla helped us plan not one, but two weddings due to unforeseen circumstances, and she did not bat an eye once. She was there for every freak out, and to answer every single phone call, email and question I had. She provided the best, most professional vendor recommendations and even took the time to look into the vendors I wanted to find on my own. She helped bring my vision to life even better then i could have imagined it myself. There are not enough good things i could say about Kayla and her team from day one down to days following our wedding day. Kayla goes above and beyond x a millon and I cannot wait to use her for so many more events to come.

  Absolutely Amazing!

  Kayla was a breath of fresh air and brought new ideas. She stepped in the last 30 days of my wedding planning and really made it top notch! There are so many little details she coordinated at the end that I would never had made it without her. I’m still getting phone calls and texts from our guests saying what a beautiful and fun wedding! Best Event they have attended in a long time. She really has an eye for style and keeps things so organized like a well oiled machine from start to finish! Don’t think twice about Kayla, she really proves herself over and over again. My only regret, is I wish I had hired her sooner.

  The absolute best

  Kayla and Samantha made my wedding day a dream! They worked with me to make every detail perfect and beautiful. They also made sure no one felt stress and everything went smoothly. They were at every meeting from start to finish and kept all of our vendors organized and under control. I’m forever grateful for them both and know that I couldn’t have done it without them both!

  Absolutely Phenomenal!

  Before my wedding, the one piece of advise I would give any Bride is to have a coordinator. However, after my wedding I would say your coordinator needs to be Kayla! Kayla and her team were such a pleasure to work with! She made sure everything ran smoothly and never missed a beat! Since I work in the wedding industry, I was very picky about all the vendors I had by my side on my wedding day and Kayla Huston Events was the best decision of the entire process! She is very organized and was able to handle my 20 person wedding party! I love working with Kayla Professionally and it made working with her for my own wedding even more stress-free!!!

  I was sooo stressed out trying to plan a wedding. You don't realize how many things you need to do until your in it for real! From picking the theme, dress, colors, decorations, all the way down to "Oh wait, I need 100+ stamps!?" What the!? LOL You don't think about all those little details. I looked at my Fiancé at the time and said, "I don't think I can do this alone, I need help!" I found Kayla and so glad I did! She did an excellent job and one thing I do have to say, is that she KEPT ME ON TRACK! I would come up with something crazy and she would look at me and be like no, not at all because then you will have to worry about this and that and yada yada yada, and she was RIGHT every single time LOL If you need a wedding planner I def. recommend Kayla Huston Events 100%! Spend that extra money, because you also want to ENJOY planning it, not stressing the whole time and she made that happen for us! Thank you Kayla! ❤

  The Best Wedding Planner

  Kayla was always so detailed and listened to what our visions were. We couldn’t have asked for a better advocate for us from the day we hired her all the way through the wedding. Kayla always kept everything running smooth and helped the wedding planning and day be less stressful. Even our guests were so impressed by Kayla. So grateful to have had her be a part of our wedding! 100/10 would recommend

  Event Planner Extraordinaire: Kayla Huston

  Our wedding was a few months ago and I am already thinking of other events I could hire Kayla Huston to plan. Kayla and her team went above and beyond from our first phone call to the wedding day. I felt like Kayla could read my mind! She navigated everything seamlessly and I mean everything: my likes, dislikes, family, weather, timeline, etc. Kayla and her team set up the night before and morning of the wedding so I didn’t have to worry about anything. I rented a large property for the weekend with two houses, a front yard for the ceremony, and we brought our boat for the exit. Kayla Huston Events arranged and physically decorated/set up/coordinated each space. We had a champagne toast and tumbler wedding favors that Kayla and her team placed on a large champagne wall she had custom built based on my vision. Kayla decorated our boat with flowers that we used for our exit. I am sure Kayla and her team did much more that I hadn’t noticed. Kayla Huston Events took care of it all. Kayla also has an amazing style. I wasn’t sure what “look” I wanted for my wedding and I would describe what I wanted it to feel like and Kayla would offer beautiful recommendations. She can work within your budget and is flexible. She is also very connected to vendors and can send a quick text to ask/confirm something. I had multiple vendors and Kayla coordinated with them all so it was smooth on our wedding day. I also have to mention that Kayla is wonderful to talk to and calmed me down multiple times. I say this because I wouldn’t even mention feeling stressed during our update calls/meetings yet she knew and would talk through it with me. She is a mind reader! Kayla is organized, professional, and cheerful and I would highly recommend Kayla Huston Events for your wedding or any event.

  Kayla Huston & her team SAVED my wedding on countless occasions. I didn’t think I’d need a wedding planner. But I booked one anyways, as a safety net. Turns out I was in way over my head and would have been pulling my hair out rescheduling my wedding just a few weeks before the original date. We practically had to start from scratch and I had nothing to worry about. I was so stress free on my wedding day. Everything went perfect. Absolutely perfect. And I know who to thank.   Hands done best experience ever

  KHE made my wedding more amazing then I could have ever imagined. She was there through it all and made sure I enjoyed every moment! I could not have done any of this without her and her team!   She's the Best Friend a Bride Could Ask For!

  Kayla was the best addition to our wedding planning and wedding day we could have ever asked for! She made everything so much easier for us and really helped narrow down our decisions! She has a great balance of logical reasoning and flourishing creativity to solve any problem or design!
  
  Not only she, but her team really came through on our wedding day. They changed our whole layout due to a large storm that came through and really made my wedding dream come to life even when things changed!
  
  If you feel stuck or are unsure on a choice I highly recommend Kayla Huston and her team to help you choose. And especially if you want your wedding dreams to be executed perfectly!

  Kayla was simply fantastic to work with. We chose her "month of coordinator" package and she definitely went above and beyond for us to help make our wedding exactly how we imagined. I personally can have a hard time articulating what I am picturing and she had a unique ability to pull it out and really understand what my vision was. She is so professional, kind, and I can tell she is able to adapt to meet the needs of any bride. On the day of, she was spectacular and made sure we had everything we needed and wanted. I have no clue if anything even went wrong because if it did, she was on top of it. I would recommend her a hundred times over and am just so thankful she was referred to help us with our wedding!!

  Kayla Huston was great! She was professional, she kept us on task so we weren't rushing at planning at the last minute. She made the actual wedding weekend so nice for me (MOB) so that I could sit back and enjoy. She made timely and accurate suggestions without interfering in our vision of what the wedding would be.   Kayla was fab! She got to know us and made our special wedding day absolutely amazing! Minor details, big dead lines and everything in between, she made sure we had it done and what we NEEDED on our special day. I highly recommend her based on her perfectionism, professionalism and friendliness. We had so many compliments from our wedding guests, which meant so much to us.   Absolutely wonderful!

  I used Kayla Huston to help plan my 40th birthday party. I had a certain ambiance I wanted achieve, and Kayla nailed it! Everything from start to finish went smoothly and all my party wishes were granted. I would highly recommend Kayla Huston for any party planning dreams you wish to make a reality.

  Kayla thought of every little detail that made the shower absolutely perfect. From the food to decorations, everything worked for our theme making it such a special day.

  Kayla Huston and her Company are absolutely amazing!
  When we first met she was professional, prepared, engaging and highly motivated. I was not only interviewing her to be my event planner but she was also engaging me to insure a fantastic working relationship.
  I was planning a surprise 55th party for my wife with a guest list of over 300 people and I had never done anything like this before. Her experience with the amazing showers & weddings she produces was perfect back ground for my event.
  She immediately made me feel much better about this monumental event; she created an event planner with a check list and timeline that I could watch as the event time approached. Kayla reviewed all contracts with the venue and vendors; decorations, floral, cake, photography, DJ, Photobooth, etc. She has fantastic vendor contacts and her strong relationship led to discounted pricing in many cases. I loved the fairness of my contract with her Company; she did not take a percent from the vendors and this kept her motivated to keep my costs down. Other event planners I interviewed wanted up to 20% of my contracted prices. Kayla saved me thousands! Kayla helped develop a color palate for the event and drafted an excellent floor plan (seating, dance floor, decorations, DJ, Photobooth, bars and food presentation). She took control of managing my Evite guest list and putting together a fantastic photographic montage for our video loop. She helped me develop our catering menu and went to the tasting with me which was incredibly helpful.
  She helped me keep my “books” straight as final vendor payments were due and educated me on proper tip etiquette as appropriate.
  On the day of the event she showed up before anyone else; she made sure every vendor placed each item in its proper place. Her team assured the entire event went perfectly and it was an absolutely huge success.

  Kayla was by far the most valuable vendor we hired for our wedding! Throughout the whole planning process she was wonderful and really helped us have the wedding we were dreaming of. She went above and beyond in helping with the logistical details and also with the design and decor of the event. We were able to fully enjoy our wedding day knowing that she was acting as coordinator and making sure everything went smoothly! I absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for help planning their event.

  Kayla was fabulous!!! Even though she wasn’t local to us in Jacksonville I was able to have constant contact with her and she came up to meet with us as well! She got my vision COMPLETELY and had great ideas as well. She handled everything the day of and that left me feeling so at peace and able to enjoy every moment of my husband and I’s special day! We told her what we wanted our wedding what we wanted our wedding to look and feel like and all of her recommendations were timely, on point and on budget.
