    Amazing!!!

    I used Keep It Calm Events for my month/day of coordinator for my wedding that was on 4-1-23. Our coordinator Hope was absolutely great!! She was there to answer any questions I had along the way and I was even able to book two other vendors after asking who she might recommend (they were awesome as well btw). Hope made me feel very at ease the entire day of the wedding by communicating well with the other vendors, as well as setting up everything exactly as we had discussed. She even sent me pictures while I was getting ready at a near by location to make sure everything was looking how I envisioned. The entire day could not have gone smoother and it truly took such a load of stress off my shoulders. My husband even admitted to me that prior to wedding the day he thought having a coordinator was a "waste of money", but was eating those words after and said it was totally worth it!! Long story short, you should definitely book with Keep it Calm Events!!

    Best Decision!

    My wedding was March 5th and we decided last minute that we wanted a day of coordinator. It was absolutely one of the best decisions we made to go with Keep it Calm Events! Skye was so sweet and very attentive! There aren't enough words to describe how amazing she is! From the moment she arrived at the venue to when it was time for her to leave she did not stop. The day moved so smoothly and everything was on schedule.

    Thank you so much Skye for helping our special day feel perfect and thank you for being so sweet and fun! You deserve all the success!

    Hope was amazing!

    WOW! Hope was our day-of wedding coordinator & she went way above & beyond our expectations! Truly saved & executed our day perfectly. She was always there & so quick to respond when I needed help. She made me feel so comfortable putting all our needs in her hands & truly understood what we wanted our wedding day to be like. The whole day flowed so perfectly that I wasn't stressed at all as most brides may be sometimes. It's important to find someone you can truly trust bring your vision to life. I found Keep it Calm Events LLC based off reviews & I hope that if you are reading this that this is helpful in your decision in hiring them too!

    Absolutely amazing!

    Hope was referred to us as a day of coordinator by a few our our friends, when we met her we knew instantly she was the perfect addition to our special day! She is so organized and definitely knows what she is doing.

    I can’t say thank you enough. Our wedding was so amazing because of all the hard work keep it calm events put towards it. Hope went above and beyond to make sure our day was PERFECT!

    Great service

    I just got married to my best friend on 11•20•21, and my husband and I hired a wedding coordinator from Keep it Calm Events!

    Our wedding coordinator was Skye and her lovely assistant Kelsey! They both made our wedding day such a beauty experience to their open mind sets, poise manner, extreme calmness, bubbly personalities, professionalism, listening to me vent each day leading up, and hearing my concerns followed by great advice! These women did an exceptional job, and if I could do one thing for them that would be to refer them to do your wedding also!! They definitely won't let you down.

    Book for a relaxing, smooth day!

    Hope was honestly one of the best additions to my wedding day. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and professional. She helped make our day run so smoothly and carefree. Anytime I would have a stress she had it figured out. She went above and beyond in every aspect of my day. Could not recommend enough!

    Couldn't have picked a better person to make sure our day was perfect!

    Hope and Skye were incredible! They went above and beyond to make sure that our special day went on without a hitch.

    Hope reached out to our vendors in advance to ensure that everyone was on the same page. If there were last minute items that we needed, she made sure that they were available. The day before the wedding, Skye was in charge of the rehearsal and got everyone on the same page in a timely manner. Both of these ladies were very professional, approachable, and a true pleasure to work with. The day of our wedding, Hope was available at my fingertips. I was able to text her and receive an immediate response. We had an issue come up at our venue and she handled it quickly and efficiently. She ensured that we were having a great time and it seemed like she had eyes on everything. Anything we needed, she was a step ahead.

    We received numerous compliments regarding how smoothly things flowed and how perfect our wedding was and it would not have been possible without Keep It Calm Events!

    Hope and her team made our wedding day PERFECT

    Hope and her team are amazing! After seeing them in action at my sister's wedding in 2019, I knew I had to hire her for my wedding in 2021. Due to COVID, I made many changes to my original wedding plans and eventually ended up having a DIY, backyard wedding at an AirBNB rental house. Needless to say, I needed a lot of help turning my vision into reality. Hope did that and SO much more. I'm not a very visual person and I have a hard time picturing what works, what looks good, and what doesn't. I gave Hope very little direction and she absolutely blew it out of the water. Everything from the decor, to the flow of the layout, to the coordination of the vendors and the timeline -- it was perfect. There's no way I could've done it without them and it made my big day (and the days leading up to it) so much less stressful. I really cannot recommend them enough!

    Fantastic!

    Hope is fabulous!! We went from engaged to married in 81 days. She had 60 days to help me pull off a destination wedding. We are in Alabama and had guests from Alabama and Georgia coming to Florida. She helped keep everything together and decorate the ceremony and reception areas for a beautiful beach wedding. 100% would recommend her 🧡

    Hope and Alice coordinated our wedding Aug 11 and OMG were they amazing! They made sure that our day went PERFECT and kept a calm and professional demeanor the entire time! I am sure my large bridal party gave them a headache or two but they handled it like true professionals. Hope was organized, detail oriented, efficient and extremely responsive and reliable. she went out of her way to make my dream wedding come to life. She was easy to work with and her price point was within my budget which for the work she did was beyond reasonable. I would not think twice about recommending and rehiring her for any future events. Thanks so much Hope and Alice!

    Fair and flexible

    Hope was extremely kind and understanding. She values her company and job which really shows in her correspondence between you and her. She works hard ensure your event is set up to your specifications and makes sure to make it right when things don’t go as planned.

    Her rentals fees and prices were very fair and comparable to other companies.
