  Kind and experienced consummate professional.

  My Greek-American wife Nina and I reached out to Donna for assistance with planning a wedding on Nina's home island of Kefalonia. Donna is highly experienced and has contacts all over the island. She has great taste and is creative and flexible. Her checklists make it easy to stay organized and make sure all the steps for a proper Greek wedding are fulfilled. When our wedding in Greece did not end up happening for personal reasons, Donna was extremely gracious and flexible. When we returned to Kefalonia for our anniversary the following year, she helped plan an elaborate anniversary surprise for my wife (boat cruise, photo shoot, high class dinner) just on our wedding deposit with no additional charge.
  
  Wedding planning is a stressful time, and Donna's greatest strength (other than her planning skills) will become clear after meeting: her incredible warmth and kindness. It's obvious to anyone who works with Donna that she plans weddings and other events because she truly loves it and takes pride in designing the perfect occasion for couples. We would recommend Donna's services to anyone looking to plan a wedding on Kefalonia. She is the best!

  Donna was an amazing wedding planner. I am a event planner in the USA. Sooo writing her a review is something I was looking forward to doing. She was AMAZING very well organized and always had a smile and the “can do “ attitude. The people that she hired to do certain things for the wedding were absolutely amazing especially the DJ that kept our guest dancing the entire night . I just wish we had another child to get married because we would definitely hire Donna to help us with a Wedding

  You could not wish for a better Wedding Planner who catered for every wish!

  From the very first contact, Donna was professional, caring and re-assuring, listening to our brief and getting it spot on with her solutions and suggestions. The attention to the large and the small details of the day pulled everything together to make it absolutely perfect. Many guests said it was the best wedding they had been to. It was so re-assuring to have Donna there throughout the planning and on the day to inform us of what needed to be done and when and to ensure everything went smoothly. I cannot recommend Donna at Kefalonia Weddings highly enough.

  Brilliant service throughout!

  We had the best wedding experience from start to finish with Donna, even though we had postpone twice due to covid, Donna was always on the other end of the phone there to reassure us. She planned and organised us the most perfect wedding day, down to every little detail she went above and beyond. It was everything we wanted and more. Can not recommend Kefalonia Weddings enough, massive thank you again to the team ❤️.

  I can’t thank Donna enough for her hard work. We really had the best day. I effort that went into our day was just above and beyond. For anyone looking to get married in Kef I can honestly say Donna and her team are worth every penny.

  We loved our Kefalonia Wedding

  We couldn’t have pulled our wedding in Kefalonia together without Donna at Kefalonia Weddings. She found us the perfect venue we wouldn’t have otherwise known about, and had all the vendor connections we needed. It was great to have one point of contact to liaise with for all the vendors, particularly when plans needed to change. We loved our wedding day!

  The experience was fantastic. Planning and communication was seamless, and the team guided us every step of the way. They were flexible in accommodating my needs, and responded to all requests with the utmost care. I would highly recommend them for planning any event!

  Donna was perfect and took away any nerves we had leading up the the big day.
  
  She welcomed us to Kefalonia with a huge smile and instantly we felt comfortable and it was like we had known her for years. She even took us on a short tour of the island so that we knew where everything was.
  
  We met a a couple times before the big day just to discuss the plans, the weather or if we wanted to make any changes to the ceremony etc, it was completely our decision and we were not pressured into anything we didn’t want to do it was just a casual chat to make us feel that whatever happens it will be perfect, a little bit of bad weather the week before was making us worried about the beaches but we could literally decide on the day which beach to choose, Donna was able to make it work to however we wanted it even at the last minute if necessary.
  
  Finally, the Big Day arrived and everything went so smoothly and was perfect!, My wife was recommended a hair dresser by Donna who was equally as nice and again it just calmed any nerves for us. The ceremony was done by Donna herself and a Greek wedding officiant, this made the wedding feel authentic and both done a great Job. We were also recommended a photographer for the day and we are so happy with the outcome of the photos, they look great.
  
  A few days after the wedding we met with Donna for the final time at the town hall to collect our certificates, this was just a short time to sign a few papers and Donna acted as a great translator for us.

  What can we say about Kefalonia Weddings.... Amazing!! We had the most difficult time on the run up to our wedding as everything was going wrong due to events out of our control (namely a hurricane). Donna was proactive, supportive and professional and literally organised our dream wedding in 24 hours. She and her team went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the wedding, the flowers, photography, venue and catering were all amazing. Donna's attention to detail was amazing.. And everything was just how we imagined. I cannot recommend Kefalonia Weddings enough, her genorosity and caring nature is so inspiring x

  Donna made magic happen

  We were planning a destination wedding on the Greek island of Kefalonia from New York and Donna made everything possible. She took all of our requests for changes, modifications, and specialization in stride and worked with close to 15 different vendors to make our dream a reality. We were certainly challenging clients and Donna and her team never complained - they worked tirelessly to make it all come together, and were instrumental in making a perfect wedding weekend for us and our guests. They made our dream wedding a reality and we cannot say more positive things about Donna and her team.

  We were very pleased with the professionalism, friendliness and expertise of Donna and her team who made our special day so memorable and even better than we could have imagined.   When we were looking to get married in Kefalonia we contacted several wedding planners. Donna at Kefalonia Weddings was the only one that offered advice but wasn't pushy with it. We straight away decided this was for us. Once we started the ball rolling and started contacting Donna nothing was to much trouble, from delivering flowers to my then fiance while we were on holiday to us since going back and to renew our vows as a birthday suprise for my wife. Donna and the team at Kefalonia Weddings are amazing. Complete professional at what they do and my I add.... very good at it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Donna and Kefalonia Weddings.

  Our Wedding

  Our wedding was exactly what we hoped it would be. We had given Donna access to our Pinterest board and our wedding was so much better!!! Nothing was too much trouble and everything ran smoothly which is no mean feat in Greece 😂
