  Kelly is the best!

  My fiancé and I just had Kelly do our engagement photos and I was blown away. As the groom I am not one who enjoys taking photos and funny enough we had tried another photographer before her and I felt I had to share how amazing Kelly was in comparison. Beyond obviously having an eye for amazing shots she made us so comfortable during the shoot. Her ability to get us to be natural and in the moment was unmatched. The day became not just a great photo shoot but also one of the best moments of our engagement so far! If you are looking for a photographer that not only will provide beautiful shots but also one that will elevate your engagement experience then you need to hire her!

  The absolute best!

  From our first call, I knew Kelly would be the perfect fit for our wedding photographer. Her communication is unmatched, which was one of the most important things to me when choosing vendors. She was ready to answer any questions I had, provided detailed timelines/shot lists, and was able to adapt to any needs we had throughout the process. She was also ready to recommend vendors for other services we needed and I felt like she was invested in our day being a success!
  
  At both our engagement photos and on wedding day, Kelly showed up in so many ways and truly made us feel special. She puts everyone at ease and is a MASTER at organizing family/group photos. Her process was so professional and smooth that everyone commented on how easy it was to get those shots (even as she was juggling 30+ people...in the pouring rain). We were a victim of the fall 2023 rainy wedding days and you would NEVER know looking at our photos that it was absolutely freezing and raining all day. She was so encouraging and seamlessly adapted to our day as it switched to an indoor ceremony, and honestly made me feel like she was in my corner. Kelly has a plan for everything and that allowed me to be present in my day rather than stressing about how to "fix" the rain. She captured all of the photos that she knew were special to me and was ready to pivot as needed throughout the day when I wanted to add/take things out.
  
  The proof is in the photos but if you're like me and are scouring reviews to find the perfect photographer, look no further! I could go on forever about her wonderful qualities because Kelly is truly one of the best. We are so grateful to her for capturing the pure love we felt on our wedding day and allowing us to relive the most special day for years to come!

  DREAM Wedding Photos

  I had a very clear vision of what our wedding would look like, particularly from a photo point of view. And even under a constant cloud of rain, Kelly Jean captured our day better than I could have imagined.
  
  We were already blown away by the engagement shoot Kelly did for us back in December 2022, but our wedding day photos were the real prize. Our whole gallery stunningly represents the moody, romantic look that drew me to Kelly Jean’s photos in the first place.
  
  I thought the rain would ruin the outdoor wedding we’d dreamed of for the last year and a half. But Kelly Jean knew exactly how to turn the weather into something truly wonderful — and the rain became the most beautiful backdrop for our ceremony photos.
  
  On top of that, the weather didn’t stop Kelly from committing to every detail of our day. She was a total pro (geared up in rain boots and a rain jacket) through every part of the wedding and knew exactly how to shift away from sunny day photos to what worked for rainy weather.

  Kelly is the absolute best!

  Once we found Kelly's work we knew that we wanted her to capture our day. From our very first conversation the warmth and energy that Kelly gave off was incredible and her excitement and genuine care for our love story and us as individuals was so evident. The package we chose included engagement photos and we were a little worried about being in front of the camera but Kelly made it so easy and fun. When we got the photos back we were so happy with the results. Fast forward to our wedding day and Kelly was amazing again, capturing us at all the angles while still making us feel natural and comfortable. Our families are both fairly large and Kelly was able to organize and take the large group photos easily.

  Kelly is wonderful!

  Kelly was absolutely incredible! We went with the package that included an engagement photo session and wedding day photos. For our engagement photos, Kelly listened to all that we wanted and truly made our vision come to life. When it came to our wedding day, Kelly was just as amazing! Although my husband and I had so many nerves on our wedding day, Kelly made us feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera. Our photos turned out so beautiful and are above anything we could have imagined. We would 100% recommend Kelly and work with Kelly again in the future!

  Phenomenal photographer !!

  Me and my fiance booked Kelly for our engagement photos and we couldn't be happier with how they came out, pure magic!! Kelly really went above and beyond for us and I cant thank her enough. Not only did she do an amazing job directing us throughout the shoot, but she also made us feel comfortable, was super easy to work with and was extremely accommodating!! We had so much fun working with her and would recommend her for any event !

  I can't recommend Kelly enough! One of the most important parts of my wedding for me was picking the right photographer. I wanted someone who can capture all the details and moments through a storytelling point of view, and she did just that. My actual wedding day went by so quickly and had so much going on, but looking at her photos made me feel like I got to re-live the sweet moments. It rained on my wedding day which felt like a bummer, but she delivered photos that looked way more creative and beautiful than I could have imagined. Kelly is also a very sweet, kind, and genuine person. It feels like she cares so much about our story and big day as if it were her own.   Engagement Photoshoot

  Kelly is absolutely amazing! She completed our engagement photoshoot in October and the pictures came out better than I would have ever imagined! My fiance and I were so happy! She is incredibly personable, supportive and she really cares about her clients. We are so excited to have her take the photos for our wedding. We will be recommending her to all friends and family in the years to come.

The only thing that “went wrong” on our big day was a button that popped off on my husbands suit and Kelly was right there to save the day and help sew it back on. Kelly was open to the locations I had in mind for our wedding day pictures at our venue, The Garrison, and 100% listened to my wants. She got every shot that I wanted and knew which ones were most important to me. Her edits are gorgeous and timeless and we got our pictures back in a timely manner. Not only did our galleries & album come out amazing, working with Kelly was hands down the best decision we made in our planning process. She’s extremely professional, knowledgeable, warm-hearted, & easy-going. She came up with the timeline for our entire wedding day which we used to coordinate with all of our other vendors & it couldn’t have gone any smoother.   Best decision made!

  I found Kelly through an Instagram search for a CT Wedding photographer. When I reached out to Kelly we had a great first conversation and I knew she was going to be the perfect person to capture our day. Kelly had a great variety of photography packages to choose from and was very flexible with customizing her offerings to fit our specific needs. To start, Kelly did an incredible job on our engagement pictures. These pictures are timeless and really capture who we are as a couple. Kelly scouted the location I chose so that she was prepared to get only the best angles and lightning. She really delivered!! Aside from her natural photography skills, she was so personable, friendly, and fun to work with. We didn’t really know what to expect for engagement picture and we’re a bit nervous however she lightened the mood and made us comfortable from the start. Kelly stayed in touch with us over the year of wedding planning and kept the excitement going. When it got closer, she created a timeline of the day and met with me over Zoom to get a better sense of what I wanted vs didn’t want. She really listened and made that come to life. It’s been one week since our wedding day and we are still floating. In this short week she has sent us sneak peaks and a preview gallery. It was so exciting to get these pictures prior to our full gallery being ready! Not only was my husband and I so happy with Kelly, many of our family and friends took the time to tell us how excellent our photographer was! That felt like a true testament to Kelly and her skills. We cannot wait to work with Kelly again in the future!

  Kelly is the best!

  We are so grateful to have found Kelly. From our first conversations with her, to our engagement session and finally our wedding day, Kelly was such a pleasure to work with. Kelly is truly an artist, the quality of her work exceeded our expectations and goes above and beyond what you would expect for wedding photos. She's also a lot of fun! She made us feel comfortable and relaxed throughout our engagement shoot. She brought a calming energy to our wedding day which was much appreciated when things got chaotic. Kelly is prepared for anything! When it suddenly started drizzling on our wedding day, Kelly had some pretty umbrellas in her car, along with other supplies we hadn't thought to bring. Looking forward to working with her again in the future for family portraits.

She made us feel comfortable and relaxed throughout our engagement shoot. She brought a calming energy to our wedding day which was much appreciated when things got chaotic. Kelly is prepared for anything! When it suddenly started drizzling on our wedding day, Kelly had some pretty umbrellas in her car, along with other supplies we hadn't thought to bring. Looking forward to working with her again in the future for family portraits.

  Wedding Photographer

  Kelly has been phenomenal thus far! She is photographing our wedding in October 2020. We had our engagement photo shoot back in October at 6 am because we live in North Carolina and that was the only time we could do. She went above and beyond to fit us in. The photos are GORGEOUS!! She said photoshoots are like a date with her third wheeling on and it’s so true! We cannot wait for October. We highly highly recommend Kelly! 💙
