  Kelsey Made Our Dream Wedding A Reality!

  I couldn't recommend Kelsey Owen Events more highly as a wedding planner! She was so wonderful to work with over our year of wedding planning. She helped us make our dream wedding happen from the ground up. The day of she was a rockstar, fielding any emergencies, so we had no idea they were happening! If you are looking for a wedding planner, Kelsey is your girl!

  The best wedding coordinator there ever was!

  WOW! Just wow. Kelsey and her husband did such a phenomenal job on my wedding this past weekend. I totally thought I could handle doing my entire wedding on my own but after meeting up with Kelsey to discuss what a planner/coordinator does, it was clear that it is a MUST to hire her! From the beginning Kelsey was easy to get a hold of via text, call, email, etc. She answered all my silly questions and provided me with recommendations for vendors. We ended up hiring our DJ off her preferred vendor list and he absolutely killed it. Days leading up to the big day she was checking in with me, updating orders, confirming with all my vendors they knew their arrival times, etc. The day of her and her husband showed up with smiles on their faces, perfectly on time and ready to work. They never once complained and kept me in the loop when need be. They kept my stress level low and handled any issues that popped up with ease. We never fell off schedule the entire night and they always allowed my husband and I to take the time we needed for ourselves. Throughout the night they were consistently making sure we got enough food and drinks and kept everything running so smoothly. If you want your wedding day to run perfectly you need to hire her!

  Visionary Genius!

  Kelsey is amazing! She is very professional, organized, and great with other vendors. She even managed 26 people in the wedding party! Kelsey and her team were a dream come true!

  Fantastic Wedding coordinater

  Truly the BEST decision we ever made. Kelsey was on top of everything from the beginning of our planning process, she was incredible! She gave great suggestions and was always just an email or call away when we had any questions. She made the last weeks leading up to our wedding less stressful! On the day of our wedding, she did a phenomenal of job making the venue looked absolutely beautiful and captured the exact theme and feel that we were going for. We could not have made it through the day without her. Thank you Kelsey.

  From the moment I reached out to Kelsey she had been nothing but genuine, kind and helpful! As a restaurant event coordinator, I am always recommending a coordinator to my clients to help their day go with ease, and Kelsey is always the first I brag about!

  Best Day of My Life, because of Kelsey

  Kelsey is everything you are looking for in a wedding planner. She is put together, creative, can read a room, knows what’s important, timely, honest, and most importantly professional. Kelsey helped plan my 2019 destination wedding at a somewhat brand new venue in Mexico. We had obstacles of shipping, language barriers, vendors we can see & fabrics we couldn’t touch as we live in CA. None of this was an obstacle to Kelsey, she helped me decide every move with ease. Planning was a true joy. Kelsey went out of her way to even help me craft last min items, something she didn’t have to do & still touches my heart to date. Day of Kelsey executed with perfection, it was truly the most magical day. You are in the BEST hands.

  Kelsey was such a pleasure to work with! We did the day of package and coordination which was perfect for us. She was timely, understanding, kind, and flexible. We ended up wanting to extend cocktail hour on the day of and she worked with all of our vendors (including the kitchen) to push dinner out and updated our overall timeline. She also did our rehearsal the day before which went very well and was super useful for the flow of the ceremony.

She was amazing to work with! She was always 10 steps ahead of everything and incredibly flexible and helpful! She not only made my wedding day a breeze, but in the weeks leading up to the big day, she made things so easy for me and really took charge of the details, all while bringing my vision to life! I highly recommend Kelsey Owen Events to any bride planning a wedding. My only regret was that I didn’t hire her sooner! My day was perfect and it was largely due to Kelsey’s thoughtfulness, hard work, & professionalism.

  I highly recommend Kelsey's services! She met with me several times in advance of my wedding to make sure everything was just the way I wanted it, and on the big day she took care of every detail so that I could focus on my guests and the ceremony itself. She was flawless. Love her.

She had nothing but amazing things to say about her, and with my sisters wedding coming up, I knew I needed to give her a call. I was in charge of planning the bridal shower and I had no idea where to start. From the first time we spoke, to the last, Kelsey was so sweet and attentive to our needs. She went above and beyond with everything we asked of her and she suggested so many beautiful and creative ideas. She made the bridal shower so elegant and unique, and paid attention to every little detail. I couldn't have pulled it off without her! My sister absolutely loved her shower, and If she hadn't of had destination wedding she would have hired her for the wedding also!
