We have never felt so lucky to have found Kerrigan as our wedding coordinator! It was so lovely to work with Kerrigan leading up to the wedding, but nothing could top how we felt during and post wedding.
Our wedding day could not have gone more smoothly and perfect without her! We are in disbelief with how amazing Kerrigan is at her job. It didn’t matter how big or small of a detail, she was on top of it. My entire wedding vision came true right in front of me, and it would not have happened without her help. Hiring Kerrigan as my wedding coordinator was the best decision I made during wedding planning!
She truly made our day better than we could have even imagined! We received so many compliments from family and friends about her too. We cannot express how impressed, happy, and in awe we are of Kerrigan! Thank you, Kerrigan, for pulling off our dream wedding, here’s to you! -

Kerrigan and her team were absolutely amazing! Completely professional, while also extremely friendly.
Kerrigan and her team literally saved our wedding. We lost our original wedding planner last minute due to a family emergency and Kerrigan and her lovely team stepped up and filled in flawlessly! They are professional, friendly, and just all around amazing. We used them for day-of coordination only, as we had the wedding already planned, but I can only imagine they would have been just as amazing at the planning piece from start to finish. They gave us ideas even during our final week that we incorporated into our wedding. All around, they are a 5-star service and I would highly recommend. -

Truthfully, I don't even know where to begin. Kerrigan was so incredible to work with from the second I met her. Almost a month has passed since my wedding and I still think about the relationship we had the month leading up to the wedding. It was like working with one of my best friends. She goes ABOVE AND BEYOND for her brides, truthfully. There are many specific things I can share but there was one moment at the rehearsal where I was being told what I would needed to do when coming down the isle and my family was talking over people, being loud, and kind of annoying LOL and Kerrigan just so slowly touched my back like "you got this this, this is going to be amazing." Having her there made the day everything it was. I couldn't be more thankful. -

Kerrigan exceeded all our expectations as a wedding planner. We couldn't have asked for more from her Full Wedding Planning Service.
Despite giving Kerrigan less than 4 months to plan our wedding, she flawlessly executed every detail. The only stress I experienced was leading up to our first call. However, after a brief conversation with Kerrigan, I felt confident entrusting her with all the details, and she delivered beyond my expectations.
Temperament: Kerrigan was not only gentle and caring but also assertive when needed, especially during vendor meetings.
Vendor/Venue Selections & Negotiations: Kerrigan expertly advocated for us with vendors, whether they were our choices or recommendations she provided. Her knowledge of services, costs, and savings opportunities while maintaining the desired ambiance was invaluable.
Design: Despite limited input and lofty ideas, Kerrigan curated a cohesive design encompassing flowers, tablescapes, invitations, furniture rentals, lighting, and more, all perfectly suited to the venue.
Project Management: Kerrigan meticulously managed the budget, keeping us informed of vendor payments and deadlines. She provided regular progress updates, offered multiple vendor options for each aspect, and even went above and beyond by reminding us of tasks like obtaining a marriage license and ensuring we had lunch on the day of the event. She handled all vendor communications flawlessly.
The wedding was nothing short of stunning, and we almost wished we could have been guests at our own event. Fortunately, we have a beautiful photo gallery to relive the magical day.
In hindsight, we wouldn't change a single thing. -

Kerrigan did day of coordination for my husband and I's vow renewal in Bonita Springs. I was hesitant to hire a coordinator (I'm a bit of a control freak) but after our first meeting I felt really good about working with her. She was personable, organized and offered some great suggestions throughout the planning process. Not having to worry about coordinating vendor drop off & pick up or having to wrangle our wedding party was a huge relief. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for planning and/or day of coordination. -

My fiancé and I were all set to have a small destination wedding in Bonita Springs, Florida (we're from Chicago). Kerrigan was recommended to me by our venue, which we had booked. Then a literal wedding nightmare ensued -- less than six months prior to our wedding date, Hurricane Ian hit Florida and our venue was destroyed. Despite having to handle the repercussions of her own home being hit by the hurricane, within a week of the disaster Kerrigan was online and helping me come up with a Plan B, C and D. Given that many of the venues in the area were similarly hurricane-stricken, we decided to move our wedding back to Chicago. I didn't expect that Kerrigan would stay on and help from a thousand miles away - but she did that and SO MUCH MORE. Kerrigan literally planned a perfect wedding for us in Chicago -- she worked with all the vendors, travelled to Chicago and was flexible and positive at every turn! She gave me just the right amount of encouragement at every turn and executed what we had discussed to a tee. Our wedding turned out beautifully and I could not be more grateful to have worked with such an adaptable, responsive and professional planner. Truly the best! -

Kerrigan took so much off of my plate. If you're on the fence, don't be. She will help your sanity while planning your wedding. We used her for day of coordination but she went above and beyond that! She listens intently and her heart is in her job I had a bit of a meltdown due to crazy winds ruining our photo session and Kerrigan was there with hugs a glass of champagne and food for me 😂 In all seriousness, she is genuinely worth her weight in gold. I own my own small business and I wish more people would take their jobs half as seriously as she does. I'm so glad I found her business. -

Kerrigan Constantino Wedding Planning
Kerrigan helped us with design and coordinating for our wedding in Estero, Florida. We live in Chicago and Kerrigan was great in helping us make our vision come to life especially since we were having a destination wedding and couldn't be in person for most of the planning. We used almost all vendors that Kerrigan had recommended that went with our wedding vision (e.g., photographer, florals, band, rentals). In the design aspect, Kerrigan listened to our vision, made great recommendations and suggestions that were in line with that vision and then she made it all happen from there. She contacted and coordinated with our vendors which was a great stress reliever on our end. On the day of the wedding, Kerrigan coordinated everything to where we did not have to do a thing except enjoy the day. It was the most perfect day and our guests are still telling us how beautiful and fun our wedding was. It wouldn't have been possible without Kerrigan! -
