Christina was amazing! Her knowledge of the venue and familiarity with each of the vendors selected (photographers, DJ's, hair & make-up artists. etc.) made our wedding easy to coordinate from Virginia. Christina did everything! We gave her a little guidance as to what we wanted and she handled the rest. It was amazing!Keys Planning and Events's reply:

Once in a lifetime wedding!
We absolutely loved working with Christina and Trinity! They were very knowledgeable about the venue and answered all of our questions. Christina was AMAZING with helping as things got closer and the weather looked bleak. It was supposed to downpour all day the day of our wedding but she did her research and gave us options, advice, and her expertise living in the Keys was perfect! Not a drop the whole night :) One thing I definitely recommend is having a day of coordinator - at first I wasn’t sure if we would need it, WE DID. Christina was our coordinator and kept things moving in a timely manner, coordinated all our vendors and took away all the stress from my husband and I. The food was delicious and everyone loved it. We hired Keys Planning and Events for Day of Coordination and decoration for our wedding at the Key Largo Lighthouse. Throughout the last several months leading up to our wedding we worked closely with Christina to sort out the last minute details. We were planning our wedding from England and Christina always made herself ready and available to chat despite the time difference. Christina did a wonderful job coordinating our selected vendors and was so easy to work with. Our best man even coordinated a surprise for us with the help of Christina, which turned out lovely. She was amazing to work with and we were really thankful for all of her help. We weren't sure about hiring someone as we felt we could probably handle it ourselves but we are so thankful we decided to hire them. Christina made things very easy and free of any stress. On the day she made everyone feel very calm and did a great job setting everything up with little direction. Her personality is one of her strengths as a coordinator.

Hiring a "month of" coordinator was hands down the best decision I made during the wedding planning/budgeting process. I have planned many large events myself and being the type A that I am, I originally thought that I was going to do it all on my own. Luckily my then fiance convinced me otherwise and we decided to get a planner, at least for the last few weeks/day of. We worked with Christina in the weeks leading up to our wedding and she made our lives so much easier. She went through an extensive and very thorough checklist with us to be sure everything was squared away before the big day. On the day of. she was so helpful and made sure everything was set up beautifully and just how we had envisioned. She also made sure our drinks were full and we were eating, which was awesome! We have been to 8 weddings in the last year and I have not seen one coordinator as on top of it as she was. I truly do not think our day would have been as amazing and perfect as it was without her. You NEED to hire Keys Planning and Events for your wedding!Keys Planning and Events's reply:

Wedding planning from a far
Planning a wedding from another state can be very scary with trusting every detail will be just the way you want it, with Keys Planning and Events everything was covered and it was done in a very professional manner. We could not have asked for a better venue at Coconut Palm Inn and having everything fall into place with music, hair and make-up and photographer. Every element of our day was taken care of to the highest level, they were available to support at any time throughout the process, and made our day feel effortless, when I know they were doing so much invisible work so we could relax and enjoy our day. They know everyone, take care of every last detail, and are truly amazing to work with. You will love working with them! When it comes to event planning you need a team who you can trust, and this crew is the absolute BEST!! Truly, we cannot say enough good things and are joking about doing an annual vow renewal just so we can work with them again!

Megan Sent on 03/05/2018Trinity was so much more than my Day Of Coordinator, she became my friend, my unofficial bridesmaid, my therapist--everything and more that I needed for my wedding weekend. We were in a unique position as our wedding venue was damaged from Hurricane Irma and we were left with 6 weeks to replan our entire weekend. Thankfully Trinity was able to work her magic and secured us a bigger, better, MORE AFFORDABLE venue, plus helped find a new rehearsal dinner place, coordinated with changing vendors, anything and everything.
She is so detail-oriented and helpful that she anticipated me needing things before I even realized it. On the day of the wedding she was there with two assistants who personally guaranteed my husband and I had the night of our lives. From making sure we tried all the apps at the cocktail hour (because we were busy taking pictures) to keeping our glasses full and our timeline in check, all we had to do was enjoy the night.
The absolute best decision I made in the planning process was hiring Trinity. She has a true love and desire to ensure all of her couples have the best wedding ever and it is so evident in the hardwork she does. Our wedding was that much more memorable thanks to Trinity and her team.Keys Planning and Events's reply:

She made sure everything and everyone was where it/they needed to be. She did a great job setting up all our decor, making sure that it all looked great. She made sure the day of timeline went smoothly and that there were no flaws. Trinity, we really appreaciate you working really hard and making sure our wedding day went perfect.

Not being from FL and being military and unable to make the trip to the Keys prior to the wedding weekend, Trinity was our lifeline and assisted us with booking all of our vendors and attending tastings. Having our wedding only two months past Hurricane Irma Trinity worked nonstop to put us at ease and immediately follow-up with vendors to ensure contingency and backup plans were made :) She was attentive to our needs even 11 months out from the wedding and put us on a game plan fast to book the best vendors! Her reputation truly precedes her as all vendors I spoke with upon telling them I was working with Trinity gave her accolades and were willing and ready to work with my fiancé and I on whatever we wanted because they knew Trinity's experience and skill would result in a picture-perfect event! Thanks Trinity for everything! So happy Tyler and I worked with you for our magical day!
