  Bridal Makeup and Hair

  This team is exactly what you want on your wedding day! Kim was so flexible and compromising with me, especially since I am from out of state. I was a little nervous since we couldn't do a trial run but I did not need it after Madison's finished product. Everything looked and felt perfect! She listened to what I wanted and made that happen!

  Exceeded my expectations!

  I am so impressed by the service that my bridesmaids and I received for my big day. Our hair and makeup exceeded all expectations I could have had, and I will be the first to admit that I was a bit particular. I came into the process with a vision of what I wanted my hair and makeup to look like and it was anything but simple. I worked with Jessica and she was absolutely phenomenal. She was incredibly patient with me throughout the process, checking in throughout to make sure that my hair and makeup were living up to my expectations. Both my hair and makeup turned out better then I could have ever hoped for (which again, was no small endeavor). I can't give Jessica and the team enough thanks for everything! They were fantastic. I would highly recommend them for anyone's big day.

  Amazing Experience

  I had an absolutely amazing wedding day with a huge thanks to my Kim J Beauty stylist, Jessica!
  
  Jessica was so kind and helpful! She kept me and my family calm and gave us so many tips on makeup and connected with us through stories of her family that we could relate to. The mothers were a bit nervous since they don’t wear makeup often, but Jessica really made them comfortable and feel beautiful!!
 
  
  I am very happy that I did the trial so I had an idea of what things to tweak for the wedding (plus I’m a more anxious person so knowing details of the makeup & hair plan ahead of time really helped control my anxiety).
  
I adored my hair style, hair extensions, and makeup! There was some rain day of my wedding so after multiple hours outdoors my hair did come a bit un-done. Though the rain did change the appearance of my hair, it still looked beautiful and I don’t think that is something that could have really been avoided by the stylist.

  Kim J Beauty was so easy to work with! My daughter decided to have a destination wedding and Kim J Beauty came highly recommended. We couldn’t have been more pleased. Madi & Mekenezi were amazing and made the entire wedding party and myself feel beautiful! Communication prior to the wedding was so easy! We love Kim J Beauty!!!

  Where to begin with Kim and her teams magic.

  I can’t put into words how amazing they are to have around you for ANY occasion. Picture getting ready with your best friends before a school dance, you’re all laughing, crying, singing, dancing, and sharing so much love. THAT is the energy Kim and her team bring. They care and it shows. Can’t say enough truly special, amazing things about them all. Kim’s thoughtfulness can and will MAKE the day and start it right.

  Great hair and makeup team!

  I partnered with Kim J Beauty for hair and makeup for me and a few other ladies for my wedding, and I'm so glad I did. Kim was great to work with; she was flexible with me as I was still deciding who would get what service, and she provided great options that met my needs. She was very communicative and reliable! Then, for my hair and makeup, Cate was my lead artist and she was fabulous. She is so talented, had great ideas, took my feedback and made changes, and I felt so beautiful on my wedding day! Christine was our other artist; she is so sweet (my nieces loved her), and all of the other ladies felt taken care of and beautiful too! Highly recommend this team!

  Kim was very committed to making sure she knew exactly what I wanted and didn’t want so that she could match the perfect stylist to me. Cate was phenomenal! She came to my rented cottage, was super easy to talk to, and valued my opinion throughout the whole process! I was alittle nervous at first having my makeup down by someone I’d never met before but that faded instantly once she started. She was very knowledgeable and completely comfortable, she definitely knows what she’s doing! I seriously can’t brag on these ladies enough!!

  Wow, wow, wow!!!!! I had the privilege of working with three incredible artists, Madison, Madi and Nicole, who were all so talented and unbelievable. It can be so hard to please any woman with their hair and makeup, but to please 11 women with their hair and makeup is truly no small feat. I didn't see one bridesmaid, grandma or mom fixing her hair or makeup once getting it done...and I have seen that many times before during other weddings. The three ladies were so professional, so fun, and so so talented. Madison was my artist, and she was so kind, so fun, so professional and so talented. I recommend to anyone!!

  Kim was my hair stylist for my recent wedding and was absolutely wonderful to work with. She reached out many months in advance to determine what look I wanted and made sure to stay in contact with me leading up to the day (I live in KY so a trial run was not possible). She arrived early and with all of her necessary materials beautifully organized. She was SO kind, fun, and easy to get along with. She did a beautiful job on my hair (exactly what I wanted) and was very quick! You will not find a better person for your wedding day. Thank you, Kim!

  I originally had an awful trial with a different hair and makeup team and I am so happy I found Kim and her team to save the day! My hair is very thick and she knew exactly what to do to achieve my vision. She and her team were professional and calm on our wedding day, despite our very large bridal party. Every single one of my bridesmaids felt gorgeous and LOVED their hair and makeup. They knew how to work with all different textures and styles of hair. Kim and her team made my day so special and I would absolutely recommend her services.

  Great group of ladies!

  Kim and her team are amazing. Kim contacted me to make sure everything was in order before my big day and if I wanted things changed after my trial. My main artist was Ashley and she was amazing. I decided to go a little different route with my hair on my wedding day and she executed flawlessly. She made sure that everything was to my liking and if not she would change it. I had a little getting ready area in my hotel room for me, bridesmaids, and mothers. Everyone had a blast and loved Ashley and the other stylist. They made our morning stress free and fun.

Many of my bridesmaids said this was their favorite HMU ever, and they were impressed by how chill the whole experience was. You can't go wrong!

  I am writing on behalf of my daughter's wedding which was July 9, 2023. Kim J was one of the first salons we reached out to. From the beginning she was responsive, flexible and reasonable. The day of the wedding her team, Madison, Camille and Cierra were so kind (we had 10 bridesmaids, 2 moms and of course the bride). We had a large crew!   Kim is a miracle worker!

  I don’t wear tons of make up, and I’ve never liked professional makeup in the past because it looks too different from what I normally do. Kim heard me loud and clear when I asked for a natural look— not glam. She also had plenty of ideas for what to do with my long, dark hair. Most photos online are of blond hair, so finding inspiration was difficult. She also made each of my bridesmaids look and feel their best, despite each person having different hair and makeup needs. Everything was phenomenal!

  I can't say one negative thing about my experience. The hair and makeup artists were so professional and they did a fantastic job. They really listened to what we wanted and my entire bridal party looked amazing. Kim was very quick to respond when ever I had a question. I would recommend Kim J to anyone getting married who wants a more natural look.

  Cate was so nice an helped me through everything I am from IL so I was scared didn’t know who was who in the area an they were amazing helpful an walked me thru everything up to the big day Cate even thought on her feet an helped me adjust to dealing with some light rain an how I should wear my make up overall the best experience

  Beautiful, natural, and romantic hair and makeup - and fun artists!

  Ashley and Sydni from Kim J Beauty were AMAZING! They were fun and made me feel comfortable and relaxed! They made any adjustments I asked for to make sure it was exactly what I wanted for my wedding. I felt so beautiful and elevated but still like myself - exactly what I wanted! I got so many compliments on my hair from guests during the wedding. All of my girls looked so beautiful too! They did hair and makeup for my 7 bridesmaids, my mom, and the groom's mom - it all looked beautiful. The hair and makeup was incredible, and Ashley and Sydni were so fun to work with! I had such a wonderful experience with Kim J Beauty and would recommend to anyone!

  Kim and her team were absolutely amazing and helped all of our wedding dreams come true! Tina and Jessica were wonderful on the day of the wedding helping all the girls with hair and makeup. Everyone looked stunning! Kim was so easy to get ahold of and answered all of my questions right away. I could not have been happier with their services and would recommend them over and over!!

  Kim and Tina are amazing! I recently had Kim and Tina do hair and make up services for my family and I on my big day at Garden of the Gods, CO! Kim and Tina made me feel so beautiful! I could not recommend them more! Kim was so easy to get ahold of and get into contact with! They are so kind, easy to talk to, down to earth, talented, and professional! I felt like I knew them forever! Kim did my hair exactly how I envisioned it and Tina made my make make up feel perfect and natural! I 100% recommend! Thank you so much ladies!

  I came from out of state and they came to me in the cabin I stayed at to do my hair and makeup. Cate did a wonderful job. She was fun, professional and easy to work with. Definitely recommend!
