After deciding I wanted to do a boudoir shoot as my husband’s wedding gift I found Kim and her beautiful work. Setting up everything with her was so easy and streamlined and I loved the guide she had to help decide on outfits, accessories, and prep. The makeup artist Jen was fantastic and immediately made me feel beautiful even before I got in front of the camera. Throughout the shoot Kim made me feel so comfortable and confident. The conversation was light and felt like talking to a friend. Even months later I still go through my photos and I’m obsessed! The album was gorgeous and my husband loves all the photos. I’m so glad I took the leap and booked Kim! -

KIM IS TRULY THE BEST! I don't even know where to start - from the very beginning I just knew I wanted her to photograph our wedding; we didn't even talk to anyone else. Her website, instagram and overall style really spoke to me - it feels light, airy, romantic and everything I could ever want. After speaking with Kim we instantly clicked. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, friendly and warm. Any questions I had she answered. Once we did our engagement shoot with her and her husband Shiloh, I honestly felt like we were all friends. And that's what I value most because it allows you to be comfortable, 100% yourself and capture the best photos.
I also did a boudoir shoot with Kim and I cannot speak more highly about the entire experience. I felt sexy, empowered and beautiful. Kim made me feel so comfortable which is extremely important when trying to be vulnerable on camera. The photos were absolutely amazing and I am so happy I can look back on them forever.
Now to our wedding day!!! Kim was like an additional friend, planner, and confidant on that special day. She was with me for getting ready and guided me through the day, which I definitely needed. She helped with my dress, she helped take out my veil for me, she literally went above and beyond on everything. We had so many formal pictures to get through and Kim and Shiloh took charge and made it happen. We were beyond thankful to have them with us that day. They made us laugh, smile and brought out our best selves for our photos. It felt like we were just hanging out with our friends all day which is exactly what I wanted. I cannot explain how GORGEOUS our pictures turned out!!! I am absolutely obsessed with them!! You will not regret hiring them so just do it!!! Not only do we have these stunning pictures to remember our day forever, but we gained some lifelong friends along the way and I am extremely thankful for that! -

Beautiful Light & Airy Photos
We had the best experience with Kim and Shiloh during our wedding! From the moment we talked to Kim on the phone, we loved her vibe and knew that we wanted her to be a part of our day. She is incredibly sweet yet professional and fun. Her work is beautiful and we are so thankful that she documented all of our details for years to come! -

The best wedding photographers!!
There aren't enough words to describe how thankful I am for Kim and Shiloh! I had to make the hard decision to end my contract with my first wedding photographer after we got our engagement pictures back last year. Luckily I found Kim, and after our first phone consultation I knew I was making the right choice this time around. Then we had a pandemic change all of our wedding plans and she made sure that photography was the last thing I had to worry about. She and Shiloh made my husband (!) and I feel so comfortable and special during our small elopement ceremony. We now have the most beautiful pictures to look back on (and filled with so much emotion) until we get to see them again at our postponement party next year! I have received so many compliments from friends and family on my pictures - people even telling me to submit them to wedding magazines. They are stunning. Something so unique about Kim and Shiloh is that they are spouses so they actually act out some of the poses they want you to do, which makes the pictures come out so much more natural (even for a couple that has no idea how to pose, like my husband and myself)! I could sing them praises all day long. -

Best Wedding Photographers- Made Our Day!
Hiring Kim and Shiloh was the best decision we could’ve made. Their professionalism and talent was clear from the start when looking at their past galleries and speaking with them about our own wedding, but they took it so much further by getting to know about our relationship and highlighting what made our wedding unique and special. Looking through our photos brought tears to our eyes because they captured everyone’s energy in a way that brought the photos to life as if we were reliving the day again. Beyond the photos, Shiloh and Kim felt like part of our wedding party. My husband casually mentioned that his back was bothering him and Shiloh immediately gave him Advil and was the first to foresee and respond his every need. Kim untangled necklaces for me, helped me with my shoes, cheered me on and was absolutely the sweetest person to have by my side. One’s wedding day flies by and is a bit of a blur when you’re in it, so when there were a few reception set-up hiccups and hair and makeup went late, I worried we wouldn’t be able to do everything we wanted to, but Kim and Shiloh were a dream team! With incredible patience and efficiency, they somehow coordinated a massive wedding party and family to take beautiful photos. They even shielded us from a bus of guests so we weren’t seen when it pulled into the wrong area! Most impressively of all, Kim and Shiloh got our 3 1/2 year old niece who hates photos to take the most precious photos with us by encouraging her to throw sand at them! Without Kim and Shiloh we think the day might’ve felt chaotic, but instead they guided us through the day in a way that allowed us to have quiet personal moments and then joyful celebrations with everyone all together. We cannot emphasize enough how amazing Kim and Shiloh were leading up to and throughout our wedding day. They are a beautiful couple, lovely people, and insanely talented photographers. If you’re looking for wedding photographers, stop in your tracks and look no further.

I could probably write a novel about Kim and her bad ass photography skills, but I’ll keep it short and sweet. For some people, being photographed in general can feel awkward, and especially with boudoir photography, you are at your most vulnerable with someone you have most likely never met before. The moment I met Kim, all of my worries instantly melted away.... she is one of the most genuine and personable individuals I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She made me feel SO comfortable and fierce, and the pictures!! Oh god the pictures.... I could cried from how good they are... they made me feel so good about myself, and my confidence sky rocketed! Not only that, but I received the full album within a week and a half of the shoot. That is insane. I cannot wait for the next time I get to work with Kim, because there WILL be a next time. If you are considering boudoir, Kim is it for you. Look no further. She is a queen and rocks at what she does. Book her. I promise you won’t regret it! -

Kim Lyn Nailed My Branding Session
I'm a fellow wedding industry creative, I own my own event planning and design company, and I recently hired Kim to do a branding session for me. I have worked with Kim on weddings in the past and am in awe of just how talented she is - she sits on my preferred vendor list!
When it comes to branding photography, I had seen a testimonial of someone who had received headshots from her and they looked so relaxed. Their review even proclaimed that they'd never felt more comfortable in front of the camera. That extra little review from someone prompted me to reach out to Kim for my own branding photography session!
I have a calm demeanor as a planner and sometimes I feel like it's really hard to capture that in photography. WELL Kim nailed it! I was relaxed the entire time and was able to get through quite a few outfit changes without feeling rushed. Kim was patient, helped me get each shot just right, directed my positioning, made me laugh and delivered a gallery that feels so totally me.
Some more perks: incredibly fast turn around, a favorites gallery that has way more pictures than I ever could have wished for, lots of fun on location and images that will stand the test of time.
Can't recommend her enough! Thanks again, Kim!! -

My husband absolutely loved shooting with Shiloh and was completely comfortable of the camera with the two of them, not something that comes easily to him. We both felt at ease the entire day with them by our sides and they were able to capture every moment beautifully. We also were so thankful of them coming to NYC to shoot our engagement photos and those were also spectacular thanks to the two of them! We will cherish each of the photos for many years to come and cannot thank the two of them enough for all of the hard work they dedicated to our wedding!

Erin Sent on 10/06/2017I cannot even say enough wonderful things about Kim! I started following her instagram very early on in my planning process, and I knew immediately that she was the one! Planning a destination wedding and not having any idea about vendors in the area was really kind of scary. But I literally loved very single picture she ever posted, and couldn't wait to get in front of her lens so she could great that kind of magic for my husband and I. Kim made us feel so comfortable when we flew up for our engagement photos, and even though it was the first time I was meeting her, I felt like I've known her my whole life. I REALLY feel like her wonderful personality along with my husbands good looks are why our pictures came out so incredible! We just felt so comfortable and like we could really be ourselves while capturing these precious moment that we will cherish for a lifetime. I live in Maryland and got married in Narragansett, RI 9/23/2017, and will be traveling to Rhode Island for all my future photography needs. She's our one and only, and we love her!

User2482457 Sent on 12/27/2015Kim and her husband Shiloh did a great job photographing our engagement session and wedding. They are both super cool and fit right in, and were completely professional. She clearly knew what we were looking for and executed it with adding her artistic eye to things. She had said we would barely know she was there because her photo-journalistic style was very candid, and she was right! After we got the photos back there were several shots that I had no idea a picture was being taken. Great job! We highly recommend her and her husband. Shiloh worked very well with my husband and his groomsmen, got a long quite well. Very glad we chose them. -

Kim is undoubtedly a very talented photographer; my fiance and I were thrilled to have her as our photographer for our wedding, which was originally scheduled for September 5, 2020 in Boston, Massachusetts. Like many couples during this global pandemic, we recently needed to begin planning for the likelihood that we would need to post pone our wedding, and were trying to make that decision with all available information. We asked to Kim to hold our "rain" date in 2021 last week, which she agreed to. Within a couple of days, she then replied back to us letting us know that another couple was ready to book her for our "rain" date and that we had 24 hours to make a decision. It was fairly evident that this other wedding was more convenient for her, as she was already proposing alternate arrangements for our rain date in that initial correspondence. It was our desire to allow for Governor Baker to announce his reopening guidelines and we asked if we could please be afforded just a couple more days so we can hear what the Governor had to say (the press conference was yesterday). The extension we requested was never confirmed or denied within that 24 hour period Kim mandated. When she did get back to us, she mentioned that no, she'd have to go with whatever couple is first, insinuating that she was not officially booked yet. From there, the communication was very spotty and the situation was left in a very ambiguous status. Fast forward to yesterday, May 18th, we explicitly asked Kim whether she was booked or not and that if she was booked, if we'd be able to have our deposit returned (less he expenses for the engagement photos. She confirmed that she was booked, and that the deposit was non refundable since technically we didn't need to move our date, even though for the foreseeable future no gatherings larger than 10 will be allowed in the state of MA.
To be quite honest, Kim is the only one of our vendors who is being unreasonable during this global pandemic. We realize that this is a tough situation for everyone, particularly those who run small businesses, but given that cancellation policies have become more lenient across the board in all industries, we felt as though there was a more amicable way to move forward that suited both parties. Additionally, we woke up this morning to find that she blocked us on Instagram which we also found to be a bit childish and unprofessional.
