  I can't speak highly enough about the quality of service at King Jewelers. We were overwhelmed when we started the search for an engagement ring, and wedding bands. As soon as we started working with the experts at King Jewelers we felt at ease, and well taken care of.   Charlie from King Jewler’s was absolutely amazing. She helped my fiancé find the perfect ring and she was so sweet and helpful when I went in to get my ring resized. We noticed an impurity in the diamond and she was extremely helpful in laying out a new selection to choose from to ensure it was what we wanted. She was very thoughtful and made my fiancé feel extremely comfortable when ring shopping and he said he felt like she was truly invested in us as a couple. The band of my ring lost a diamond and King Jewlers put a new one back in on the spot- incredible service! We’re looking forward to going back for our wedding bands. Thank you Charlie and King Jewelers!

  Absolutely wonderful experience! I came to King for a prong fix but also wanting to redesign my ring setting as I was never really happy with my current setting as it was never the quality setting I had wanted for the the quality of diamonds we had selected ( note - King was not the original designer or I would have never had this issue in the first place) . We had a wonderful experience with Jim and he knew Paul was the person for this project. Upon meeting jewelry designer Paul, I knew he was the right person recreate my wedding ring. Paul is hands down the best jewelry designer I have worked with. He knew exactly what needed to be done & hand crafted my ring to an absolutely magnificent 3 stone ring. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and executed flawlessly. He also knew exactly what setting the stones needed & designed it perfectly. I could not be more delighted on how my ring turned out and he turned my dream ring into reality. I could not be more pleased with the quality of the design and his work ! I highly recommend this team. If you are looking for sheer perfection, quality work, and stunning jewelry- please go to King as you will not regret it. Jim and Paul were stellar with communicating during the work and I am so appreciative of their help - go see them !   King's Jewelers are on top of their game! They sold me when I walked in the door! Other jewelers I saw seemed to hate their jobs. When I left I didn't feel excited about being a bride, and believe me they weren't excited until 5 o'clock. As soon as I walked into King's they made me feel like a princess. It was all about me :) Also, they know what they're talking about. I've bought a good amount of jewelry and these guys by far knew more about sapphires and diamonds than any other jeweler I've come in contact with. You can guarantee you're in good care here.

  Bernie and Tim were so great to work with. We couldn't be more pleased with our wedding rings and with the necklaces they made for our bridesmaids. They were so responsive and the turnarounds were so fast! They were an absolute pleasure to work with. We know we'll be going back for any and all future jewelry purchases!

  Having to File a lawsuit

  BUYER BEWARE. LAW SUIT BEING FILED FOR FRAUD. I would seriously consider not buying any jewelry from them especially during this Holiday season and beyond. Go to Rittani or Stone Algo online to price compare for diamonds. They say the difference in cost is simply getting your ring cleaned and maintenance, this does not account for the difference in price and they have failed to make it right if something should go wrong, which it did and my only reason for using them to begin with. They say the difference in cost is simply getting your ring cleaned and maintenance, this does not account for the difference in price and they have failed to make it right if something should go wrong, which it did and my only reason for using them to begin with. If I could give less stars I would. I asked for specific metrics on an engagement ring diamond as an initial weed out process. I was assured through text messages and voice that the diamond met those metrics. Only to find out after the diamond was bought that it wasn’t within those parameters, they falsely presented the diamonds facts again by voice and by text. I brought up concerns within the return period. Their solution was a diamond at over 10k more out of my pocket and a diamond much smaller at an additional cost. They said they had exhausted all of their resources. I submitted several diamonds at or below the cost that I paid that had better metrics. This is over a 5.5 carat weight diamond, so the cost are considerable. I asked that it be replaced and the difference be refunded. I was told they needed to retain their sales margin. I tried to work with them repeatedly to come up with a solution only to be told by their lawyer that ONLY they can pick/present a diamond for replacement. I wanted an opportunity to present a diamond that met the original metrics and that I am happy to consider a diamond from them that meets or beats whatever I can find. Again was told only they could present a diamond for replacement as well, due to them needing to retain sales margin. I luckily recorded the call with the lawyer and will be releasing it onto social media shortly. You can see that I asked about metrics specifically in the pic below. The diamond did not meet the metrics that I asked about and said must be met. The sales person Hugh, said he must have mistakenly put in the wrong numbers when asked directly about it. Every other metric was accurate except for the one where the diamond was outside or the request. This directly effects the presentation of the stone. I was referred back to their policy by David King of no returns within 7 days, which I still told them my issues within that time frame through text to Hugh the sales rep. Unfortunately return policies don’t apply to fraud in any event. So now I’am forced to file a full lawsuit and sue. You will hear in the recording when speaking to the lawyer that they insist only David can present a stone because any stone I find, he will basically not be able to maintain his sales margin. Why I would put someone exclusively back in charge of picking a diamond that I will see everyday the rest of my life after they committed fraud and lied about the original diamond is beyond me and him retaining his sales margin after misrepresenting a diamond is not my concern. I mentioned how these situations and lawsuits often come out in the media. His lawyers response was that it doesn’t matter, that I should just google how many lawsuits and complaints have been filed against Kings, that Kings Jewelers does not care and that it’s an after thought. So I did just that, googled lawsuits and complaints against King Jewelers. Here is a link to where they were selling fake Cartier Jewelry.   This seems to be a trend with this company both in Nashville and in FL. I will be posting the 40 min audio file to social media shortly so that you can hear for yourself the lack of remorse and basically how they plan to just let it go to court for 2 years. All I can do in the mean time is make sure that the word is out about their business practices and let people have an educated decision on doing business with Kings.
