  A Kingwood Corona Bride

  Amanda Weber is a fabulous wedding coordinator who went above and beyond and helped me throughout the entire process, not to mention I got married (twice) in 2020. Amanda was a constant listening ear and calmed me down throughout the wedding planning process and made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Mike, the manager at Kingwood, was also wonderful and accommodating. Kingwood has so many amenities to offer wedding parties and their guests, including hotel rooms, condos, indoor and outdoor pool, spa services, golfing for wedding parties, and the restaurant and lounge. Kingwood is a must visit when in the Clayton, GA area, is a must consider when planning a wedding, and Amanda is a must have when hiring a wedding coordinator.

  Wedding at Kingwood

  Absolutely stunning location! Amanda Weber was the best! She is helpful with all the planning and coordinating my wedding! I can not thank her enough! We will be going back to Kingwood each year to remember our beautiful day!

  Wedding Weekend Summer Camp

  Yes, you read that correctly. Wedding weekend summer camp is what our wedding guests STILL refer to our wedding almost 2 years later. We knew Kingwood is where we wanted to get married before we even got engaged. Once we were engaged, we met with Amanda to discuss what we wanted and pricing. She was so helpful and accommodating from day 1 . We started the weekend on Friday with a 12 team golf tournament for the guys & a day at the spa for the girls. That evening we had our rehearsal in the gardens, the rehearsal dinner in the Appalachian room for our family & wedding party (total of 50+ people), & then had a welcome party for our guests in the bar & sunroom. Saturday was the day of the wedding and we planned a pool party for our guests while the wedding party was getting ready. Then, the wedding itself was one for the books! Everything went flawless. The next morning we had a brunch buffet in the dining room. Kingwood's staff put up with a bunch of craziness from our crew and handled it with ease. We are so appreciative for them making our entire wedding weekend spectacular.

  It was an absoulety wonderful wedding, we had a great staff to work with. The food was amazing and they set-up everything from the rehearsal dinner, rehearsal, ceremony to the reception and they cleaned up everything. They also had rooms and condo's that we used during the wedding. So didn't have to worry about having to drive back in fourth between the wedding and reception and to a hotel. Especially for when you have people that come from out-of-town. If I were to do it again I would it there.

  A lot of brides say they didn't eat a bite at their reception...well I ATE! Kingwood served the best food! All my guests really enjoyed it.
  The event planner was so helpful and sweet. She kept me informed, and did a really good job making my mother feel involved (you know how Moms can be!) The scenery is perfect for photography and there are a variety of accomodations for guests, ranging from condos to hotel rooms. There is a pool (for the kids), a spa (for the girls) and golf (for the boys!) I highly recommend Kingwood.

  The weddiing was perfect and the staff took care of us like family. Elizabeth (the events person) worked tirelessly to make the whole event sooooooo special. It was a little colder, but everything was warm and cozy for the reception. It was such a wonderful value for all the things they did for us. Could not have asked for a better wedding venue anywhere. It was just so beautiful.
