Kira, the best photographer!
There are so many amazing things I could say about Kira. Kira did our engagement photos and wedding photos and we couldn't be any happier!
I was looking for a photographer where we connected and the photos were "light and airy." We found exactly what we wanted with her. Kira was the perfect photographer for us! She is so relaxed when photographing, making us relaxed and natural and the photos prove that.
At our wedding, I had no concerns that a picture wouldn't turn out, or that a picture would be missed. I completely trusted Kira and her professional experience. She did not disappoint because the photos were beautiful!
She was so responsive and easy to talk ideas out with. Her photo turnaround time was so fast! She even sent a few sneak peeks just to hold us over while she completed the rest and that's exactly what we needed.
Both my husbands and I's families commented on how wonderful she was during the wedding and family photos. Sometimes those can be a little chaotic and she was so patient and didn't make us feel like we needed to rush to get through any photos.
I could go on and on! You will immediately love her the moment you talk with her and as soon as she starts photographing you for any event you will love her even more. I would highly, highly recommend Kira Whitney Photography!

Highly Recommend
Choosing Kira to be our photographer was by far, the best decision we made throughout our wedding planning. Going into our engagement session we were very nervous about how awkward we would be, but Kira helped us feel so relaxed and so fun! Not only is she truly talented, but she is just the sweetest person all around! On our wedding day she made sure to capture all of the best moments we will want to always remember.
Kira is very professional, organized, and will always respond in a timely matter. We got our wedding photos back so much quicker than expected. We love her and our pictures and we plan to use her in the future for any other photos we need.Kira Whitney Photography's reply:

Kira was our photographer for our wedding on June 13, 2020! Due to COVID-19 we were not able to meet in person beforehand but we did video chat; my husband and I knew that moment she was who we wanted to capture our big moment! Kira is very knowledgeable about photography and the pictures turned out stunning. She is a fabulous communicator and listener. Even though we were in the midst of the pandemic, she made the entire process seamless. The day of the wedding she showed up early to get situated, and took every picture we had on the shot list. She is professional, personable, and a joy to be around! There are no hidden fees and she gave us access to the pictures within the time frame she had planned. We are having a big celebration next year (this year there were 5 guests) and of course we are having Kira come take photos! We love her so much that we were planning on a certain date next year, but found out Kira was unavailable so we moved next year’s celebration back one week so we could have the photographer we know and love!Kira Whitney Photography's reply:

My husband and I chose Kira to do our engagement and wedding photography, and we were so happy with the outcome! We've gotten so many compliments on how wonderful our photos turned out and are thankful we chose Kira! She is super easy to communicate with, fun to be around, and VERY flexible! Kira did such an amazing job with our engagement photos and had no doubt that our wedding photos would be in good hands. Kira did an even better job than we could have imagined. She captured so many special moments perfectly and was so timely with editing and returning our photos. Kira listened to our requests and made sure to capture everything. Kira is warm, thoughtful, organized, and generous. She was on top of things from day one -- which put me at ease (one less thing for me to stress about). My groom had never had professional photography done before and he felt pretty awkward/skeptical about the whole idea (haha) -- but after we worked with Kira, he mentioned several times how easy she made the whole process and how excited he was to receive the final photos. And as if that's not enough, she delivered all of the photos (over 600!) in less than a week! What?! She is amazing. You will have no regrets working with her.Kira Whitney Photography's reply:

Kira was super kind, responsive, and professional from start to finish. She made us feel very comfortable while shooting and was informative with the brochures she gave us. She shot and sent us back our photos MIND BLOWINGLY FAST. And they looked great. We had the pleasure of working with her and her husband as our videographer and would definitely recommend the pair. Kira, where do I even begin?! Not only is Kira the sweetest person that I've ever met, but she is TALENTED... like REALLY, REALLY talented you guys! She captures stunning pictures through her natural light style, which is my absolute favorite. She was so easy to work with and made being in front of a camera feel comfortable. We were blessed to have her take our engagement pictures and our wedding photos. Not only did she take amazing pictures, but she had them edited and delivered to us within a week. My husband and I had been friends with Kira prior to us hiring her to shoot our engagement and wedding photos. I knew she was good, but after working with her I have a whole new level of respect for Kira as a professional photographer.
Between the engagement session and the wedding, we received about 1,000 photos from Kira, treated beautifully and delivered in (what felt like) record time. Kira was kind and fun to work with. We loved Kira! She is so genuine and kind, taking the time to get to know us and impressed me by naming our parent’s names on the spot, which says a lot about her character and her hard work she invests into making your wedding day extra special and unique to you. Our wedding photos were amazing. Not only did she capture beautiful lighting and the outdoor scenery, but she was able to capture my husband’s personality so well. Rachel Sent on 02/05/2018Kira is just the best! So easy to work with and so patient. She captured so many beautiful photos during our hour long engagement session. She spent ten hours with us on our wedding day and that is a feat in and of itself. Did I mention it was on New Year’s Eve? Yeah, spending ten hours with strangers on a holiday working.. she’s the bomb! She got both our engagement and wedding galleries back to us within ten days and the images are all stunning. I’m sure my husband and I will be working with her again in the future!
