My husband and I used Say Goodnight Gracie for our catering services during our wedding Sept 12, 2016 and we couldnt have been happier with their services and food!! Roxanne was easy to communicate with, she helped us tweak the menu to fit our budget, and she ensured we had everything we needed during the night. Most importantly, the food was delicious!!! Thank you for helping make our day a memorable one!

We had an Italian buffet!! It was amazing, I wish I could have shipped all the left overs home to Texas!! They were very easy to work with, and did all the set up!! I highly recommend them for Italian food!

We do not live near Las Vegas and were planning our wedding weekend from Indiana. Initially we planned to do a DIY wedding reception in our large hotel suite. The health and mobility of my fiancé, who was still being treated for cancer, was not where we expected or hoped when we started making our wedding plans, plus we ended up with many more guests than we thought, so our reception plans were simply unreasonable and unrealistic.

Hearing my stress on the phone, our cake baker recommended Say Goodnight Gracie Catering. Less than two months before the wedding, I contacted Eddie and Roxanne, who saved the day. Unfortunately with the time and distance, we were unable to taste the food prior to hiring them, but everyone at the reception thought everything tasted great.

They were super easy to work with, and everything went smoothly. They came to our suite while we were off getting married and set up the food so it was hot and ready as soon as everyone arrived back at our suite. It was like magic. Their prices were also a fraction of the cost of having the hotel cater our reception.

To be honest, we were a little worried about hiring a caterer without getting to taste the food, but Roxanne and Ed at Say Goodnight Gracie couldn't have done a better job.

We met Roxanne a few months before our wedding and she was great at reassuring us of the quality and quantity of their food and she was very flexible working with us as the circumstances of our wedding changed. She was also very responsive whenever we needed information about the menu.

On the wedding day, Roxanne, Ed and her team were great - the food was fantastic and everyone raved about it, especially the seafood gumbo! They even helped cut and serve out our cake. They took care of everything from prep to cleanup without any supervision or hand holding.

If you are planning your wedding in Las Vegas, don't hesitate to hire Say Goodnight Gracie, they are fantastic!

    Just okay, way overpriced

It was okay but not worth the price.

We ordered catering for a Welcome Cocktail party for our destination wedding in June 2022. It was for a headcount of 60 people, and it was NOT worth the money spent. Below are the items we ordered and the description/feedback.

    For $2000+ tip we received:
Bacon-wrapped scallops: They used the smallest scallops I’ve ever seen used for wrapped scallops but they tasted good.
Greek salad cups: Tasty and fresh
Pigs in a blanket: Just okay but dry and no sauce.
Sausage stuffed mushrooms: These were really mushy with a lot of breading and not much flavor.
Pulled pork jalapeno poppers: These were plated on a cheap tray and got cold very fast. They looked old and gross by the time the party started. They may have held up better if they were not left out on a tray.
Chicken spiedini: The chicken was pretty dry, and the breading was mushy. The dipping sauce was in cheap Tupperware but was tasty.
Filet mignon crostini: These were plated on a cheap tray so they were cold when the party started. It was soggy bread and tough steak, but the sauce was good.

For a headcount of 60 people, there were approximately 60 pieces of each item, less than 60 for some items. We ended up having a headcount of approximately 50 people, 10 less than we’d anticipated. Had we not provided fruit, crudité, charcuterie, some dips and chips/pitas/crackers, and desserts of our own we would not have had enough food for the smaller than anticipated group.

I would not recommend this caterer and would not use them again. We planned three days of wedding events, and this was the most expensive caterer with the worst quality and smallest quantity of food. I’d recommend finding other local caterers that are more reasonably priced and provide better quality.
