Kersti has been our friend for years, so naturally we picked her as our wedding planner. I can't express the complete precision of her planning. Meeting with her, going over our details, and help finding wonderful vendors within our budget. The day of our wedding, all we were required to do was to get ready and show up. Eveything was done and our timeline was followed to a T! Everything was beautiful and she even added decorations to our table decor that we weren't expecting. Our venue didn't have cleaning staff, so Kersti and her boyfriend cleaned the venue! If you are looking for a perfect day, I highly recommend Kersti. She loves love and will make your dream wedding come true. She is a MUST hire. -

Working with Kersti was great. I think we were her first full wedding planning, but she found every single one of our vendors, who were also generally fantastic and reasonably priced. She was always available and very responsive, and she didn't have a maximum amount of time she would spend with us before charging more. She also went to all of our vendor meetings and took notes.
We got married in a non-venue (a friend's cabin in Graeagle), so it took a LOT of work to create a wedding venue out of nothing. She didn't shy away from it, and in fact came with us several times to the cabin even though it was about an hour outside of Reno to plan it. She also helped plan our rehearsal dinner, although she wasn't able to make it herself.
Once we had to go on a surprise hike for our Sunday plans, since our friend had to leave, and she not only came with us but was extremely positive about it even though it probably took about 45 minutes.
Kersti had wedding decorations in her possession that she let us borrow. She also helped us with DIY projects that we wouldn't have been able to finish on our own.
Kersti did a great job on our wedding day. Our DJ was slightly problematic (the only vendor who was), but Kersti stayed on top of him to make sure things flowed smoothly. As far as I'm aware, there was only one major thing that went wrong during our wedding day, and that had to do with family members; it was completely outside of our control. I'm sure other things went wrong as well, but it never reached me.
I also had trouble with the photographer after our wedding, but Kersti still stepped up to help me.
My one wish is that Kersti was slightly more organized, but I think that will come with experience since again, we were her first full wedding planning. Thank you Kersti for everything! -

Kersti has such a relaxed and great vibe about her. Very good at paying attention to details. I was very happy with the service she provided and would recommend her to anyone. Best wedding planner ever!
Kersti is AMAZING!! My husband and I live in Phoenix and had our wedding in Reno. She was my lifelike to planning my wedding! She kept me in the loop on everything and always let me know what she was doing. I had a lot of jumbled ideas for what I wanted and she turned them into my perfect wedding! She researched a bunch of venues for us before we came to visit so that we didnt need to waste anytime on places that wouldn't work for us. The arch that I wanted she couldn't find anywhere so she made it for me! Our centerpieces were mickymouse heads made of flowers, my favorite flowers. She made all of them! And we had 18 tables! Our wedding was disney themed and I told her my concerns about it looking like a kid birthday party, but she made it look so classy! Kersti made sure that we didnt have to stress or worry about anything on our big day or even before! She made planning a wedding more fun and a lot less stressful! I honestly wouldn't have had my perfect day if it wasnt for her! I would recommend her to everyone! Even if you are planning a destination wedding, she's perfect! -

Kristen Sent on 08/24/2018Kersti was amazing! Her price was uncomprable to any other coordinator we researched and the quality of work was not compromised. She went out our of her way to make things work for us. She set everything up and packed everything away at the end of the night. On top of her good work she was extremely nice and persoabke and fit right in with the guests. It was like having another good friend hanging with you on your wedding day :) if you need a coordinator pick Kersti ?? -

Kersti saved our lives and our wedding! A few months before the wedding, we realized we needed a day-of coordinator because I realized I would be way too busy to make sure everything was set up the way we wanted. We hired Kersti and met with her about 2 weeks before. We walked the venue together, showed her pictures, and gave her a breakdown of what we wanted, how we wanted things set up, the schedule, etc. Kersti took it and ran with it, and everything was beyond perfect, better than I even could've imagined! We didn't have to worry about a single thing the entire day, she took care of everything! If she was this great for just day of coordinating, I can't imagine what she could do with full planning services. Highly recommend, 5 stars!!! -
