My fiancé and I had a wonderful engagement shoot with Bob. We're both a little camera shy, yet Bob took such care and patience to direct us we didn't have to worry about a thing. We also received our pictures much earlier than we expected, and they turned out amazing. Super excited to get to work with him again for the wedding day!
POST WEDDING UPDATE:
Bob and Becky were absolutely wonderful and exceeded our already high expectations. They were professional, patient and courteous, making us and our wedding party feel at ease in front of the camera to lead to some incredible photos.
Bob took care to check in multiple times during the wedding planning process and jumped on a very helpful detailed call one week before the wedding (which put our last minute worries at ease). Choosing Kniley Photography was one of our best wedding decisions without a doubt. -

Other than the venue, the photographer was the biggest, most important decision for me. I had a very specific vision I wanted for our photos and felt like I was going to have to settle. I talked with about 9 photographers before finding the right one. Bob Kniley is based out of Lima, NY. After inquiring with him, my husband and I went to his studio and talked for about 2 hours about our relationship, families, friends, and our wedding day. Not only is he extremely talented, which you can tell upon first glance at his portfolio, but he is so thoughtful, kind, and really goes above and beyond for his couples. He was THE BEST. He talked with me multiple times throughout the planning process, gave me the best advice for the wedding day, and overall was just so supportive and excited throughout the planning process. We are looking forward to our “reveal celebration” where he brings each couple he works with into his studio where you get to see your wedding photos as well as customized album(s) and artwork for the first time together. After seeing a few sneak peek photos, I cannot wait for the big reveal! I seriously cannot recommend Bob enough, such a hardworking, dedicated, talented, considerate photographer and person!

Highly Recommend!
I can not say enough wonderful things about Kniley Photography. Bob has been absolutely amazing throughout this whole wedding process. During our engagement session, he made both me and my fiance feel comfortable in front of the camera which made our experience that much more fun. Not only is he a phenomenal photographer that truly cares about you, your vision, and your wedding but he will help you along the way with anything you may need. From our first interaction with Bob Kniley we were struck by his professionalism and sincerity. Bob has a very warm nature, which proved to be very helpful and calming on our wedding day. Bob also has great attention to detail. We had multiple meetings and conversations with him in advance of our wedding day so that he understood our vision and so that he would be able to capture the moments that were most important to us.
This advance work paid off on our wedding day. Bob made sure to capture all the shots we wanted during and after our ceremony and at our reception. Bob's assistant photographer, Natalia, was also great to work with and was very helpful. We couldn't have been happier with how the day went.
Bob's professionalism, responsiveness, and calm demeanor helped make our perfect wedding day possible. We are so grateful that we had Bob be part of our special day and we would recommend Kniley Photography to anyone. We have already seen a sneak peek of photos and they are incredible. Bob and his assistant were amazing! He is so creative with his photography skills. He captures the little moments! I would HIGHLY recommend Bob and Kniley Photography! Bob was there from start to finish to help with the details. Helping plan a schedule and stay on track. We spoke about group pictures we wanted before hand, so it wasn’t crazy during the moment. He is professional, and fun to work with! -

Bob was incredible to work with! We just got married three days ago, and he was so professional and just plain “classy” from start to end. One of the things we especially appreciated about Bob was his communication. He was responsive to all of our requests, and sent frequent email updates and check-ins throughout the engagement. Also, and most importantly, his photos are out-of-this world gorgeous. Our engagement photos blew us away, and we just received our sneak peak photos that I am already obsessed with. We can’t recommend him enough! -

Choosing Bob is the best decision you can make!
If you are looking for a wedding photographer choosing Bob is a no brainer. The way he supported and guided us throughout our wedding process put everything at ease for my wife and I. Not to mention, he stuck with us for 2 years due to the pandemic. His attention to detail and how comforting and organized he was truly blew my expectations away. I cannot say enough great things about bob and Kniley photography. From the beginning I knew we could trust and count on them to capture our special moments. They stayed in contact with us the entire time and made everything so easy! They are so thoughtful and kind. We received tickets and a gift card to the movies for a date night on them randomly prior to our wedding and had so much fun. They really think of all the little details and have the best communication. Bob sent us videos throughout our time up to the wedding to help explain things which was amazing. We received our photos quickly and he even has an app made for your phone to view them. The quality of the photos are just amazing and he really captures the emotions. The products that you can order after like photo books and wall art are such great quality. I have not seen anything close to this photography company when I was looking prior to deciding on who to use. Bob Kniley should be at the top of your wedding guest list! He is the most enthusiastic, supportive, and reliable photographer we could have asked for, and is so much more than a wedding photographer. Bob really took the time to get to know who we were as a couple prior to our wedding. This was important in accurately portraying our story... you can tell he’s so dedicated to his craft! He provided us with helpful tips and advice beginning months before our big day, which really helped ease any pre-wedding jitters we had. On our wedding day, he made sure to be present at all the special moments, capturing both the big and the little moments, and made us feel relaxed and comfortable with the photography. Bob is the best of the best when it comes to wedding photography. I have attended a number of weddings but I have never been in a wedding myself and didn't know the first thing about how to plan or prepare for my wedding day. Bob went above and beyond with helpful hints throughout the planning process that I wouldn't have thought of or considered, and he made my husband and I so comfortable in front of the camera. As we got closer to the wedding day, he took the time to have a thoughtful and thorough conversation about the day of timeline which no other vendor paid a lot of attention to. His attention to detail to our day of timeline and family photo lineup allowed me to be so stress-free the day of. I truly think our wedding day could have gone off the rails timewise if Bob wasn't there to be our fearless leader keeping everything running smoothly. This includes getting ready, first look(s), ceremony, post family pictures, post receptions pictures and so many more!! Bob is truly the most experienced and trusted wedding photographer in Rochester, NY. I did not have a care in the world on my wedding day because I knew I could trust Bob who had prepared equally as much as I did. Bob was absolutely amazing to work with. From the day we sat down to meet him and go over what we wanted for our day, we knew that he would be the perfect photographer to capture every precious moment. He spent well over an hour talking with us, getting to know us and our story, and what we had in mind for our day. Bob made the planning process as easy as possible and was extremely responsive to all emails and calls as we worked out our schedule and the things we had in mind for the day. On our wedding day, Bob and his assistant Becky were very professional and organized and had our day running smoothly. He worked closely with our day-of coordinator, DJ, and caterer to make sure that we were on schedule and the team was on the same page. He also did an incredible job at arranging our family photo sessions as I have a very large family. He handled it with ease and never missed a beat. I highly recommend Bob to anyone. He is an incredible photographer and just overall a great person to work with.
