  I hired Koru Eco Spa for my son's wedding, for makeup applications for 5 people at the Spring House Hotel in Sept, 2016. Koru worked with me to have a person on-site; working with our schedule and helping to keep everyone relaxed and on time. All five were thoroughly pleased with the professionalism and results!   I could not have been happier about my hair and make up on the day of my wedding. The team did an amazing job on all of my bridesmaids and mother of the bride and groom as well. They were so friendly, professional and relaxed. Getting ready for the wedding was so calm and fun joking around with them and all of the girls were happy with how they looked. Everyone looked beautiful and like themselves. I would definitely recommend using Koru if you are getting married on Block Island!

  I LOVED working with these ladies for my rehearsal dinner and wedding. The team was super friendly and professional. Leading up to the big day, Jill was wonderful working with a stressed/frazzled bride-to-be -- coordinating the hair/makeup of 9 bridesmaids, 1 bride, 2 mothers, and 2 aunts. The team went to two locations and did an excellent job on hair and makeup. I highly recommend Koru!

The team at Koru Eco Spa made my bridesmaids, mother, and I look and feel absolutely gorgeous, and were so easy to work with & accommodating. We spent several hours at the spa before the wedding, and the owner, Jill, was so helpful & easygoing about everything. We arrived on Block Island a day before the wedding, and Jill allowed us to drop off items when we got there, which was a huge help! The day of the wedding, the team accommodated all of our needs, and made the environment relaxing and fun. I can't say enough about my hair/makeup artist, she was so easy to work with, created a look unique to my style, and I have never felt more beautiful. I would highly recommend Koru for anyone getting married on the island! I can't wait to go back for some beauty treatments!

  I used Koru Spa for my hair services. Erin provided top notch customer service; she answered all of my emails/questions in a timely and responsive manner. She was nothing short of friendly and courteous even when I had a few very last minute changes. I rented the Tiki lounge on the floor above the Spa; it was the perfect area for my girls & myself to relax and sip mimosas while getting ready for the big day. Chloe did my hair and she was wonderful. She too is very friendly and created the perfect beachy updo that withstood OBX’s strong winds during my outdoor wedding.
