  Restoration of a family photo

  A massive thank you to our AMAZING photographer, Andrew, who restored a precious photograph from the past that could never be recreated. From the time he received the photo in horrible shape (the cracks had been held together with duct tape), Andy was confident that he had everything under control as we held our breath. He was great in communicating with us and taking our ideas about what we wanted done. We were delighted to find out that once he received it he developed a plan on how he was going to do the restoration.   A massive thank you to our AMAZING photographer, Andrew, who restored a precious photograph from the past that could never be recreated. From the time he received the photo in horrible shape (the cracks had been held together with duct tape), Andy was confident that he had everything under control as we held our breath. He was great in communicating with us and taking our ideas about what we wanted done. We were delighted to find out that once he received it he developed a plan on how he was going to do the restoration. We knew he was the right photographer as he did an amazing job on each of our children's weddings. Everyone had remarked about his beautiful work and loved him. We recently received an email of the before and after and couldn't be happier with them. We now are awaiting the actual restored photos with great excitement. I would have him work on any restoration project that has sentimental value to you. When dealing with these photos you realize that if someone doesn't have their heart in their work and messes it up, you only had one shot, and the project would have been permanently destroyed. Andy worked with the love we had for this photo and it definitely shows. Highly recommend his work in restoring photos as well as any photography project, wedding, portraits, "just because" photos.   We got married in August, 2010 and we couldn't be happier with Kramer Photographers. We had a really positive experience from beginning to end. Our photographer was prompt, professional, and was able to capture informal, candid pictures as well as work with large groups and families. He was able to put together pictures with people without being intrusive, and worked on getting the best pictures possible during the whole event.
  
  We're absolutely thrilled with our pictures and are glad to have so many wonderful moments captured so beautifully. Their experience and expertise are immediately evident when you talk with them and see their pictures. We highly recommend Kramer Photographers and would definitely work with them again.

  We hired Andrew from Kramer Photographers in Naperville to take our daughter’s wedding pictures this summer and he did an amazing job!
  He was so professional and he dealt with all our guests beautifully. He took amazing pictures throughout the wedding and captured all the best moments without intruding with his presence on any of the festivities.

  When planning a wedding you want everything smooth sailing, and using Kramer Photographers was nothing but that. From calling to inquire and ask a few questions to my wedding day everything went great. And I LOVED my pictures. Not only did I love them but family and friends had nothing but compliments on how the shots turned out. We used Andrew and he was helpful with whatever I asked and was quick the day of. My pictures were very important to me because I"ll have them forever and I am so happy I chose Kramer.

  When it came time to find a photographer, I didn't compare prices and packages as I did with everything else. I chose Kramer because my cousin, and 3 friends all used them over a 10 year span, and were all very happy. By reputation, they are dependable and customer service oriented.

  Kramer Photographers did an amazing job!!!! All of the pictures turned our great! Meeting with them at our consultation until picking up our album has been a very enjoyable experience. They are very professional and do really high quality work.

  The pictures that were taken were awesome! Many were extremely unique, and loved by my soon to be married friends! My photographer knew locations to bring us to, which was something I was clueless on. The cost was very appropriate. I have nothing but good things to say!

  I cannot express enough how happy I was to use Kramer. My sister had used them for her wedding 5 years prior so when my wedding came up it was a no brainer on who to use. We had Andrew, who took fabulous pictures. My husband was not looking forward to the whole picture process due to both of us having extended familes, but Andrew made the process quick and "painless" as my husband would say. Anytime I had a question, my calls were returned right away. I highly recommend using Kramer to capture one of the most important days of your lives, you will not regret it.

  Kramer is a fabulous photographer. Our pictures were all creative and beautiful. They are a little more costly then many photographers, however, you get what you pay for and the memories are beautiful

  They did a Terrible, Terrible, Terrible job. I cant believe I didnt read any of the reviews before hiring them. Its not that the photographer did a bad job, it was after. The pictures came out so bad and discolored, I cnat beleive that would still give us the photos after seeing how bad they looked. We had to go back and get another album printed, but that was still messed up. Our portrait was sent to our house a year 1/2 later bent from delivery, which lead into another battle to get something that we paid for. Ughh, I never reccomend KRAMER PHOTOGRAPHY to anyone!
