  The best dj!

  All I can say is WOW! Kris blew it out of the park! From our first conversation all the way through the wedding process, he was responsive, professional and so helpful! His years of experience show! His equipment is top notch and he has great up lighting, mics etc... He has a voice that is so pleasant to listen too when he makes announcements and he kept the energy of the room up with each event transition. By the time we got to the dancing, the music was better than we could have ever dreamed! He played EXACTLY the kind of music we wanted and kept our guests dancing all night long! No one wanted the night to end! The dance floor was packed! We are so grateful to Kris and wish we had a party every year we could hire him for!

  Kris was great to work with, he listened to what we had in mind for a more low key older wedding (we are both in our 50s, as well as most of our guests) and he had great recommendations for songs. I heard the cocktail hour was very nice, and heard some of it and it sounds great, no one had to shout over the music the whole night and he got the younger guests up and dancing once the party started, he even had me out there dancing.

  10/10 would hire again

  Kris handled all of the sound for our wedding, and he nailed it on every level. Our ceremony was on the shore of Lake Crescent, and our guests were able to hear everything (the pastor and groom were mic'd, and Kris kept tabs on everything to make sure the groom's mic was only on during vows). As professional as the ceremony was, the dancing was even better. We'd met with Kris beforehand to go over our music preferences, and his mixing throughout the night was smooth and fit our tastes to the tee. He even went above and beyond by making a custom mix for the mother-son dance, stitching together 3 different songs.
  Last but not least, he also provided uplighting for our venue. We'd initially planned on renting a tent but changed our minds, and Kris figured out the perfect solution for the lights. He placed them along the outside of the dance hall, and sync'd the lights with the tempo of the music for a really cool effect.
  Kris was the perfect emcee for our wedding, he was flexible with our changing plans (see the note about the tent, above), while also being perfectly professional, keeping everything running smoothly, and playing great music. 10/10 would hire again :)

  Kris will deliver on surpass your expectations!

  First, let me preface that I have high expectations, and find it difficult to put trust in others especially for important events and things I am not familiar with (i.e. MC and entertainment). Yet, Kris blew my now wife and I away! Kris will make your day magical and memorable and most importantly will be one less thing you need to worry about on your big day. His style, music selection, and attention to detail are top notch. Kris is definitely more mature and not some Fraternity house DJ; you get what you pay for. Three things that impressed us the most: 1) Kris is a master of his tradecraft, he is not only a DJ, but an MC so he knows how to read the room, keep the flow going, and energy alive. 2) His equipment and music selection are cutting edge. Kris provided state of the art up lighting and other options and manages to fuse everything together seamlessly, to the point where even our venue coordinator commented that he was the best they have seen! 3) Kris is responsive and trustworthy. When Kris says, “Do not worry, that is my job, I got this,” rest assured he stands by it and delivers. I would recommend Kris hands down for any event.

  We had our wedding almost 3 months ago and we were so glad we went with Kris. He setup for our wedding perfectly for the outdoor ceremony and a smooth transition into the dinner reception. What we absolutely loved was that he was the best MC and DJ - taking my mom's last minute flash drive of Vietnamese songs and incorporating a few of them into the night, while keeping everyone on the dance floor. I was so happy that we were able to please the crowd and my parents and their guests! EVERYONE was dancing all night long until they had to kick us out for cleanup. Only thing is Kris forgot about the garter and bouquet toss (because everyone was seriously dancing all night long), but was very accommodating and easily able to get that back in. THE BEST & we would highly recommend!!

  If you want a wedding reception with great music, the ambiance of uplighting to set whatever mood you want, and the professionalism and punctuality seen at premier events, please use Kris as your DJ. My husband and I got married two weeks ago in Seattle and were still receiving compliments of how great our dj was. I called 4 djs months prior to our event and the minute I spoke with Kris, I could tell he was personable and professional. He met with us a month before our wedding and walked us through everything...entrance song, first dance, cocktail music, dinner music, mother son, father daughter, cake cutting song, and then an easy questionnaire of music genres we like and don't like. You also can include what songs you want or don't want...and he asks if you want your crowd to request music or not, and if you want them to have access to the microphone. He thought of everything! The day of the wedding, I can't tell you how beautiful the reception looked with the ambiance lighting he has!! He learned our parents and bridal party names (even phonetically spelling out their names so he would announce correctly) and personally finding them for our grand entrance instead of announcing over the microphone. When it was time for dinner, instead of announcing over the microphone to release each one of our 24 tables, he went to each table and guided them to the food. He just was so awesome, I cannot say enough about how easy he made our day and night. For example, my husband and I were so overwhelmed with the mass amount of people we needed to speak with during cocktail hour, that he gathered us aside, asked if we knew how to cut the cake..No we didn't! Never even crossed our mind. The little details like that were so helpful to aid with the flow of the evening. Our guests of all ages danced all night long and he played 90's music, country, hip hop..you name it, he read the crowd and it was awesome. Please book him if you want your day to be great.

  Kris was a dream vendor to work with! We won his services during Get Hitched, Give Hope, so while we got a heck of a deal, but even without that he would be worth every penny. Kris was a great professional to work with, always responsive to emails and answered any questions we had.

  I can't tell you how many people I overheard on the dance floor saying, "this is the best DJ ever!" And it's true, Kris was the best! He was professional and easy to work with from start to finish. He tailored his service to what we were looking for and picked up on our music style for our wedding instantly.

  Kris was amazing from start to finish. If you are looking for a DJ who is professional and pleasant without being cheesy, Kris is the best choice.
  
  Planning:
  Our wedding planner recommended Kris and we decided right away that he was the right choice. He is easygoing, friendly, and has none of the shtick you can find with some DJs. Before the wedding he provides you with a detailed questionnaire where you can tell him what songs you want for specific moments and well as more general direction on mood and tone for the night. We gave Kris somewhat vague direction but he was able to take that and pull together a fantastic evening.
  
  The Wedding:
  We had our wedding at a private property but Kris flawlessly set up the sound systems and lights for all locations and events throughout the celebration. He also provided the music for our cocktail hour and reception and made all relevant announcements.
  
  Kris provided a fantastic balance of our parents’ music and the more contemporary music my husband and I were looking for. Kris even found some esoteric songs that had sentimental meaning to my parents and made sure they were included. Kris read the crowd extremely well and kept the party going for hours. At the end of the night Kris had to tell the still packed dance floor that the buses were leaving and they really had to go home. People are still talking about how much fun they had and how fantastic the music was.
  
  We couldn’t have asked for a better celebration and we couldn’t have done it without Kris.

Additionally, since we don't live in Washington, I needed someone very responsive and flexible to be able to meet with us when we visited. I knew I needed to pick the right person who would take the time to get a feel for what we wanted, to take direction as needed and provide suggestion when we needed it and Kris did just that!!

  Kris did a great job at our wedding! We chose him over other DJs in our area because he was organized from the start. We were married at a zoo which had its challenges for set up but Kris rocked it. He did a great job running the flow of the wedding and making sure we were close to our timeline. The music, of course, was great.
