  Outstanding team. Outstanding service.

  The Kristin Banta Team did a fantastic job designing and implementing our brand launch party. The team did an amazing job of translating our ideas and conversations into an event that perfectly captured our company's feel and message. We were very pleased with the amount of times we were able to meet and discuss our project, as their team is easy to reach and very responsive. KBE went above and beyond to help us create our desired event. The entire team was an absolute pleasure to work with and we highly recommend their services.

  Professionalism, experience and genuine happiness is how I describe Kristin and her team. We did not live in Los Angeles and I was a bride that was not into the details or anything that would take me away from being in the moment during my magical weekend. It was extremely important that my wedding planner had the capability of running the show while also being in my head.
  Kristin exceeded my expectations. The look and feel was beyond my imagination. The vendors Kristin provided were also extremely professional and creative. From the florals to photographers and even the coffee cart, their experience and confidence provided David and I with peace on our wedding day.
  
  When our blissful day came to and end, David and I both said, we want to get married all over again! Kristin totally captured the essence of who we are. We are forever grateful for turning our dream into a reality!

  We unequivocally had the single most epic wedding of all time. Our guests have literally not stopped talking about it for the last year and a half. It will be remembered by our family and friends as the greatest party they were ever fortunate enough to be invited to and it was all thanks to Kristin Banta Events.
  In an effort to give our (mostly) out of town guests a one of a kind Hollywood experience, we booked our wedding on the Warner Brothers Studios lot. It comes complete with movie scenery facades, historic film locations, and active shooting sets, and, while we were excited to give our guests this distinctive party experience, we found ourselves dealing with the kind of studio bureaucracy that would land our wedding in development hell.
  KBE took on the unenviable task of not only planning a beautiful event but also a movie studio production. To say they excelled and exceeded our expectations would be putting it mildly. They not only cut through the studio red tape, simultaneously relieving all our pre-wedding stress, but they put together the wedding of our dreams.
  From just a few casual conversations over wine and cheese, Kristin and her team took all of our favorite things (comic books, Chihuahuas, chandeliers) and crafted them into a cohesive yet elegant design that captured both our spirit as a couple and the Warner Bros locale. What we ended up with was a Gotham City inspired affair complete with Batmobiles, black damask linens, and tablescapes reminiscent of Wayne Manor.
  There isn’t a chance we could have done any of it without Kristin Banta Events. They took our ideas an elevated them tenfold, yet, in the eyes of our guests, we came across looking like rock stars. From the band to the dance floor to the minor touches that meant so much to us and will stay with us forever, Kristin Banta and her team made our wedding the most special day of our lives. We can’t thank them enough!

  Four years later, I'm here on this site (again), to gush about Kristin Banta. She and her team did our son's intimate small wedding in 2011 (I'm the Robin with great reviews :-)! Now, KB and team just pulled off a 4-day destination event for over 230 people! It was nothing less than spectacular! Each event, from the romantic al fresco Italian Rehearsal dinner, to the Mexican inspired Welcome party to the actual day - words cannot begin to describe the magic . . .the décor was off the charts. . .the lighting was like nothing I've seen. . .the out of the box thinking, that made this wedding unlike any other, in the most positive way possible is a 50 on a 1-10 scale! It's been 2 weeks and that is all people are still talking about. . .Our daughter and son-in-law said it exceeded their wildest dreams for the wedding that they so desired. Don't even bother interviewing other planners, IF you like creative, out-of-the-box, not cookie-cutter thinking - working with true professionals and having lots of fun planning!

  Kristin Banta is amazing. We knew within minutes of meeting her that she was "the one." You can tell right away that she has a passion for what she does and it is evident in every one of her weddings. We met with a handful of reputable planners before meeting Kristin, none of which had the talent, vision, passion or enthusiasm that Kristin did. Kristin and her entire staff were amazing. Not only did she give my husband and me the wedding of our dreams, but became a very close friend. She was there for us through every step or concern through our almost 14 months of planning. I cannot say enough kind things about her and would recommend her a thousand times over. Our experience was so great that I almost wish we had another wedding to plan with her.

  We were given Kristin's name through the high end hotel we were using for our son's wedding. From the minute we started speaking, I knew that she was our wedding planner. She told me "this is your family's wedding and I'm here to make YOUR vision come true, not to plan my idea of what your wedding should be". The entire planning process, which was probably 6 months, was pure joy; her vendors were top notch; her staff was always accomodating and smiling; our budget (which was not huge) was honored. Our son's wedding is still talked about from all who were lucky enough to attend and even the hotel staff still refers to that event as one of the most beautiful and romantic weddings that they had seen. I can't wait for our daughters to become engaged, so that we can have an excuse to work with Kristin again!

She was incredibly supportive throughout the process and truly took all of my husband and my wishes for our wedding to heart and brought our vision to life. Kristin is a visionary and the wedding was more than anything I could have ever imagined. Kristin is absolutely lovely inside and out and she eased all my stress during the planning process.

  I am saddened by \"LB\'s\" review of Kristin Banta Events. Kristin just produced our fantastic wedding, and I have nothing but amazing thoughts about her work. Throughout the entire process (1+years) of planning my wedding, Kristin was the most professional, kind, sincere and flexible person to work with. Our budget was similar to \"LB\'s\", and Kristin made our wedding look like a million bucks. She gave us tons of options, and let us choose what we liked, all while keeping our budget in mind. Los Angeles is a difficult city to be married in. The prices are crazy! Kristin gave us a realistic idea of what to expect with our budget guidelines, so we knew going in that it would be a bit tricky. She never once made us feel that $50k was not enough, rather gave us amazing ideas of how to spend our money in a smart way. We also came to Kristin with a vision, and she helped us create exactly what we had pictures, and also came up with some fantastic ideas that we would have never thought of. It made our wedding truly special and unique. For that, I cannot be thankful enough. Again, I\'m puzzled as to why someone would ever have such problems like \"LB\" did, because we thoroughly checked Kristin\'s referrals before we met her, and heard nothing but positive reviews.   Working with Kristin was the best part of our wedding. Because of her hard work and professionalism, we were able to enjoy our day and not worry about a single detail. She was able to take our vision and turn it into reality. She is the best investment I have ever made. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a true professional.

  Kristin Banta is like no other. After interviewing loads of event planners in LA and never feeling that special "click", we met Kristin and it was truly love at first sight. Not only is she an absolute delight to work with (I pretty much laughed thru my entire wedding planning experience) but she is an absolute genius in creating the perfect wedding.
  
  The key to this perfect wedding was her enthusiasm and knowledge in interpreting exactly what we wanted as a couple. She listened, absorbed, got to know our style and dreams and made it happen. From the bands, the florals,the photography, the food, the cocktails and cake our wedding was exactly what we wanted...must have been pretty amazing since we were featured in a few wedding publications ;-)
  
  The actual day was flawless, flowed perfectly, and every guest gushed at how lovely it was. Kristin deserves all the credit. She is a talent, hilarious, kind, beyond knowledgable in the event planning world and probably one of my most favorite women I know.
  
  I wish we could do it all over again!! Vow renewals perhaps ;-)
