  Absolutely amazing

  Words cannot express my gratitude for Katie! My wedding was something out of a magazine! It was the PERFECT wedding and it's all because of her. I came to Katie with a simple idea and she worked her magic and brought it to life. It was better than I could have ever imagined!
  
  Katie is a top-notch planner and I am incredibly lucky to have had her help. She always made us feel as though she had everything 100% under control. Trust me, you want this in a planner! She respected my input and added her special designer eye to my ideas. She was always available to alleviate any stress or answer any silly question I had. She was extremely organized and kept us on track the entire way through the planning process.
  
  She took the reigns on our rehearsal day and made sure all of our attendants knew exactly what they were doing, and made it fun and enjoyable throughout.
  
  On our wedding day, I knew I had absolutely nothing to stress about because Katie was on it. If something went wrong, I still have no idea to this day. Every little detail, every step of the way. I couldn't have asked for a better planner, and am so grateful that we picked Katie to help us throughout our wedding planning.
  
  I would recommend Katie to absolutely anyone!

  Incredible Wedding Coordinator!

  We could not recommend Katie highly enough for the job she did with us. We were really impressed with her diligence and intimate knowledge of every detail that would be involved with our venue, itinerary, and other small details you would have no idea to think about. She kept studious notes from every single one of our meetings and was well prepared every time we met. This was a huge help as the majority of our meetings were over the phone because we live remotely away from Tahoe. Working with Katie, we never felt handicapped by our distance from the venue. Not only was Katie extremely knowledgeable with the details, she was an absolute joy to work with. She genuinely cared about our well-being in the planning stages and we always felt as if we were her most important client. We would 150% recommend Katie to a friend or anyone who is getting married in the Tahoe area!

  Katie is BY FAR the BEST!

  Hiring Katie was the best decision we made throughout the planning process. She went above and beyond for us, and truly made our day what it was. Katie was organized, comforting, and always available. My husband and I were blown away with how she made everything flow seamlessly throughout the months of planning and the day of. If you want to work with someone who is not only organized and attentive, but genuine and caring as well, Katie is the best person for you!!

  Katie was a godsend! She saved my sanity with the stressful last few weeks of wedding planning and brought my vision to life like I hadn't even imagined! She was a dream to work with - very responsive, understanding what I needed and wanted, and made our wedding day run smoothly. And she made it all look so easy!

  I've been in the Catering business for almost 36 years and I pride myself on my professionalism. I don't hand out compliments or referrals often. Over the years I have worked with many vendors including wedding coordinators, and do not give out a lot of referrals. I can also say that I more often than not would never recommend using a wedding coordinator. But I have never worked with anyone like Katie, she was amazing. I have never worked with her before but if I could choose only one person to work with it would be Katie. From the moment she arrived until the very end of the wedding we worked together, she was everywhere including offering and helping with things she could have walked away from. If you should need a Wedding coordinator for your special event don't call anyone but Katie, you will not be disappointed. Please feel free to contact me anytime @ alexandercatering@sbcglobal.net.

  My husband and I got married in South Lake Tahoe a month ago. About three weeks prior to our wedding, we hired Katie to be our Day of Coordinator. We are so lucky to have found her. She was amazing. From the moment I had my first conversation with Katie over the phone, I knew she was the one who I would want to be our day of coordinator. When I told her what we envisioned for our wedding, she knew exactly what we were going for. I was very confident based on her experience and our conversation that she would do a wonderful job.
  
  The week of the wedding we met up with some of our vendors and they all said Katie had reached out to them regarding the timeline and services to make sure everyone was on the same page. All the vendors spoke very highly of Katie and were looking forward to working with her the day of. Since this was a destination wedding, I had only spoken with Katie over the phone. It wasn’t until the rehearsal that we finally met in person. She was on time, extremely friendly, and very professional.
  
  I honestly don’t know what we would have done without Katie. On the day of our wedding, she paid such great attention to detail during the setup, was very hands on the entire day, and I appreciated that so very much rather than her just delegating everything. In our eyes the day couldn’t have been more perfect and the room set up more beautifully thanks to Katie. If there was anything that went wrong, we didn’t know about it, that’s how amazing Katie is. She really understood our vision for our special day and made it come to life. I was able to focus on enjoying our special day rather than being stressed out.
  
  I highly recommend hiring Katie for your wedding coordination. She went above and beyond what we could have expected. After the wedding was over, even our Caterer and DJ both raved about Katie and said they would recommend her to their clients who are still looking for a wedding coordinator. You won't be disappointed if you hire Katie!

  Katie was exceptional and I say this with the vantage point of also having run high-touch events in my professional life. I had a 400 person wedding at my family’s house in Lake Tahoe, which had the unexpected curve ball of snow 2 days before and I was not aware of a single issue throughout the night of my wedding. From start to finish, Katie was thorough, organized, professional and even-keeled. I feel very lucky to have collaborated with her on the wedding and have already recommended her to several additional families. She is best in class.

  I recently was a guest at a wedding that used KRM. I have never seen a more lovely wedding. The couple glowed in the beauty, elegance and intimacy that was created around them. PERFECT was the word used most frequently by the other guests! Great music, food, flowers, set up, and unique special touches. KRM obviously has choice connections. My first choice!
