We just had our daughter's wedding in the ballroom. Everything was absolutely amazing! From decorating the day before, getting ready at the venue the morning of, cocktail hour, reception were perfect! Chef Jackie is an excellent cook! Food was hot and tasted great! This was not just a reception but an amazing experience! Presley and Annaliese where so great to work with! They are great coordinator's and so patient! Wedding can be stressful but Kruse Plaza takes all the stress away and does it all! I highly recommend this venue for a seamlessly great wedding! Thank you so much for giving us a beautiful day! -

They say you can not put a price on marrying off your daughter. I would definitely give this venue a full 5 star review! Our experience was so amazing and it made our daughters big day the day she has always dreamed about. Kruse Plaza made this a top notch event for us and our loved ones. The food was amazing, the timeline created was spot on and made the event flawless and the staff that helped put this all together was there for us through the whole thing to make sure of that! They offered so many options to choose from with having three different sized reception halls so no matter if you have a large event or a small they can handle it. We have had so many compliments from family and friends on how nice the wedding was!! -

My daughter had her wedding and reception at Kruse Plaza in Auburn. The whole process from start to finish was honestly issue-free. Kate an Patrick were great to work with in the months leading up to the wedding. They helped with question we had, and they assisted us with the last final details. Our event coordinator for the evening was Peter, and he was amazing too! He helped in so many aspects that day/evening to make sure things ran smoothly, and they did. My daughter was married in the ballroom, which was so beautiful, and then our guests went to The Hangar for drinks and a charcuterie board while we did photos. Our buffet was done by Mission BBQ, and the cake was made by Courtney’s Bakery. We got so many compliments on the food and cake! The bridesmaids, bride, and moms enjoyed the beautiful bridal suite with the relaxing salt room, while the groom, groomsmen, and dads loved the guys loft with the pool table. If you are wavering, don’t think twice about this venue. They do anything and everything to help. My daughter’s dream wedding was a reality because of Kate, Patrick, and Peter…and the beautiful venue. -

This venue is very up and coming. They have multiple gorgeous spaces, and the ready rooms are incredible. The food was amazing, they did all of our bar and food service. The planning was so easy and stress free, and our entire wedding team was so kind and accommodating! I only had to book a baker and a photographer, didn't have to stress about buying linens. They even have quite a few rentable decorations! Absolutely worth it. -

Best Venue Experience!!!! Highly recommend!
Kruse Plaza worked with us to execute our vision! They asked lots of questions, followed up, and made sure every detail was taken care of. On our wedding day there was 0 stress or worry because we knew they had everything covered. Not many couples can say that. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any event. The attention to detail, care, and efficacy to get things taken care of was top notch. Very impressed, our wedding day went off without a hitch thanks to Kruse Plaza and their staff! 💗 -

The #1 reason we went with Kruse Plaza was ROOM. When we took a tour in early March of 2021 mask mandates were just being lifted and times were very uncertain. We felt confident whatever the next year brought that we would be able to have a wedding with no glitches. Our daughter also had a vision of the things she wanted at her reception venue and on her wedding day, after all she has waited a lifetime for this big day!! She wanted a kid’s area, lounge area, photo area, gift area, cake area, and Kruse Plaza had the space to give her all this PLUS have a large dance floor and 42 tables plus a sweetheart table along with 2 head tables!!
We were allowed to have an outside caterer – due to Mr. Bratz being a relative. Even though the alcohol package seemed like a big added cost, we enjoyed not having to take care of buying beer, wine, alcohol and finding licensed bartenders to serve. A lot less work on the mom and dad.
The bridal suite is one of the most beautiful spaces to have everyone get ready. I imagine you would have a hard time finding another wedding venue with this many amenities in it. The suite consists of a full kitchen, lounge area, beauty stations for hair and make-up, changing rooms with wooden cubbies, and finally a salt room.
The groom suite is not quite as elaborate and spacious as the bridal suite but still meets the expectations of men quite nicely! The suite consists of a Big Screen TV which my gaming grandsons loved!! Wooden lockers for clothing, pool table, juke box, and it all overlooks a large collection of beautiful cars! Now what groom wouldn’t like this? I know ours did!!
The reception was planned for 10 months - every space and detail laid out! On Friday as the flowers were the final piece to be added to the decorations my daughter had tears…. tears of Joy at seeing her vision come to life perfectly! The decorations you will see in the photos were all done by us but it was so fun to give this beautiful venue our special WOW factor!
At Kruse Plaza the people you will work with will be some of the best. My best advice is that they are not mind readers, if you have some concerns tell them. We had minor concerns, and everyone was dealt with and handled immediately and professionally. Many of our guests commented on how lovely the “crew” working the event were. Very Hospitable!
We also loved having a cocktail hour in the car area. Our wedding was at our church which gave us that awkward space from church to reception and allowing for some pictures to be taken. So having this unique and fun space available without guests going into the main area until the wedding party is there is great!
Pictures! I want to mention that my daughter felt with all the photo opportunities and places available here, that’s where we did them all! Of course, we had some at the church also, but it was great not to have to run all over the countryside looking for that special photo back drop!
Kruse Plaza and the people we worked with were first class! We wouldn’t change a thing…..other than the time….lol…..it went by way to quickly! ENJOY!

I would recommend Kruse Plaza to others with some added comments of things to be prepared for. I was very pleased with the venue and the coordinating team as a whole. On top of the fact that the owner and Haley spent their entire day at our wedding to make sure it all went super smooth and they did an excellent job. The day before when I set things up, they were very accommodating and responsive with things I needed or wanted. Very friendly and understanding staff. The bridal suite was absolutely gorgeous and big enough for my rather large bridal party. But with most pros come some cons... I did have some minor issues and one major issue that actually stood out to every single one of my guests and even a month later I am still hearing about it... The minor kinks I wont mention as overall I had a perfect day and I am so grateful for John and Haley's help. However... We paid nearly $3,000 for an open bar. Which is advertised as Open... from the start of cocktail hour until the end of the reception. We met with them before the wedding to go over our alcohol preferences and tell them what they should have plenty of as we know what our close friends and family members would drink. We mentioned our favorite drinks as the couple as well.. by 8/830 pm, the bar was out of 3 of the liquors we had requested. And one of the liquors we requested was not even ordered. The bartenders were extremely rude. And any single person that would show the slightest bit of happiness or if they were dancing and enjoying themselves, would get cut off. My ENTIRE bridal party was cut off by 8:45pm... the reception didn't end until 10:30. One of my bridesmaids had two drinks and one shot and the bartenders very rudely told her she was not allowed to drink anymore. Myself and over half of the people in my wedding are licensed bartenders and every single one of us agreed nobody except one person was intoxicated to the point of being denied service. Almost seemed as if they did it to avoid serving some to make the most money possible off of it... So I am not too pleased that still even a month later I am being complained to about this situation. Paying to have an open bar, we expected people to at least be able to utilize the open bar. Nobody was being out of line, nobody that had been drinking was driving home, everyone was just having a good time and dancing with the bride and groom. This one issue caused more stress on me than anything because every 5-10 minutes people were bothering me about it so I was not even able to enjoy myself at the reception. This is the only complaint I truly have as other issues were so minor they did not put a damper on my big day. But this one most definitely did....This is a beautiful place to host a wedding but just be sure to clarify and ask questions about some of the packages offered.
