Lisa was amazing to work with!
My husband and I loved working with Lisa. She responded quickly to every email. We even sat down together to work out a wedding day timeline. Our pictures turned out beautiful. Our friends and family are still complimenting us on how beautiful the pictures turned out. Look no further, Lisa is the best!LA Images Photography's reply:

My wife and I got married in June! We planned the entire wedding in 3 months. The last thing we needed was a photographer, and Lisa was the Best! She met us in the planning process and put together an amazing plan for the pictures. She did a great job of commanding authority of the room when it came to it, as we had 18 people in our bridal party on top of both of our huge families. We LOVED our pictures, and have them hanging all over our house. I would 100% work with Lisa again. I have recommended her to all of my friends! -
Taylor Sent on 07/04/2018Mat & I truly cannot thank Lisa from LA Images Photography for capturing SO many beautiful moments on our wedding day! Prior to the wedding day, Lisa was quick to respond and ALWAYS willing to go above and beyond for us. Here’s a little example.. approximately 3-4 days before our wedding, the weather was looking pretty bad (90% rain, possible storms), and our original plan was to take pictures outdoors at the Rose Gardens and Niles McKinley Memorial. Lisa called me and asked if I had any indoor places in mind as a back up plan and the only place I could think of was Stambaugh at the time. Meanwhile, I am at work, doing speech therapy with a few little kids. Lisa could hear me talking to them in the background while I was talking to her. Lisa told me not to worry and she would find some places for us. Lisa took the initiative and called/viewed several places and had it all planned out for the big day. She never made me think about the stressful situations and simply handled it herself. I cannot thank her enough for being so kind and professional. (We ended up having a decent day and getting some outdoor pics! Yay!) Overall, LA Images Photography was a perfect fit for us and I would highly recommend her to any future bride and groom. You will not regret it!! We have thousands of pics to choose from and so many that are so beautiful that it is difficult to choose our favorites !! Thank you Lisa!!

I liked planning your (and all couples') itinerary and having a few back up plans for rain. I don't control the weather, but I make it my responsibility to still make sure you have alot of great photos after the ceremony in the best locations possible! User1753006 Sent on 08/07/2014I absolutely would not recommend this vendor to anyone. I have never been so disappointed in a product I spent thousands of dollars on. She was more expensive than other vendors I talked to but I loved her album she displayed so I splurged on this wedding expense. Not only do you not get copies of your engagement sessions (you have to buy prints if you want them), it took a YEAR to get my CD of pictures and copyright letter from my wedding. It took four months to even see the proofs online! It was not the quality I thought I paid for and I didn't receive my album until 18 months after my wedding. It took weeks for her to respond to my multiple needed changes to the album proofs that she sent me, causing delays. After I finally received my album, which was my main selling point of the vendor, I pulled it out a few months after keeping it wrapped in my hope chest, and the pages started bowing. It was so embarrassing to even show my friends and family. Not to mention I ordered an 8x10 of my bridal party and when I received the print, the top was cut off and just white, like she didn't zoom in to make the picture fit the size of the print, it was a 5x10. Again, too embarrassed to show anyone! My maid of honor ordered a few 5x7 prints (because she was tired of waiting for the CD of images) and it took over 6 weeks and many phone calls to get a couple prints! Also I paid the vendor to make my wedding invitations with our engagement pictures. I picked a special font for these invitations, she did use the font on the back side of the invitations but the front had some horrible font I never choose. That was what my guests first saw when receiving their invitations. I have never been so disappointed specially now even years later, when I see my other friends and family members getting married and seeing their quality and timeliness of their wedding pictures. To this day it still upsets me and I hope anyone looking for a photographer never has to experience what I did.LA Images Photography's reply:
I sincerely apologize for anything that you were not happy with. I am so sorry you feel this way. I honestly had no idea there were any issues with any products you ordered and I showed you or your Mom a proof of your invitation before printing, so I'm not sure why this is an issue years later... However, I do understand why you are upset about the wait for your album and proofs. When my studio opened and business really took off in 2011, I couldn’t keep up with all the work. I didn't expect to get behind with production, but when you are a perfectionist with your work, then have an employee leave to take a job with benefits, so much fell in my lap and I could barely keep my eyes open working 70-80+ hours a week. You cannot stop designing wedding albums and proofing weddings that are already booked. However, I stopped taking studio sessions and hired a company to help me finish designing albums because I was embarrassed about the delay in production and had zero time for my (now ex) husband and son so my family/married life took a toll. Your wedding was during the most stressful time of my life and I tried to do my best under unforseen circumstances. I have learned that balance in life and business is the key to success and I have drastically limited the number of weddings I book a year.
I wish I would have heard from you so I could have taken care of your concerns sooner... What happened is not an excuse, I would still like to make things right and do what I can for you. Please contact me, I’d like to see the album and send it back to the company for a new one. They stand by their quality and I take my clients satisfaction very seriously. I can crop your photos differently as well. I believe I made a panorama for you because it looked best with your bridal party group and they do make frames for that, but I have no problem cropping to 8x10 instead. I hope to hear back from you so we can resolve this. Thank you for your feedback.
