  Destination Oaxaca - Party of 250

  Let me start by saying that I am in absolute awe Isa was able to pull off all of our requests. I am forever grateful for her and her amazing team. We started planning a destination wedding about one year ago for 250 people, mostly from Chicago, many from Mexico, and some from Paris and London. Isa is a native of Oaxaca and bilingual which is helpful because, well, it is really hard to describe a feeling or an idea of what you want your wedding to be even in your native language! She was able to capture the essence of how I pictured all THREE days of events and I was able to make a decision right away with the vendors and venues she brought forward. She was super communicative and available for our initial visit to Oaxaca 6 months prior to the wedding. She provided transportation for us during that stay and during the wedding. She and her team were so attentive during the events that I didn't worry about anything at all. They carried my change of clothes. helped me change and made sure I didn't leave with out anything. I worked in Forbes 5 Star luxury hotels for 10+ years and can say that the service and experience Isa and the team provided was nothing less of 5 stars. Some of our requests, to give you an idea of what we put her through, include identifying 3 venues for 250 ppl, hiring 4 bands, 2 DJ's, karaoke, ensuring Filipino and Mexican culture were both represented, an outfit change each day, shipping in specific brands of tequila from the city of Tequila, Mexico, babysitters, dancing horses and horse rides, a mechanical bull, a pig roast, a moto taxi entrance and a castillo (40ft firework display)! Her team, Perla and Mari are absolutely fabulous. Perla is a rockstar! Super organized and results oriented. We truly wish them the best and hope you decide to work with them too. You will not regret it!

  Isa's team made our dream wedding!!!!

  I can't even begin to describe how amazing Isa and her team are. We got married on 4/29/23 at the Quinta Real. When I started this journey nine months prior, I didn't know exactly what I wanted but she helped me develop the vision for our wedding over time and keep me on track to hit major milestones. We came up with my dream wedding together. She went above and beyond to work with my in-laws. Her network of vendors were such high quality. When I wasn't sure on a decision on tables or flowers or had to make last minute changes, she was extremely accommodating and had excellent advice and taste. On top of all the amazing planning, she and her team completely knocked it out of the park on day of coordination. Once she had the team on the ground, everyone was completely on top of the schedule. Her team was so in tune with when I was overwhelmed or exhausted and responded so graciously and calmly to hiccups. They pulled me aside to show just my husband and me the final reception hall, and I basically cried at the beauty of our wedding and how much it felt perfect to us. I keep telling my friends to get married in Oaxaca so we can work with her again!

  Best Oaxaca Wedding Coordinator

  Isa & her team are incredible! From start to finish our wedding in Oaxaca was beautiful and extremely organized, all thanks to Isa! My husband and I had never been to Oaxaca before our wedding and it exceeded expectations. Isa was there to answer ALL of my questions and anything extra I added last minute was executed. She was not only there for our wedding but anything else we wanted that week. I would 100% reccomend her!

  Wonderful dream wedding

  Isabel and team provided wonderful and personal service to me and my husband. We live in New York City and were able to plan our dream wedding in Oaxaca City from a distance. We felt informed and supported. We were already familiar with Oaxaca City so that did help but we can definitely recommend Isabel and her company as they were so pleasant and easy to work with. I’m typically a control freak but I was able to let go and trust Isabel & team to enact the vision we came up with together. She has connections and personal relationships with the local vendors and they all came through and went above and beyond for us.
  
  When the wedding weekend ended I told Isabel that I will miss getting messages from her every day LOL :)

  Trustworthy and professional wedding planner for busy couples. The best day of my life!!! Thank you

  I hired "The Planner Isa" on the recommendation of a friend who knew her personally. It was important to me to have someone trustworthy and professional to do the planning for us since We are physicians with no time living in Mexico City and wanted the wedding to be in my hometown Oaxaca because of its magnificent traditions. She and her entire team were attentive at all times and answered all our questions. She even adapted our digital meetings to our tight schedules. The entire event was spectacular and my national and international guests say it was the best wedding they have ever attended. It was the best and most fun day of our lifes.

  Perfect, Beautiful, Smooth Wedding!

  Isa and her team had excellent communication and suggestions to help coordinate our wedding and pre-wedding activity. They were able to liaise the language barrier to plan everything to perfection. Isa and team also went above and beyond for us, and after a full year of interaction and brainstorming we will miss them very much.

  I would never have been able to pull off planning a destination wedding in Oaxaca without Isa's help! She and her team were all so nice and accommodating. She made sure that I got quotes from several vendors so that I had comparisons. The wedding turned out better than I could have ever hoped for.

  Such a great help!

  Isa’s service was great at all times, specially during the wedding day where she solved a ton of small pop up details during the day. It was an amazing help solving every concern during a week prior of the event. She also was very good with the planning and getting vendors and products ready. I would recommend her very much.

  Oaxacan wedding of my dreams

  We are so happy we came across Isa and her team 9 months before our wedding date in Oaxaca. She is the reason our destination wedding turned out to be beyond perfect. She is open to collaborating letting you take a lead with your vision while also providing her expertise and planned plenty of zoom meetings. She sought out vendors that suited us and went above and beyond to pick up decorations I mailed her and placed local custom decoration orders for our wedding. Her team also organized an incredible tour for our guests to enjoy and our welcome lunch was spectacular. For almost a year I felt like Isa was family. I could ask her any question and she would reply immediately, she is super kind and patient and keeps you on track. When we arrived to Oaxaca Isa and her team were quick to help me do last minute things like my nails and they walked me to salons so that I wouldn't go alone. Again, Isa treats her clients like family. Our guests were completely floored by the details and the wedding was something unlike anything they had been to all thanks to Isa. She takes ideas and brings them to life she how you imaged it. I had a wonderful experience, book her!

  Isa is the absolute best from day one through the wedding day. She 100% understands the vision you have and puts you in touch with the right people. Planning something where you are in another county, she made it an absolute breeze. Plus! She took us around to do tastings and look at venues when we came to Mexico City and was the absolute best company. I could not have dreamed a better person to help us plan such a meaningful day. I teared up walking into the venue. Just the best person doing more than you could ask for

  Desde el comienzo todo fue muy natural, te inspira confianza y te hace saber q todo sera mas facil y perfecto con su ayuda. Isa y su equipo son unas profesionales y trabajan solo com gente profesional, eso lo notaran desde el primer minuto. Nosotros confiamos plenamente en ella tanto así q nos conocimos 1 día antes de la boda, pero se gana tu confianza y te hace sentir con la seguridad de que todo estará como tu lo imaginas.

  We Love Isa!

  Isa was an amazing wedding planner. We worked with her for an entire year planning our wedding, and the day ended up being perfect. She is organized and yet very relaxed and has a TON of experience. If you want to get married in Oaxaca or Mexico City, hire her!!

  The perfect day

  Thanks to Isa and her team, our wedding day was an absolute dream! She thought about everything, even the tiniest details I hadn’t even considered. The day ran so smoothly and was so enjoyable and relaxing for us, our family, and our guests.   Tener a Isabel como nuestra “Planner” fue la mejor decisión que pudimos haber hecho. De principio a fin cada fase del proceso fue detalladamente planeado y al final la boda resultó como un sueño.   Experience of a lifetime!

  Hiring Isabel was one of our first wedding decisions and, by far, the best! Our experience with her was incredible. She is the most organized person I've ever met, kind, funny, and so knowledgeable about the industry. She is honest and real about options, budgeting, and life overall. From choosing a venue to last minute changes and all of the decisions in between, Isabel and her team were always available, responsive, calm, and able to laugh with you at life's curveballs.
  
  Isabel kept us on track when my now husband and I were overwhelmed with working full-time, graduate school, and planning a wedding in Mexico from the states during a pandemic. She is able to be professional and so warm at the same time. She never once came off as condescending when trying to keep us on track even though we made the difficult decision to postpone. On our wedding day, I fell ill and Isabel helped my husband and MOH jump into action and make for such an incredible and memorable wedding day. I felt so special and loved on our day -- all thanks to her and her team's efforts.
  
  Isabel is a planner, therapist, strategist, tour guide, Oaxaca/Mexico expert, and above all, became a friend. That is to say that her role was of a wedding planner but her skills and knowledge transcend that role. She was so much more. While this is her livelihood, she goes above and beyond to make sure that you are actually happy and able to be realistic about your wedding. It is grounding yet inspiring.

  Beautiful Wedding!

  I reached out to Isa looking to elope in Oaxaca within one month . I felt it was so short notice but from the moment I talked to her she was calm and assured we had more then enough time. Our Elopement turned into a micro-wedding (20 people)pretty quick and it felt more Isa was very assertive making me feel it was all under control . Every step in the way we were in communication . Even while I was undecided of so many things , their were some back on forth on some things , she was always patient and really onboard . The Planning and getting to know someone in such short notice is a challenge yet it worked out. Even while it was small there was so many details in regards to vendor and scheduling everything yet it was done seamlessly. I met with Mary who is part of the team a few days before to finalize some choices and she actually ran the day of wedding and Hands down she did an amazing job . I really did not have to worry about anything that day . Mary was extremely sweet and attentive with me and My husband making sure I was ok or if we needed anything , she made me feel like princess. Everyone in our family was beyond impress . Very happy on how everything came out . I
