    A wonderful Experience!

    I got married here in December 2022 and I absolutely love this venue! The ceremony space and the reception ballroom are just beautiful. I was so pleased with the amount of care and attention I was given. Shoutout to the entire team for being so helpful throughout the entire process. The food was great, the music was buzzing, and staff was so professional. I'm so thankful for the great experience and I highly recommend this place!

    Absolutely Amazing venue and staff!!

    This was not stressful at all. The venue and staff handled everything the way I wanted. The venue is beautiful along with the outdoor gazebo. I would recommend this venue to anyone!!

    Outstanding Service

    I knew I was only going to get married once in this lifetime and I needed to get the event right the first time which is why I chose La Vie En Rose and their exceptional team of event planners. Not only did they make my dreams and vision a reality but they were able to stay within budget.
    Their professionalism, expert communication and efficiency ensured that I was able to enjoy my wedding without stress. The beautiful venue made sure our guests were talking about it for months and there were enough photo ops to make it memorable. I didn't have to worry about food and drinks either, every little detail was wonderfully taken care of. Would highly recommend you check them out for all your event needs!

    Incredible

    I would highly recommend Tio Fiesta for ANY event. There is no way I would have been able to plan my wedding in Miami, while living 4,000 miles away in Oregon without them. It turned out better than we imagined.

    Wedding 2016

    So much to say Where do I begin. This team was the best team I ever came across. They delivered one the most important day in my life. The decorations,food, staffs is everything. Kristi you and your team is amazing thank you for all you did.

    I have not had my wedding there yet but it had been booked. The vendor made us feel welcoming and are very flexible with us so we can have the wedding of our dreams. Everything is practically included so it's less stress for my fiance and I. We also love that the fact that they are cultural, which is good. So far or expediency with them are great and i can't wait to see the end result.

    Tio Fiesta Events provided everything we wanted and more. From day 1 they were able to provide ideas on how our event should look while still staying within our concept. Most importantly, we were always aware of the costs associated with what we wanted. So when we wanted more, such as the day before the event, she was able to work with her team and provide the best price available the same day for us. With Tio Fiesta, I was surprised at how early and diligently they were able to work and get things done. I will definitely be using them in the future.

    My husband and I were so impressed with the level of service we received! And not only were we impressed, but so were our guests. We ordered rentals, decorations and catering. The delivery and pickups were on time and their event staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Consultations are free and the creative director lets you pick her brain even when you can't decide on a theme (that was be me)... Highly recommend Tio! Great team to work with for any special occasion.

    This was the most amazing day of my life thus far. And I have Anna and Bessy to thank for it. They made everything from planning to the day of as easy as it could be. The ceremony exceeded my expectations it was magical. Friends told me it was the most amazing wedding they had ever been to better then their own!     My theme was rustic country garden wedding and I had very specific details on my decor, ceremony, food and wedding planning. Tio Fiesta went all out for me! From the first time I contacted them, to last minute of my special day, there went above and beyond what I expected. The attention to detail by their management team, especially Kristi Chang, was exquisite. She was on trend with what I wanted (I used a lot of mason jars, chalkboard signs, flowers and lanterns); they were able to source my props, arrange them how I wanted, and even took care of collecting them all for me after the event. The planning was a breeze, with constant communication to meet my needs and timing. Tio Fiesta made sure every detail was ironed out and my wedding went of without a hitch! I particularly recommend them for their wonderful service and professionalism, their creative decor and expert event planning!

    Wish I Could Turn Back Time

    La vie En Rose is conveniently located in Miramar, Florida. The location is off of 441 and Pembroke Rd. I chose this location because it was ideal since the majority of my family and friends live 15-20 minutes away. In addition, I chose to have my wedding here because this location can accommodate both a wedding ceremony as well as the reception.

    My wedding coordinator, Kat, was a pleasure to work with and she will try to accommodate your wants and needs. The menu options that were offered were okay. I did not like that we were not able to taste test the food that was paid for and as a result, I was very disappointed in the food that was served at my wedding (embarrassed actually). There is not an option to bring your own food. You are allowed to add food to the menu for an additional fee of $75 per pan. Although you are allowed to provide your own alcohol, you must pay a fee of $150 to do so with the limitation of 10 bottles. I had a total of $85 guests.

    We spent many months preparing for the design of the reception area. A few days before the wedding, I was notified by Kat that their "design team" did not approve of my design and there were changes made that I did not authorize. In the many months we spent planning, I had never met this "design team". The designs that are offered by the venue are basic, and any additional designs you want to add need to be "approved" by this "design team". I spent hundreds of dollars of my own money to provide additional decorations so that the reception area did not look plain.

    I booked the limo with La Vie En Rose. On the day of my wedding, I was to be picked up at 4:45pm and dropped off at 5:00pm. Unfortunately, the limo company that they work with had some last-minute changes and a staff member of the banquet hall had to pick me up. I did not get to the wedding until 5:30 which was a problem because they charge $75 for every 15 minutes pass 10:00pm (the end of the reception). With me arriving 30 minutes late, my entire wedding was pushed back, and the whole wedding was rushed. I was upset that I was being rushed since the venue was late picking me up. No one ever offered to give me an additional 30 minutes toward my wedding, even though they were late picking me up.

    A cash deposit of $500 must be paid 48-hours before the wedding, it will be refunded, if there are no damages made. You must also completely vacate the reception area at 10:00pm sharp. Funnily enough, the Dj will play songs that will get the guests dancing at this time. I had to personally go to the Dj booth at 9:50pm so that he could stop the music because I did not want to be charged an additional $75. One of the groomsmen threw up in the bathroom, and my father cleaned it up. They still charged $75 although we had cleaned up the mess. Last but not least, there was an altercation (nearly a physical fight) between my sister-bridesmaid and their bartending staff. Although I provided and paid for the alcohol to be served, the rude bartender (staffed by the venue) refused to service my sister-bridesmaid. My guests had to break up the altercation that was caused by their bartender. Their bartending staff was also hustling my guests for money, and my guests were coming up to me asking me: "why is hustling me for money". I was very embarrassed, and in the end the bartender was removed, but the damage had already been done.

    Overall, I would give La vie En Rose a 6/10.

    Dear Shana,

    Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Your insight and feedback is extremely valuable to me. I am so deeply sorry that we disappointed you and did not meet your expectations for your special day. While I did try my very best to create a wonderful wedding experience for you, I understand that I fell short in certain areas. We met a few days after your wedding and we also spoke recently, but I did want to offer a public apology as well. There are a few misrepresentations in your review that I would like to clarify.

    1. You selected our Standard Package, which does not include a complimentary food tasting but you do have the option to add it a la carte. However, I did personally prepare two complimentary plates for you and your father to taste the food and assess for quality prior to your wedding. The tasting was conducted on October 22nd, 2022. On the night of your wedding, we had several guests thank our servers and complimented the food. I also personally met with a few guests and asked about their experience.

    2. We allow clients to bring in 1 additional tray of food complimentary and additional trays are charged at $75. You brought in 3 trays of additional food, but we extended the courtesy of serving all your dishes at no additional cost.

    3. The design team, of which I am a part, honored your request for a complimentary upgrade on the design of your wedding. We offered you a choice to keep your current design or accept the complimentary upgrades. You wanted to select which free items you would get. We honored this request at no additional charge.

    4. The package you selected, our Standard Package, is our least inclusive option but is the most budget friendly option. We tried to extend as many complimentary items as possible since I knew that you had a beautiful design you were trying to recreate. While our in-house options did not work for you, the reason we require outside decorations to be approved is to ensure that it does not incur structural damages to our facility. Your outside decorations were approved.

    5. You are absolutely right that the limo ran late for your pickup. Unfortunately, due to elements outside our control, our subcontracted limo service provided failed to meet you at the time you were supposed to have been picked up. The limo did pick you up (and not a member of our staff) but this was not the primary reason for your wedding’s late start. Your parents wanted to surprise you with a wedding singer to sing for your ceremony entrance. The singer was 55 minutes late and the main reason the entire wedding was late. Our staff tried our hardest to make up ground by expediting the services as quickly as possible to help maximize your party time. We also offered other complimentary items as an apology.

    6. We extend a 10-minute grace period to exit our facility after your contracted time has ended.

    7. The groomsman vomited on the carpet in the main ballroom in addition to the restrooms. We do not charge for the restrooms but we typically charge a higher fee for deep cleaning our carpets as outlined in our terms and conditions. Your father was a guest, which is why we urged him not to attempt to clean up the vomit. Also, because the guest vomited on the carpet, this required spot treatment and additional services for sanitization. We charged only a portion of the contract price to honor your father’s request.

    8. I share your frustration, anger and disappointment about one of the bartenders. We used a subcontracted service provider for that bartender and while we intervened as soon as we were alerted about the problem, we should not have had this issue to begin with. I understand that it wasn’t enough to counteract that bartender’s unprofessionalism. We immediately terminated all future contracts with that vendor.

    I am truly sorry for the part we played in making your special day anything short of perfect. You were a beautiful bride that deserved an equally beautiful day. On behalf of my team here at La Vie en Rose, we want to express our sincerest apologies and our gratitude to you for giving us this opportunity.
