  My Wedding Was Perfect

  If you are looking for a team of Wedding and Event professional, that can handle the pressure and execute in a timely manner, I highly recommend Laa-Vision Events. Once I got engaged I started searching for the right Wedding Planner that was organized, creative and professional, after researching different companies, we found Laa-Vision Event and after consulting with them we were so grateful that Hazel and her team were a godsend. We lived in Israel and being so far away and having so many details for our wedding we needed someone who can translate our vision with style, grace and professionalism. Hazel and I were on late night calls due to time difference, emails, phone calls and Skype. The planning was challenging for her and her team, but they handled every conversation and changes with patience and understanding. We love how proactive they were, and we felt confident with their work, no matter what we needed to know they were there to handle and answer questions. Every detail of our wedding was covered, we had 575 guests travelling in from around the world for our wedding and they were all taken care off with airport pick, hotels drop off. The logistics and guest hospitality were truly exceptional and seamless coordination between the venues, and hotel pick up, Hazel and her team made sure our guest were treated as royalty. We found Laa-Vision Events professional, dependable and extremely knowledgeable in their business.   Our destination wedding

  Hazel, Event Director at Laa-Vision Events it was a privilege working with you and your team. You were the best decision we ever made, by hiring you as our planner to orchestrate our destination wedding and after party. We were clueless, not knowing what to do, where to start; and when we found you, we clicked right away, and I knew you were a fit for us. You took all the butterflies away and made us comfortable and you reassured us , that all would be well. And so, it was. We knew what we wanted , and how we wanted the wedding to be. You were calm, took control and before we knew it everything, and I mean everything started falling in place. It was such a relief knowing you were there to make sure everything was perfect. The Venue, Travel, Transportation from the airport to the Hotel, Hotel stay for all the guest. style of our wedding, all-inclusive services, oceanfront ceremony, garden reception and privacy. It was fundamental to believe in and count on you to make our day priceless, our guest were very impressed with the process of the destination event, they mentioned everything was so smoothly handled from the airport, they loved the hotel, their room accommodation, the food, the hotel staff professionalism and they enjoyed themselves at the event and stated this was an enjoyable and an unforgettable mini vacation for them. We cannot thank you enough for ALL that you did to create such a flawless and an amazing event experience for us. Some of our friends cannot wait to experience their destination wedding.   My Unforgettable Wedding

  I was face with the challenging task of finding an adequate event planner that would be able to handle my request. I know I can be difficult and uptight at times and did not want to be overbearing to any more planners. I needed to get this task over and done with. I was not looking for an ordinary planner, I wanted someone down to earth, fun, who would understand what I need, but would also be able to be bold enough to tell me when I had other options. It was difficult for me to find someone, and the months were going by and I was getting nervous about finding the right person. Hazel came recommended by a friend of a friend’s friend. Yes, that how I found her, and here we go again. I set an appt on her website, and I was nervous as ever on the day of the consultation. At the restaurant, she was so welcoming and pleasant, I tried to calm down. I said, “please let her be the right one for me”. I cannot go through the task of looking for another planner again. Well to make a long story short, she was perfect, OMG!!! She was amazing, everything I wanted down to earth, humorous, treated me like we knew each other for years, and I became comfortable, and the consultation just flowed through for 4 hours, yes, the time just went. We booked Hazel that same day. She was so sweet, I was soaking everything in. I came with the intend for partial planning, guess what? We ended up with FULL PLANNING PACKAGE, she was that amazing to me. Hazel and her team did EVERYTHING, we just showed up on our special day. I was tearing on my special day; I was so happy with everything. Our Ceremony was so intimate and romantic, and our Reception was off the top and fantastic, everyone had such a wonderful time. We partied hard, and some of the guest text telling us “best wedding ever”, a few wanted her information. I have to say, I would do it all over again if Hazel did it, and I would pay her much more than she charge us, because the money is nothing compare to what she gave us and our guest.
  
  We are leaving for our honeymoon this weekend and Hazel also took on the task of helping us plan our trip. Hazel, we thank you and your team so much for everything, we were truly blessed to have you plan our special day. We will NEVER forget it. xoxo

  Our Amazing and Creative Wedding Planner

  Hazel you delivered, you were very efficient, well organized and professional. Your efforts, love and passion for your work have proven to be the perfect match for our wedding day. There was no stress, and it felt great to rely on your experience and expertise in the planning stages and getting past the formalities. We had much fun with you planning our wedding, we loved and enjoyed our wedding, the reception was the classiest, yet fun filled with all the surprises. You are truly an amazing and creative wedding planner, and so caring; you went above and beyond being our planner you were our mentor, and you spoke to us with so much care and concern about our wedding.  We have already recommended you to a couple who could not attend our wedding, but just got engaged. I am sure they will fly you out to do their wedding. We will make sure it happens. We’re sad the day had to end; it was the best day of our lives.   My Unplugged Wedding

  I have known Hazel for many years, I have seen her work firsthand, I also attended an event she planned and coordinated and was always impressed. I recommended friends to her and they were very pleased with the outcome of their event. My engagement was a total surprised and guess who my fiancee chose to plan the proposal, yes, Hazel of course, who else. My engagement was EPIC!!! to say the least. I wanted an ‘UNPLUGGED WEDDING” and was concern with such a huge guest list of (475) how this would be accomplished, but Hazel and her team came through. Hazel’s chemistry and her love for people is truly a godsend, I have to say that it was a privilege and a blessing working with Hazel, she because my mentor, budget manager and my everything else during the planning phases of my wedding.
  
  She knew all that I wanted and some things I did not need, and she kept me organized, I allowed Hazel and her team to handle all the logistics for my wedding. My fiancee and I was able to concentrate on our jobs, knowing that we were in safe hands, we did not doubt her ability for a second, and was very impressed the way in which she handled our budget so I did not overspend on ALL the things I DID NOT need. Our wedding was huge, our bridal entourage ( as Hazel would say) was 20, not including our guest list of 475, and everyone was in attendance, Hazel and her team handled all the Vendors, RSVP, travel and hotel blocks for international and out of towners, we had no stress whatsoever. Our wedding was well planned, well organized, professionally done and perfectly orchestrated, and the best part of all, our guest had an amazing time and the guest was amazed with some many people, everything was on point. Our reception had surprises we had no clue about and was such an excellent added touch for the guest. WE felt very special. Hazel and her team did a marvelous job and we are eternally grateful.   My Wedding

  Hazel of Laa Vision Events showed a the level of excellence and professionalism that was above and beyond what we could of ever imagine. We were so pleased with the consultation that we hired her on the spot. We knew immediately that Hazel and her team were the ones to made our day very special. She has a sense of humor that made us very comfortable through the planning process and we left stress free, with no doubt or worry about our special day; because we knew first hand that she understood our vision, and executing such an professional consultation. We can say ,without Hazel and her team our day would not have been possible. Everything we dreamed of was executed in a professional manner and her team knew how to handle our guest request. We enjoyed our day to the fullest, and we were very happy that we decided to hire a Wedding Planner who catered to Full Service Wedding. All we had to take care of , was our personals and Hazel handled everything else. We did not have to worry about cleanup or our gifts getting to the right address, all this was executed professionally. We left our wedding hands free with no worries. We would highly , highly recommended Hazel and her company to those we know and those we don’t know, if we only hear them say they go engaged or “I am getting married” We would let them know about LVE services and how amazing they are.   My EPIC Wedding

  Where do I start, I have to first state that when I got engaged I was shocked, and anxiety came over me, after the celebration because I knew nothing about planning and wedding, and my fiancee and I have very busy schedule as business professionals. So time allotted for planning our wedding was scary. Well, when Hazel came highly recommended by a past client of hers, we did our research and decided to call her and schedule a consultation. Let me tell you guys, after we flew her in from New York to Atlanta , we met her at our favorite restaurant, and it was the most amazing consultation ever. We were elated, and the stress just fell off our shoulders unto hers (lol). Hazel and her assistant was everything we could of ever need. All our questions were answered and she made us feel so at home and relaxed, that we fully trusted her with our event. After the first consultation we did everything else via email, Skype and phone, she did not need to fly out to Atlanta to get everything in order. Before she left we visited the venue of our choice and she took control of everything , she asked questions that we did not even know to ask the Venue Coordinator, and we stood there shocked at how she organized everything with the coordinator. We booked the venue on the same day and was so amazed at the level of professionalism and knowledge a shown in her profession. My fiancee and I later on booked the Caterer, DJ, officiant and the Baker and we showed her the invites we wanted to order. We forwarded Hazel's cell number told them to be in touch with her for anything else they needed. From there on my fiancee and I had nothing to do with our wedding. And I am so serious when I say this. It was to the point that we saw the completed invite when on of my clients brought it to the salon to show me, that she received hers and she had to RSVP. We completely trusted Hazel and her team with our wedding, she sent emails, we talked on the phone constantly but she had complete control of our special day, and we were totally elated when that day arrived, and everything was perfect, man!!! everything we wanted and more , we walked into our reception and I cried when I saw the room and all the guest 400 strong at our wedding. She had our song right on time, everything we told her we wanted and so much more Hazel and her team made our day our guest did not want to leave they had so much fun, plus Hazel had special guest surprises and entertainment that made the day more special and interesting. Our wedding was not an ordinary wedding, it was truly beautiful and we were so happy we got to know her. Hazel has since then been our family planners for ALL our events, and yes, we do fly her in.   The Best 21st Wedding Planner Ever!!!

  We wanted a Full Service Planning for our wedding because we both are very busy professional and did not have all the time allotted to plan our wedding, we wanted be in the loop, but we wanted someone who could take our ideas and bring them all together and create and amazing event. Hazel came highly recommended and after looking at her website and reading her reviews, we decided to consult with her.   We wanted a Full Service Planning for our wedding because we both are very busy professional and did not have all the time allotted to plan our wedding, we wanted be in the loop, but we wanted someone who could take our ideas and bring them all together and create and amazing event.   Ironically, this was St. Patrick’s Day in the U.S.A (I choose this date not knowing that). How magically that we were married on the luckiest day of the year. I feel so blessed to be “Lucky in Love”.

She made us feel confident and we were able to relax and allow her to plan our event. Everything Hazel did was organized with such heartfelt affection, professionalism and care. The ideas she contributed to our vision was priceless and they turned out truly amazing. Hazel is truly a professional in her field, she is so welcoming, wonderful, caring and loving person and it shows in her work. Our event could not have been more perfect, she made us the happiest couple alive and we look forward to hiring her for other events in our family.
