Labella planning... No need to look any further
Luciana was the absolute best decision we made for our wedding! In the months leading up to the wedding, Luciana made the entire process COMPLETELY stress-free and simple. She created a very well-organized lists of vendors to choose from based on our style goals and budget. Our only responsibility was to select from the beautifully curated lists- which was quite fun, I must say! Luciana handled all the rest. I didn't have to send the countless emails, make calls, or get bogged down with all the micro decisions. I was having a difficult time picking a dj and Luciana’s suggestion was amazing. EVERYONE at the wedding and after said how amazing the dj was and how he played to all age groups. I trusted her instinct and it was spot on. She also worked with my sister for my bridal shower, which was a fairytale. She listened to me and knew exactly what I wanted when I had a difficult time expressing it. She handled some very delicate difficult family situations and made everyone feel relaxed and calm. She is adaptable, empathetic, organized, trustworthy, versatile, the list goes on.
On the day of the wedding, Luciana made sure everything was seamless and smooth. We had a relaxing, fun, stress-free day all thanks to Luciana's incredible preparation and skill. She is truly a one-of-a-kind talent, and we will forever be grateful for the beautiful day she created for us.
She is amazing, talented, caring, and more. If you are even considering a wedding planner, or day of coordinator or anything she can help with DO IT!
She was the best investment and decision I made for the wedding.

The absolute best there is !
10.15.23 , was our wedding! We started the process on our own and ended up hiring Luciana for day of coordinator . Our venue tried to tell us we wouldn’t need that, but boy were they wrong ! She was a life saver ! She made the day of a breeze ! She goes ABOVE & BEYOND ! She is an expert in her field ! She is on top of everything! So thankful for her & her team! My only regret was not hiring her from the start! She has also planned my sons first birthday and that was everything I envisioned and more ! The whole process was seamless thanks to her! from Decor, vendors , venues , she knows her stuff! Thank you Luciana ! -

I cannot thank Luciana and her assistant enough for helping the day run so smoothly! From our first conversation, Luciana was extremely helpful and even works with you to keep everything in your budget. She helped with every little detail for the day, from steaming everyone’s dresses, organizing the items for the details shot, directly communicating with vendors, reapplying lipstick, helping you get out of your dress to use the bathroom, to much more!! I had a large bridal party, and because of her, we were on time for all events. We also went to 4 different locations throughout the day with the bridal party and she packed up all my personal belongings and made sure nothing was left behind at each location. Even when we were taking pictures for a long time, she kept checking on us to see if we wanted to leave for the cocktail hour. We also had so much fun hanging out with her and her assistant, they made us feel extremely comfortable. If you are on the fence about hiring a day of coordinator, you need to do it! There were so many little details the day of that she took care of, but because of her, I can honestly say nothing went wrong and I was calm the entire day! -

I was hesitant to get a planner . With covid things are hard enough I spoke with a few other planners and they blew me off or couldn’t help me I then found Luciana within one phone call she understood me and what I wanted .she would answer me anytime of day no matter how stupid the Question was . ( even when i had nightmares about the wedding she was there to calm me and assure everything was fine and double check everything for my ease of mind !) She was amazing with all of my venders no matter how stubborn they were ! Believe me when I say this girl will fight for you and your perfect day ! Then came the day of my wedding and without her I don’t think it would of ran as smoothly as it did . Not on hiccup from what I could see because she handled them all / if any . And my day was amazing the best wedding a bride could ask for . I 100% will be contacting her for any future events . Although she was my wedding planner we created a friendship and will be keeping in touch and to me that is amazing . -

If you’re contemplating hiring LaBella Planning here’s your sign to just do it! I was on the fence if I needed/wanted a day of coordinator or not because I am a planner type person myself but I just didn’t want the stress of any of that on the wedding day so I went ahead and hired them and I am SO happy that I did! Once Luciana and Silvana arrived I gave them my phone and they handled everything! (We had multiple convos beforehand and they had all the details of the day ready to go!). Anything I needed they were there and handled. They helped with keeping everything on time and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the day. Not only are they great at what they do, but they are just wonderful people-so friendly and positive! Luciana was amazing orchestrating the day with all the vendors making sure everything was just as we planned and wanted.
We brought our dog for some pics and she was acting up a bit and Silvana just jumped right in and helped keep her calm so we could continue with photos.
I HIGHLY recommended LaBella Planning! They are so professional but also so down to earth. You will not regret hiring them. I just wish I would’ve hired them sooner and for longer! The day wouldn’t have been as smooth as it was without them!!!
Thank you Luciana and Silvana. You two were instrumental in making our wedding day the best best ever and took so much stress off my shoulders knowing you two were there and just had every little thing under control! -

Luciana is amazing!!! I first started working with her in 2019, expecting to get married in 2020. When we had to postpone our 2020 wedding, she was soooo helpful in coordinating the new date with all of my other vendors. Because of this we ended up working together for 2 years! I am also a little neurotic and Luciana was always there to calm me down and answer my crazy long texts!! She came to dress fittings with me and made sure everything on our wedding day was absolutely perfect. She is so sweet and you will not regret booking her -

Look no further!
From the moment I first spoke with Luciana I know I wanted to hire her as our day of coordinator. She was always so friendly and patient. She would check in with us often leading up to our wedding day to see if we needed help with anything. Luciana made sure that we had all of our bases covered and made sure the day ran smoothly. Any time my husband and I needed her she was already right behind us helping! It was so comforting knowing that she was there with us the entire day. She communicated and worked so well with our other vendors! My husband and I would hire her and her team again in a heartbeat! 💗 -

Luciana was INCREDIBLE from start to finish! I’m a perfectionist and I knew if I didn’t have someone that I would be worrying about everything – I didn’t have one worry throughout that whole day. She helped from the moment we booked her even though we only hired her as a Day Of Coordinator. Any questions I had along the way she was always there to talk to. Since we got married in a Church, I wanted to make sure we did not have anything to worry about. She was there for the rehearsal and on the day of she made it so much easier. The décor was set up, she packed everything up and even took the two pieces we had at the Altar and brought them to Park Savoy to be set up. She seriously was there whenever I turned to need her (fluffing my veil, dress, even made sure I ate, changing of my shoes, always there to touch up my lip gloss - the list can go on and on) handled the tips at the end of the night and made sure everything went smoothly throughout. I am so lucky I had Luciana throughout the planning and there on our Wedding Day! -

Luciana reached out to us to offer her services because she had heard our wedding was cancelled and needed to be replanned in 20 days. With such little time to plan an entire she came to our rescue. We met her the day before the wedding and she was instantly the biggest help. Working with her as the day of wedding coordinator she was amazing. I do not think we could have pulled it off without her. She was on top of everything. She worked through every issue or hiccup with a smile on her face. She is a wonderful woman with great energy. Not only did she help us and our family during our wedding day but I feel we made a life long friend. We were so lucky to have worked with Luciana ❤️ -

Hiring Luciana was simply the best decision we made in our planning process. She was a pleasure to work with and be around throughout the wedding process. She recommended excellent vendors that we would otherwise have never heard of and she always knew how to solve any thorny issues that emerged. My husband and I were able to relax and enjoy ourselves on our wedding day because we knew that everything was under control. If that isn't the best investment on your wedding day, I don't know what is! -
