I had the most incredible experience at Lady Gray Bridal with Tina! She went above and beyond to make my dress shopping experience unforgettable. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcome and at ease, and it truly felt as if she was a beloved family member that me and my family hadn’t seen in a long time. My sister got her wedding dress from Lady Gray way back in 2015 and had such an amazing experience with Tina that I knew I had to come back when I eventually got engaged.
During my appointment, she took the time to understand my vision and preferences, and her expertise and guidance were invaluable. But what truly sets her apart is her ability to connect with her clients on a personal level. When I was trying on the dress that would ultimately become "the one," she encouraged me to take a moment to truly soak it all in and visualize myself walking down the aisle. That little pep talk made all the difference, and I knew as I looked in the mirror that I had found my perfect dress. It has all the details that were important to me and it’s all because Tina worked so closely with me to find the best combination of what I wanted and what she knew would be most flattering on me. Tina made my day so special, and her store ended up being the only one I looked at. I can't thank her enough! So grateful for Lady Gray!
Tina took amazing care of me and my “entourage” during the wedding dress shopping experience. She was supportive, listened to my concerns, and helped make me feel comfortable and confident finding the dress of my dreams. Tina has so much experience and wisdom from her decades in the industry, and guided us through every step of the process with transparency and compassion! I had such a great experience shopping for my Mother of the Groom dress with Tina! She assisted me throughout the entire process and I had her full attention, support, advice, and expertise for the duration of my appointment. The service she provides to her customers is exceptional. In addition, Lady Gray offers a wide selection of gowns in various colors and Tina worked with me to narrow down the options that were best for me. I found myself to be the most picky, indecisive and demanding person when it came to buying my wedding dress. From the first minute I met Tina I had this gut feeling I was in the right place. I found my dream dress in her store on the first try. She is most patient when it comes to her clients. Tina answered my questions (I ask the same question multiple times for reassurance), gave her honest professional opinion and explained why something would be/look better than something else. I wish I found her sooner and didn't waste my time looking at other places. My daughter also loved her. Tina made this experience unforgettable. I can't wait for my dress to arrive.

If you want to be treated like a bride and not like a number, go to Lady Gray. Do not let a small boutique cloud your judgement. Tina has an absolutely beautiful selection of dresses! Tina is wonderful to work with. You have an hour appointment so she is workout solely with you. She is very knowledgeable. I went in telling her what I was kinda looking for and she knew just what to pick. Her shop is clean with a nice selection. -

I had the pleasure of purchasing my mother of the groom dress from Lady Grey in Beacon, NY. I had a wonderful experience! Tina is an amazing lady and a true professional. Her shop is beautiful. She has a wide variety of dresses to choose from. She took her time with me and has a great eye for detail. She helped me choose the perfect dress for my son’s wedding. I can’t wait to wear it! All my life I never saw myself getting married I tragically lost my oldest brother whom was my father figure and after that my heart could not walk down the aisle without him, I didn’t exactly do the sequence of events “traditionally and right” being with my now husband of 15 years we had our daughter first, than moved in together, I never saw myself in a traditional wedding gown or even getting married. We decided after 15 yrs to get make it official in the town hall of Wawayanda nothing extravagant or over the top and I just assumed I would wear an ivoryish pants suit. So when my best friend mentioned Lady Gray I was skeptical about finding anything considering I am not your typical size 0. I am curvy and blessed with assets lol 😆 Walking into Lady Gray seeing all the gorgeous gowns I had it in my mind nothing was going to fit me. Tina on the other hand was a pure angel with the patience of a saint, I explained my vision and that we were getting married in 8 weeks 😬 I was sure she was going to tell me what every other boutique had told me that it was impossible and I had to settle for samples to make it fit my body. Tina although was the opposite she made me feel like the most beautiful bride ever in a gown that I could’ve ever imagined. Yes we had a few cry moments and with my mother and daughter by my side it made the experience that much more memorable having 3 generations of women who have battle so much to finally be at a place where it felt like home. I had said yes to a gown that I thought was mine, but right before leaving Tina had a vision that popped into her head and asked me if I was open to trying on one more…. She grabbed this gown which wasn’t my size but we placed it over me and with her hands of magic she clipped it and made it form to my body and right there and than I feel in love with a dress not even trying it on, my heart said it was the one and Tina was my angel sent from heaven to make me feel like the bride my brother always envisioned for me. In only 4 weeks she had my dream dress that wasn’t a sample like every other boutique told me and it was a gown the designer made just for me. I returned to finally try it on and it was everything and more than I expected. Someone who was a complete stranger became family. I am forever grateful for Tina and her beautiful heart that with all the tears made me feel like the bride I deserved to be.
