    Lady in Waiting Events did an amazing job at my wedding. I did the day of services and they met with me twice before my wedding to go over details and they also emailed me many times. They gave me great ideas and helped me find the best way to do ideas. They were always quick to respond and willing to answer any kind of question. I was also able to use their business to rent out linens and tables and they beat out any prices for this area! On the day of my wedding I had no worries, they took my ideas that I had and made them into such a pretty Easter wedding setting! The ceremony ran smoothly and so did the reception, they went with flow and changes as the reception went on! Also afterwards they cleaned up and made everything just that much easier for me! I couldn't have asked for better and especially at that price! I would definitely recommend these ladies to anyone (I actually have a friend getting married in November who is using them because she saw how well they did with my wedding)!!

    Felicia and Caoimhe did a fabulous job with our wedding. It was so nice to have EVERYTHING taken care of on the day of our wedding and not have to worry about anything. When I say everything, I mean everything. They handled all final comminication with vendors to ensure everything was on time, set up entire ceremony and reception and made sure everything stayed on track. They stayed and cleaned everything up at the end. They handled the small road bumps that popped up during the day, including not enough chairs being delivered. They were super easy to get in touch with during the entire planning process and were such a pleasure to work with. I would highly reccommend Lady in Waiting events and you truly can't beat their prices.

    These ladies were my life saver on my wedding day! They were attentive and asked questions months in advance to make sure they were giving us exactly what we wanted, and were quick to answer any of my own questions. We hired LiW as our day-of coordinators since we booked all vendors and designed decorations and layout ourselves. They brought it all together so seamlessly! They kept everything together and were on stand-by the entire reception to make sure things were running smoothly and coordinated with our DJ to make sure our reception stayed on schedule. I didn't have to worry about time or look at a watch once! I was not the easiest person to work with (I became kind of a bridezilla), so coming from a self-proclaimed bridezille, it means alot to say I was completely happy with Lady in Waiting! I didn't have an ounce of worry or stress day of the wedding thanks to them. You can't beat their prices for the quality of service they deliver. Thank you ladies for putting my worried mind at ease!

    Lady in Waiting coordinated our wedding on Saturday and did an amazing job! I was able to really relax and just enjoy the day rather than trying to keep up with details. I was so impressed with their professionalism and ability to roll with anything that happened. We were so happy with our experience working with Lady in Waiting and would recommend them to all our friends!

    These two ladies were amazing and we couldn't have done our wedding day without them. We hired them as day of coordinators since we had done all of the planning and organizing of everything ourselves. We did not have caterers as it was a small outdoor bbq buffet reception and wine/beer only location. We wanted to have someone at the wedding who would help make sure that the drinks were kept cold and the food was kept covered. We also wanted to have them set up dessert and keep an eye on trash and general order of things. And the biggest need of all was that we wanted help taking down all the decorations and packing up everything that we brought to the venue. They did all of this as a lovely unobtrusive presence and I feel went above and beyond in terms of agreeing to do what I think most coordinators probably would not. They were hard workers and had great attitudes and even though we had done all the big planning ourselves they gave us some good advice in figuring out some of the things we had put off until the last minute. I think that if they stay in this business they will only get better with experience.
