  100% a scam, do not use this company!! They will take your money no problem, trying to get a hold of them is impossible and the event that you book definitely will not exist. ABSOLUTELY 100% A SCAM!!!!!

  They are unprofessional, inconsistent, horrific follow up. They are eager to take your money and not hold up their emd, wrong venues, changing times, and no customer service etiquette whatsoever. Definitely a scam.

  Don't use this vendor, they are a scam, they will take your money for events that will never happen. I lost money with them and will not refund me. This has happened to a few vendors.. We are trying to stop them and if you would like to help please call WINK NEWS and report them. Let's out an end to this.

  Do not use this vendor. We had a show booked with them and when we showed up at the location, they were not even there. We found out that they had given vendor's wrong information. I believe this to be a scam company. Do not waste your money or time.

  La’elegante is about as unprofessional as a business can be. We were given an application for an event with the incorrect time and location. This incorrect information is also on their website and in fact, still is. The venue we showed up to said that other vendors had also stopped by looking for the event. The hotel said they believe this was a scam. We reached out to Michelle Kapo and requested a refund and in true La’elegante form, they have not responded. We should have known by the poorly written application and instructions that we were not dealing with anything that resembled a professional business. So, if you’re looking for a poorly run business, and I hesitate to use the word business, this outfit has everything you need: poor/no communication, lack of professionalism, deceitful, incompetent, and underhanded. We will do all we can to make sure others are not duped by this sham of a company.

  I also have gotten cheated by this company. They are really bad at answering e-mails and won't refund my money and I never got to be a vendor at an event. I am so sorry I ever contacted them.
