User2023424 Sent on 01/26/2015The flowers were beyond amazing. My bouquet was exquisite. It was the right size and the red roses were beautiful. The bridesmaids bouquets were fantastic (the rich purple color with he gold ribbon was a fantastic combination). Everyone at Laguan Florist were so easy to talk to and they listened to what I wanted. They went went above and beyond with the ceremony pieces and the center pieces. The orchids were beyond words. I was so happy with how everything turned out.Laguna Beach Florist's reply:

User1902730 Sent on 11/03/2014My bouquet flowers and boutonnieres turned out beautiful but they delivered them to the incorrect location. I set up to have my flowers delivered to my hotel and my bridesmaids picked up the cake flowers ahead of time to take to the venue. My flowers got delivered to the venue and someone had to go pick them up from the venue that had another event going on while the photographer waited for pictures. If you chose this vendor make sure you clarify the deliveries, this was my only vendor that messed up and caused me stress on my big day.Laguna Beach Florist's reply:
Hi Lauren and Brad, Thank you so much for providing us with your feedback and we truly apologize for your negative experience with our store. We completely understand how stressful weddings can become and we had no intention to cause any inconvenience for you on your big day. We have tried calling you and also left you a voice-mail on 11/3/2014 to discuss this matter but never heard back from you. Looking at the wedding agreement signed by both parties, emails exchanged throughout the consultation process, and our phone calls, it does not appear that you officially requested us to deliver the flowers to the hotel instead of the venue in writing. Also per our final conversation 48 hours before the wedding over the phone, we were never provided with the name of your hotel or room number for the delivery of the flowers verbally. Additionally when we were informed that the flowers were delivered to the venue, we offered to pick up the flowers and deliver them to your hotel at no cost and the offer was not accepted. Considering the score given for our Quality of Service, Responsiveness, Professionals and Value, we truly believe we worked around your budget and provided you with the exact flowers and colors that you requested. We waived the delivery fee for you to stay in your budget. As you mentioned the flowers were beautiful and were delivered at the exact time requested and were accepted by your wedding coordinator at the venue. With that in mind, we believe your negative experience with us was a miss-communication and we always take the extra step to make sure the flowers and services provided are beyond our client's expectations. We thank you for giving us your feedback and again apologize for what happened.
