  I greatly appreciate my dressmaker's work to alter my dress. The work was done at highest professional level with lots of personalized touches . I have only sweet memories working with such high quality dressmaker, who worked fast and diligent. I am thankful to meet such wonderful dressmaker Irina, who offered me such a great deal for a high quality product. It took me several months to find right dressmaker who was patient and professional with me all the way of the process.

  I cannot say enough about how wonderful Irina is! I wore my mom's dress for my wedding, which was also my grandmother's wedding dress, so it is nearly 70 years old. When I met Irina for the first time I knew the dress was in great hands. She understood my vision of re-styling the dress while keeping it true to its original look. The finished product is more beautiful than I could have ever imagined! I got so many compliments on my dress at my wedding and I was so comfortable in it the entire time. Irina is truly amazing!

  I really enjoyed my experience with Irina. She was very helpful and patiently answered all of my questions. She listened to what a I wanted and did a great job making my wedding dress. She responded right away to my initial email and she was flexible in scheduling appointments. I was able to book all evening and weekend appointments without a problem. I would highly recommend her services to a bride looking for a custom wedding dress.

  I had a great experience with Irina. I brought her photos of the wedding dress I liked and she was very patient answering my questions and making suggestions so that the final product was perfect. She was very responsive and returned emails right away. I found scheduling with her to be easy because she has evening and weekend appointments available. I highly recommend her services to brides look for a custom made dress.

  Irina was very prompt in her response to my initial email about alterations and it was very easy to schedule a consultation with her. She works out of her apartment but the front room is set up like an alteration studio. There is plenty of room to try on your dress and discuss what you want done. She was a pleasure to deal with and very easy to work with. The alterations she did on my wedding dress made it into the dress of my dreams. I was honestly disappointed with my choice of dress until Irina worked her magic on it. Good alterations are pricey but the work was worth every penny. I'm sure it would have been almost double for what I had done anywhere else. I honestly had a fantastic experience with Lanceray Couture and really can't reccomend Irina enough.

  Irina is the best there is.... hands down! A few months before my wedding, I wanted to completely change the top of wedding gown. She did the alterations exactly how I envisioned it being done. Her services were great and she worked so fast. To top it all of, she is a sweetheart and a joy to work with. I would definitely recommend her services.

  Irina was great. She was very prompt when responding to my emails, and was always very professional. My dress only needed some minor alterations, but she did a great job. Apparently there were some open seams in the top lace layer of my dress (I had bought it this way and I guess I overlooked it at the time), and she closed them no problem. I thought the price was a little high, but you do get top quality work for what you pay for. I would definitely recommend her to future clientele.

  I saw a lovely brocade dress in a boutique in Old Town Alexandria and had to have it. However, I found it too short, but had an idea to make it work. I decided to take it to Atelierlanceray, and Irina transformed it into a knock out. It is now one of my favorite dresses!!! If you need something done with details, and done exceptionally well, you have to take your garment to her. She will make it happen on purpose.

  Irina absolutely saved me from complete and total melt-down. I had a friend of the family hem my dress, but she wasn't very comfortable with bustles, so I didn't have her do that portion. About 2 weeks before the wedding, I realized that I needed to get the bustle done. I naively thought it would be no big deal to find a tailor to fix the bustle but after about five phone calls to various tailors and dress shops and finding that people would either not do it, or I was about 6 months too late to put the order in, I discovered Irina's number. She called me back about 10 minutes after I left her a message and told me "no problem -- no need to stress". I had my fitting a few days after we spoke and got my dress back, with the most beautiful French bustle, about 3 days later. Irina is also a dress maker and I will call her the next time I need anything done to my clothes. Baltimore brides... skip the over-hyped bridal boutiques and go see Irina. You won't regret it!
