Words can't express how wonderful DJ Dan O was to have DJ our wedding!
We looked everywhere for a DJ to MC our wedding in Telluride, CO in September. Every place we called either couldn't accommodate the travel, or only offered packages that didn't seem to even support a standard wedding timeline/equipment package. Our prayers were answered when we found Dan Osinski from Colorado Springs! He made the process soooo easy from the very beginning. He made the trip with no hesitation, he offered us a custom package to fit our needs including: indoor speakers, outdoor speakers, lighting, and all the microphones we needed! Not to mention, his pricing was more than reasonable! By going with Laser Sound, we freed up enough money in the budget to allow a 5 hr open bar for our guests!!
He was very thorough in music planning, making sure what we wanted to play was done exactly right, and all the music played throughout the night fit us/our guests personality! He even allowed us to cut the cliché Chicken Dance, Casper Slide, etc from the playlist & guest requests, which was awesome!
The praises don't stop there! He was so professional and fun as an MC. All of our guests adored him, and he kept everyone entertained perfectly all night! We got soooo many compliments from our guest, saying "He was the best wedding DJ I've ever seen", and other similar comments.
My wife and I would HIGHLY recommend Laser Sound for any DJ need out there! -

The energy this gentleman brings to the room is POWERFUL! What a blast! I know Dan O personally and would hire him again and again to DJ my events! Feel confident your party and the energy created will be a HUGE success with Dan O and Laser Sound LLC! -

User930557 Sent on 09/11/2012If you read comments provided by Laser Sound LLC, you can see that this company is very unprofessional. The review they responded to was not written by the bride or groom, but rather by a family member who helped foot the bill. Using people’s names on a public review forum should never occur and it just continues to display their lack of professionalism. I would have never worked with this company knowing they would behave in this manner. We contacted them via email expressing our concerns (not asking for money back but rather looking for an apology). We received responses similar to below, basically not addressing the customer’s concerns but rather blatantly calling us liars. At a large wedding and equally large venue they delivered two speakers with poor sound quality instead of the 'State of the Art Sound System' that is advertised. The DJ’s played the incorrect songs for the Wedding Party Intro’s even though they had a listing of which songs to play, did not fade out dance songs when asked to and did not have a lot of music that was requested by the guests. Many family members and guests missed events like the cake cutting and garter / bouquet toss because announcements could not be heard from the weak sound system. Bottom line is we paid a premium price for a DJ and ended up subpar performance and now we have consistently been treated poorly (as shown below) by this company. We cannot, in good faith, recommend this company based on our experience with them.
