  Guys...the food IS THAT GOOD

  My Abuela APPROVED of all the food at our wedding...that's all I gotta say lol In all honesty I was very nervous at the beginning of deciding which catering service to use because I knew I wanted to pay an homage to my culture, but we all know that there are very few places that can make you feel like you are truly eating some home-cooked food and Latin Raices is absolutely one of them! Ruby is literally the sweetest and has had an insurmountable amount of patience with us as this was a whole new world for us. Ruby answered all our questions no matter how small they wereb and was super responsive. She never made us feel like we were being ignored. Ruby is literally the sweetest human being! You can tell that Latin Raices cooks with so much heart and passion because it is literally delicious and it truly does taste like a home-cooked meal. Everyone at our wedding was amazed but how this food did not feel "catered" it was delicious and I still have guests raging about the food. BOOK Latin Raices you and your belly will not regret it!

  Best wedding caterer!

  Latin Raices provided an excellent service from day one. Tasting was so good and we had no doubt since that day that you guys were going to provide an exceptional service and you did. Everything from the ordevours, dinner, buffet set up and decorations, service, packing of leftovers, and cleaning was excellent! You guys helping me figure out the lighting issue at the venue when the venue manager was MIA 🤦🏻‍♀️ was greatly appreciated!! Everyone (and I mean EVERYONE) has reached out to make a comment about how great the food and service was. Our best critics (the Spanish/Latino side of the family 😂) all said the food was amazing!!! From the bottom of our hearts thank you for your part in this important night! I will recommend LatinRaices 💯!!! Much love and wishing you the greatest success with your business!! You guys are amazing! ❤️

  Everyone’s plate was cleared!! Amazing food

  The food is absolutely to die for!!!! So amazing, when we went around to everyone’s table to say hi, the plates were completely clean! Everyone could not stop raving about the food! You will get top notch quality food and top notch service. We are so grateful for Ruby and her team. Thank you for making our wedding amazing!

  Tasty and Accommodating

  My husband, daughter and I were able to do a tasting this past week with Ruby. We all thought the food was delicious! We have a lot of mixture in our family with Cuban, Colombian, Italian and American so we want to have food that everyone will enjoy for our daughter’s Quince. Ruby was very kind and professional throughout the process. My daughter is very picky and asked for more salsa for the ropa vieja to make it more like her abuela’s. Ruby was very accommodating to her requests. You can tell Ruby takes pride in her work and has a passion for cooking. We look forward to working with her!

  Excellent experience

  My experience with Latin Raices Catering was amazing, I hired them for my 25th anniversary renewal wedding and the service was great, the food was so good with amazing flavors what can I say I am blessed that I found them. Everybody was very pleased with them . Thank you for everything!!!!

  Ruby, as her name suggests, is an absolute gem! Everyone at our wedding mentioned how great the food was and they were not wrong! Even the pickiest eaters of our families had nothing but compliments. Ruby and her team were so warm and welcoming at our initial tasting, I knew we'd found the perfect caterer for us. Great communication from start to finish, I'd highly recommend Latin Raices for any of your catering needs!

  Like no Other

  Our wedding was Puerto Rico themed and probably the best vendor to our wedding was Ruby / Latin Raices. Her communication was excellent from start to finish. The day of tasting was fun and another great experienced as she created more of an intimate fun ambiance. The day of her and her team did an amazing Job & we had left overs! It was important to us that we chose a caterer that had great savory food for us and our guests and Latin Raices did not fall short. All our guests loved the food. I absolutely recommend and hope to have another special day to hire them again. Thank you Ruby!

  Ruby and her team were amazing and all the staff were very friendly. I had the Bonita Latin cuisine, the food was fantastic! The Pernil and arroz con gandules was perfect!! Everyone LOVED the food!!

  Ruby is perfection!!

  I can't even begin to explain how amazing the experience with them was from start to finish. The food was the talk of the wedding. We received messages saying how unreal the food was! The professionalism was out of this world. Leave it to these ladies to make you feel like you are the only one that matters. If it's one thing I did right was hiring them!

  Ruby is absolutely the best! Her food is amazing and service she offers is 2nd to none! We are so incredibly blessed to have found her and for using her to cater our wedding! She was the first caterer I called for our wedding and the minute she spoke I knew she was it for us. She was so accommodating with every little change or question when it came down to the details. The services, food, and presentation were amazing! The staff were so beautiful and so sweet! The food continued to be the topic for days after on how delicious everything was.   Amazing dinner, appetizers, and service

  Ruby and the team at Latin Raices, and especially the food, were a big hit at our wedding! Ruby made a fabulous appetizer and dinner menu for us that was affordable and high quality latin cuisine to honor my roots. I keep hearing from the wedding guests how amazing the food was! Would absolutely recommend.

  I cannot say enough compliments of our experience. I liked Ruby the moment I met her at our tasting. She listened to our requests and helped to create a menu which would be tasty and appealing for all our guests.
  Due to the pandemic, several changes had to be made - changes in venues, reception times, guest count etc. Ruby was extremely responsive every time we reached out to her.
  Our guests could not get you enough for the wonderful food that was served at the wedding. People were raving about it! Several families stated that it was the best food they've had at a wedding in ages. The empanadas were AMAZING! If ever I should have need another event catered or have a friend need an event catered, I will use this company again!

  This was the most phenomenal team ever. The food was great, the team was so nice. Definitely made the wedding even more fancy on how they served and did the cocktail hour. I honestly am very grateful to have found them. They definitely exceeded my expectations! Ruby is great and easy to talk to, you wouldn’t be disappointed in choosing this team!
