  Awesome photographer!

  Lauren was awesome! She was very detailed, put together an example itinerary, knew my venue really well, had an awesome bride/groom questionnaire to get to know us, and was great on wedding day making sure everyone was where they needed to be. Very friendly, easy to talk to, and my spouse and I felt completely like ourselves around her. Her editing was fantastic and we are super happy with the pics! You won't regret it!

  I highly recommend working with Lauren! She was so encouraging and made our photos less stressful than we had anticipated (we were both nervous in front of the camera). Our wedding photos are more beautiful than I could have ever imagined, I can't stop looking at them!

  Lauren Garrison, BEST Wedding Photographer

  My now husband discovered Lauren Garrison when looking for an Austin based photographer to capture our proposal- oh my goodness are we glad he found her!! Lauren was our absolute favorite vendor we worked with and we are so happy with our decision to use her for our Colorado wedding as well!! From the very beginning, she walked us through what we would expect and took a long time figuring out exactly what we wanted for wedding day photos. She was so professional, put together, calm and collected, and better yet- took FANTASTIC photos of the entire day. We have not stopped receiving compliments on our gallery since our wedding on 05.20.23. Additionally, we were so impressed with how quickly she turned around our preview photos and the entire gallery for us to look through! The photos are timeless, flattering, and fun! HIGHLY recommend going with Lauren Garrison regardless of if you live in the Austin area!

  Best Photographer Ever!!

  We cannot recommend Lauren enough! She did the most wonderful job and was there for us every step of the way. We had a very small wedding, so we did not have anyone to propose timelines or coordinate day of. Lauren was quick to jump in and offer to do both of those things for us! Apart from taking the most beautiful photos, she made the entire day stress-free by being on top of all the timing & coordination. She even made sure we remembered the small details like speakers for music, drinks for after the ceremony and more. You will be so happy if you pick Lauren to be involved in your big day!!

  The Perfect Photographer For Our Wedding

  There are so many things that factor into your wedding day and wondering if you’ve made the right decisions in the vendors you choose to work with. With Lauren, there was NEVER a question in either of our minds because we knew that we made the perfect choice.
  
  I first met Lauren when she did my best friend's wedding in 2020. As a bridesmaid, I loved the energy that Lauren brought and how comfortable I was with her having only known her for a limited time. She was professional and friendly, and she got the job done with grace even when we were too excited to sit still!
  
  When I got engaged in 2021, I knew I had to have the same experience for me and my husband, but also for our families and friends. She was the easiest and the best decision we made in our entire wedding planning process. Lauren is thoughtful, organized, communicative, and most importantly, Lauren cares. You aren’t another couple in her portfolio, she takes the time to learn about you and figure out what elements of your wedding are the most important to you.
  
  Lauren’s photos perfectly encapsulate what I wanted my wedding day to be. She paid extra attention to the details I wanted, such as photos of my niece and nephew. I can never recommend her enough. Not only was she our photographer, but in a lot of ways, I relied on her during the planning process! She provided thoughtful insight and professional opinions and made sure that we were taken care of. By the time our wedding day rolled around, she felt like a friend we were excited to see!
  
  We decided to go without a videographer and we were admittedly worried we might regret our decision. Luckily, when we looked through our wedding gallery we didn't have any regrets! Lauren brought our wedding to life with her photos! I can feel the energy, the love, the intimacy, and the overall happiness that surrounds our day.
  
  My husband and I will tell anyone that we feel awkward in front of a camera, but when it came to Lauren we felt like old professionals. She has a gentle and focused nature that puts you at ease and makes you feel safe, beautiful, and calm. We can never thank her enough for the love she poured into our wedding and for giving us photos to last a lifetime. We’re so excited for the day we can sit down and show our future children these photos and know that we will use her for every photo opportunity down the line.

  Lauren is wonderful!

  Look no further for the perfect wedding photographer - Lauren is WONDERFUL! Working with Lauren was one of the best decisions we made throughout the entire wedding planning process! She was with us through every step of our engagement and wedding, including the proposal, engagement photos, bridal portraits, and wedding day. My (now) husband found Lauren while planning the proposal. Not only did she give him advice about location, time of day, how to get me to wear a dress, and keep it a secret, she also set up the proposal location with flowers and champagne! She even pretended to be a restaurant hostess on the phone while we were on our way to dinner the day of the proposal to keep it a surprise! Lauren does a great job of making you comfortable in front of the camera even if you don't have any posing experience. She gave us tips on how to pose while acting natural. She even curated a custom playlist that helped create a really fun vibe. She sent us a questionnaire prior to the engagement photo session in order to get to know us as a couple and to learn about what things we were looking for in our photos. Lauren has a really creative eye for framing a shot while also incorporating your own personal style. Lauren is also so much more than just a photographer. She knows Austin extremely well and she has great recommendations for photo locations around the city. Lauren completely saved my bridal portrait session in more than one way. When I found out the night before my bridal portraits that my wedding venue was closed that day, she suggested numerous other locations that matched the style of photos I wanted. We changed our plans the morning of and the bridal portraits turned out even more stunning than I could have imagined! I also had a dress zipper malfunction on the day of the bridal portraits and Lauren was so flexible and worked around it by taking photos different angles so you can't even tell there was an issue by looking at the photos. Before our wedding day, we had a call with Lauren to discuss everything from the wedding timeline to the photo shot list. She was extremely thorough and made sure that we discussed all the little details so the day could go as smoothly as possible. Our wedding day was unseasonably chilly and Lauren handled it so well! We were still able to take all of the photos that we initially planned to do because Lauren is so efficient and so good at giving directions to everyone involved. She helped us wrangle the bridal party and all of our various family members to make sure we got through all of the photos on our shot list. Lauren is wonderful at planning around different lighting and helping to keep everything on schedule to catch the golden hour. She also took beautiful photos at night by bringing an additional lighting setup. Overall, we could not be more pleased with how all of our photos turned out. They're absolutely incredible and exactly how we imagined! Finally, Lauren has EXCEPTIONAL turnaround time! She had a ton of our photos ready less than two weeks after the wedding, and she sent us the full gallery one month after the wedding, but the thing that really blew us away was that she edited a preview gallery of our wedding photos AT OUR WEDDING and had had them displayed during the reception for our guests to view! If you're looking for the PERFECT wedding photographer that you can rely on for anything and everything, hire Lauren!

  Stunning pictures!!!

  We were so grateful to have Lauren as our wedding photographer. She took our engagement pictures and photographed our wedding. Even in uncertain times, she was so flexible and helpful! We truly appreciated her organization and professionalism. She was always available for questions and came up with a perfect timeline for our wedding day. On the day of our wedding, she was so calm and composed, and she fit in perfectly with our family and friends. Our engagement photos were incredible, and we are sure the wedding photos will be wonderful as well. We had a morning wedding, and Lauren even sent us a preview of our photos the same evening.   Couldn’t have asked for more

  Lauren was AMAZING!!! She did our engagement pictures, bridals and wedding day. Not only did she give us beautiful pictures of our wedding day, she also made us feel so relaxed and confident when taking pictures and throughout the whole busy wedding day! She had us feeling like professional models halfway through our first session! Multiple members of my family have hired her for a variety of occasions and absolutely loved the entire experience. She is so genuine and kind and an absolute dream to work with!

  Proposal, Engagement, Bridals, Wedding Day

  If you are looking for a photographer for your upcoming proposal, engagement photos, bridals or wedding, stop looking now and choose Lauren Garrison. My husband and I first met Lauren when he hired her to photograph his proposal. I honestly never even knew she was there until he pointed her out - she's that good! The photos she took were amazing and made me cry happy tears for days. So, once we had a wedding date in mind, we double checked her availability before even booking our venue (I HIGHLY recommend this if you love a photographer as much as we love Lauren). Once we booked the wedding package with Lauren, she sent us the sweetest congrats box with cute gifts (even a bandana for our dog!) and gave us a list of expectations and schedules and all the info we could ever need - and even asked us to complete a questionnaire to help her get to know us better. At our engagement photos she made us feel like models! She even carried around a speaker with a playlist of our favorite songs. The special, small details she brought to the table far exceeded our expectations and made us love her even more. When it came down to our wedding day, she knocked it out of the park again! We had a phone call a couple weeks in advance and went through the list of what we wanted photos of, and she got them all. We even forgot we had asked for a few photos, but she remembered and made sure to capture it all. Her communication is 10/10 as well. Obviously vendors get busy during certain seasons, but we could always count on her replying as quickly as she could. She made everything so easy and effortless, and again, produced BEAUTIFUL photos. Our entire family was impressed with her professionalism, kindness and talent. So, again, go book Lauren right now! You won't regret it.

  Stop scrolling and contact Lauren!

  Lauren was our favorite vendor for our wedding day! From the moment we contacted her she was amazing. Lauren was always flexible and wanted to make sure we were happy! She even drove to Round Rock for our first meeting and to our family ranch for our engagement session.
  From proposal to wedding day, we have loved all the pictures Lauren has produced. She makes you feel comfortable and confident while shooting.

She took our engagement photos, bridal portraits, and documented our wedding day. By the end of the process, she truly felt like a friend to both of us. She helped us feel comfortable in front of the camera and made the photo sessions a lot of fun. Lauren can give direction and coordinate a big group of people when needed, but also captures candid moments discreetly. On our wedding day, Lauren even took the time to edit some photos from earlier in the day during her dinner break and displayed them at our reception. It was such a special surprise for us and our guests! After the wedding, she had our photo previews and full gallery ready way faster than we expected.   Stunning Outdoor Wedding Photography

  It has been so wonderful working with Lauren! As a wedding venue owner and manager, the weight of recommending talented photographers I know my brides are going to love is intense to say the least. LAUREN DELIVERS! That whole package my brides are in love with -- so much talent giving them gorgeous photos, easy to work with, quick and great communication, and so sweet she makes the day even better. I can't recommend her any more highly. If you are getting married with an outdoor ceremony or indoor/outdoor wedding Lauren's gorgeous work is what you are looking for!

  Best Wedding Photographer

  Anyone needing a photographer has to hire Lauren! You're hiring a friend, not another vendor. Her skill speaks for itself, she's an amazing photographer. Anyone can see that when they look through her pictures. We were so blown away with her skill that we added a second engagement session! What you can't see, is the kindest, sweetest, most personable person behind the lens. Matthew and I were so comfortable with her from the start. She made taking pictures so easy and fun! There truly was never a dull moment. We were constantly laughing every time we took pictures with her. Lauren humored us in allowing our corgi, Pineapple, to tag along at our engagement session! We couldn't have imagined our wedding day without her. She truly was our favorite wedding vendor and we can't wait to continue hiring her for more life moments that need to be captured.

  Engagement+Wedding

  Lauren is amazing! She did our engagement photos and our wedding photos in the same package. We actually chose her after seeing the wonderful pictures our friends had...best decision. We didn’t even live within her “boundaries” but she worked out a price for us to still do them! She’s super laid back and easy to talk and get along with!

  We had a wonderful experience working with Lauren! From the very first meeting we were impressed with her organization, talent, and passion for photography. We signed up for Engagements, Bridals, and a Wedding package and loved it all! Lauren is very personable, easy going, and will make you feel comfortable in front of the camera. She has a great eye for detail and captures all the important moments and more. We love how she will give you sneak peaks and and even provide photo galleries ahead of schedule. We would recommend Lauren any Bride and hope to use her again one day!

  Lauren is awesome! My fiancé and I were both nervous about shooting our engagement photos but she totally put us at ease. She has great ideas and our pictures came out beautifully! The best part is we received all of our pictures way before she said they would be ready!

  After getting to "attend" a shoot Lauren raffled and my friend won, I fell in love with not only Lauren's shooting style but HER! We almost immediately booked her. In both our engagement and wedding photos you can clearly see how much she allows us to be ourselves so she can capture every perfect moment. On my wedding day I knew she was there when she needed to be but she wasn't that crazy photographer dressed in black running up and down your isle!! She truly takes the time to get to know you and your partner so you feel natural and comfortable the whole time! I could never say enough about how much I enjoyed this process and working with Lauren. She is professional, flexible and OH SO TALENTED. This woman brings magic to life!

  There aren’t enough good things to say about Lauren. From our engagement session through our big day, she was with us every step of the way. Checking in from time to time for updates and to see how I was handling all the planning. She helped my wedding day run smoothly and the wedding party and guests adore her. Not only does Lauren take amazing photos, she put some on display during the reception!! If that isn’t above and beyond, she emailed us a link to preview picture the day after. Needless to say we love her and will continue to use her for all our photography needs in the future!

She photographed our engagement photos, bridal portraits and wedding, and my wife and I cannot express in words how amazing of a job Lauren did. She knows the best scenic spots for whatever backdrop you're wanting and really makes you feel comfortable during each session. It does not matter if you don't live in the Austin area, she is willing to travel to you and though a small fee is included for travel, the portraits you receive will be worth every single penny! My wife and I as well as both of our extended families were blown away with the product and service Lauren provided. I will never search for another photographer again because no one is better than Lauren Garrison Photography.
