  5 stars all around!

  Lauren photographed our wedding. She is spectacular. I highly recommend hiring her. She was very organized and professional. She helped us put together a plan for photography so that everything went smoothly. She was also flexible. She is truly creative and I am very pleased with our photos! I know I will cherish them forever. Thank you Lauren. ❤️

  Wedding Photographer

  Lauren is an absolute gem of a human being! She is extremely talented, organized, and attentive. Not only did she capture my husband and I so beautifully on our wedding day, but she made sure to include so many fun and organic photos of our guests, which was so important to us. I can't explain enough how obsessed we are with the photos - completely exceeded all expectations! Lauren has allowed us to relive our wedding day over and over again, while also discovering all the moments that we missed.
  
  The biggest bonus is how sweet and fun Lauren is as a person. She made us feel instantly comfortable, and we genuinely had the best time, working with her was an absolute pleasure (I know our friends and families feel the same way).
  
  So, so happy we went with Lauren for our special day. I cannot recommend her enough!

  Exactly what I wanted!

  Working with Lauren was one of the highlights of my wedding. I am a creative in my professional career and definitely had a specific vision in mind for my wedding photos. I sent Lauren a detailed shot list and she was not only open to my suggestions, but perfectly delivered on my requests. Her aesthetic is timeless, bright and airy with a touch of editorial. Lauren was also so sweet in person and the entire process was seamless.

  Dreamy elopement experience

  We absolutely LOVE our elopement photos and working with Lauren was a dream. From the start, she was super organized, had great communication, provided detailed information about what to expect, had a plan b for weather, and helped loosen us up to be ourselves. Lauren even captured a special and memorable moment after all was done - a spontaneous first dance at an oceanside cafe. Thank you for having such a keen eye. You are so very talented - it's hard to pick a favorite - we keep gushing over the entire gallery. We plan to celebrate in Destin and hope we are blessed with your beautiful talents in the future.

  Our Dream Photographer!

  Lauren is an absolute gem. She took the time to FaceTime with me before booking her for our wedding and she instantly felt like an old friend. She was so supportive throughout our entire planning process and incredibly helpful. And the day of, she was SO present, but yet in a way you didn’t even know she was there. She was everything we could have asked for in a photographer! We received our sneak peeks so quickly and our full album way sooner than expected! And let me tell you - we were NOT disappointed. Don’t hesitate on her, you won’t regret it ❤️

  A Truly Remarkable Team!

  I couldn't have asked for a better photographer for my wedding! Lauren and Bryce were so kind and helpful throughout the entire day. Our photos look like they could be in a magazine, and that's saying a lot for how awkward I usually feel when having my photo taken. Lauren took extra steps to ensure she captured exactly what I wanted, so much so, that she even took notes from my pinterest boards! Their skills really shine through not just the photos you receive but the feeling you get looking at them. I highly recommend this awesome duo.

  Amazing! Beyond Perfect

  I am so incredibly grateful Lauren was our photographer! Her work is amazing and she has an eye for seeing the world around you in a way that is indescribable, and then she captures that magic with her photography.
  
  She did our engagement photos and her and her husband were our wedding photographers and I couldn't be happier! If you are able to take a look at her work, it truly speaks for itself. What her collection can't tell you, though, is what a beautiful person she is to be around. She is a perfect addition to any gathering, she is kind, sweet, professional and fun.
  
  One of the many things I liked about her was how well she communicates. Not just how nice she is to talk to, but she asks what's important for you, goes over timelines, reaches out to confirm things. She went above and beyond for me and I will forever appreciate and be grateful for her.
  
  She cares about what you care about and captures it perfectly so you can relive and keep those memories in time, forever. My wedding truly was the best day of my life and because of Lauren, I get to see that day everyday.

  Wonderful experience!

  We are so happy that we were able to work with Lauren for our wedding day! She was an absolute pleasure to work with from day 1 and was extremely flexible during the uncertainty of Covid. We were glad that Lauren also took our engagement photos as that allowed us to get to know her more and to know we were in good hands. She was very conscious of our wants, such as more candid photos and she absolutely delivered. On our wedding day, she was able to work seamlessly with our videographer as well as think on the spot to find beautiful shots when the weather did not cooperate. We would also like to give a shout-out to her husband Bryce who was her second shooter and also came up with some great photos of the guys.
  
  By the end of it all, Lauren felt more like a friend than a vendor. We highly recommend Lauren and are so thankful for the beautiful work she did!

  Stellar Wedding Photographer

  Lauren and Bryce are the absolute best! They are probably the most down to earth couple we’ve had the pleasure of meeting, and helped made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera…not mention, they are insanely talented! Also, Lauren was so understanding and supportive during Covid, and made the rescheduling process that less stressful. Our wedding photo’s are stunning and we cannot wait to print and hang them all. We could not recommend them enough, you will not be disappointed working with her and Bryce!

  Absolutely Stunning Photos

  I cannot recommend Lauren Newman enough, she has gone above and beyond for us and provided us with the most beautiful photos and memories that we have. Lauren photographed our engagement, our last minute COVID elopement, and FINALLY our wedding day this past June. My husband doesn't love photos but Lauren made every photoshoot comfortable, relaxed, fun, and guided us to look our absolute best. The portraits are stunning, the details shots are beautiful, and the candid shots are ones that bring tears to my eyes. I am so grateful to have found Lauren to photograph all of our favorite moments, and our future favorites!

  June Wedding, 2019 @ Somis CA

  Lauren was such a delight to work with! We chose her as our wedding photographer right after we met with her because of her sweet and professional demeanor. It was important for my husband and I to feel at ease with our photographer to provide a smoother day of wedding. Her photos were absolutely stunning. Beautiful lighting! She took the most stunning candid shots of guests and moments during our ceremony, we had no idea she was even taking these shots. We hired her for 8 hours. She started shooting me and bridesmaids getting our makeup done, took family photos, ceremony, bride and grooms solo shots, wedding party photos, reception, and other candid moments. I highly highly recommend! She also made our engagement photo shoot so much fun! We felt at ease and understood as a couple :).
  Our wedding ceremony and reception took place outdoors in Somis CA at my parents succulent nursery.

  Cannot imagine a better experience with a photographer!

  Lauren is an absolute dream of a wedding photographer! She was easy to work with and a complete professional throughout the process; she made everything feel easy and natural despite last minute venue changes due to winds and wildfires.   Best Planning Decision We Made

  Choosing Lauren as our wedding photographer was the best planning decision we made! As you can see by her photography, Lauren is obviously a very gifted photographer, but more importantly, she's kind, patient, easy to work with, and fit in seamlessly with our family. We had just over 20 people at our wedding so it was really important to us that our photographer felt like a close friend -- even if she was actually a stranger. By the end of the night, Lauren was dancing the night away with my father-in-law and niece while capturing some of my favorite memories.
  
  For anyone who really likes details and organization, I was your nightmare as a bride... I was getting things together until quite literally the last minute and she never blinked. She went with the flow, completely let me live in the moment, knew how and when to give me my space and exactly when to be in the action to catch the moment. I never would have known how important those quiet moments alone would be, but Lauren is the person who encouraged and supported it!
  
  Lauren also helped us customize a perfect package for our needs. Coming from out of town, I had identified many photographers on Instagram and connected with several, but none were as attentive and flexible as Lauren.
  
  I am so, so happy Lauren was a part of our day and I cannot recommend her more highly!
