If you want the best, you hire the best!
Everyone's vision of their "perfect wedding" is different. WHATEVER your dream is, Laurie and her amazing team will make it happen. Our dream was having the location that was special to use, decorated with the most amazing colored roses. Laurie and her team gave us exactly what we asked for and so much more! We couldn't even begin to put into words how perfect our day was, and it was all because of Laurie and her team. Yes, they are professional, punctual, organized, and thorough, but they are also so much more. They exemplified kindness, understanding, empathy, and a great amount of patience (especially for me). They will go above and beyond for anyone who has the privilege of working with them. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you. Laurie did such an amazing job and really gave us the peace of mind we needed on our big day! She was professional, 10 steps ahead, and brought our vision to life. She SURPASSED our expectations and all 700 of our guests are still talking about how beautiful and elegant our wedding was! We can’t thank her enough for making our wedding stress-free. We were truly able to enjoy it with all of our family and friends. -

Laurie and her team are amazing! After a bad experience with a previous planner, she swept in and saved the day! She was so easy to work with. She took my random ideas that I had in my head and my crazy Pinterest board and turned our wedding ceremony and reception into something I could have only dreamed of. She thought of everything, even all the little details. She wasn't afraid to jump through hoops for us to get permits for my crazy ideas. I honestly cannot say enough good things about her! -

Laurie listened to everything I wanted and made it even better than I could have ever imagined! I walked into our reception and I was speechless (as you can see in the pictures)! Laurie made everything so much easier and such a blast! She is a beautiful person inside and out and I was honored to have her as my planner. If you are looking for someone to give you your dream wedding then she is your girl!

Before we even signed the contract with her she was already making suggestions we would have never thought of! Laurie was instrumental in making our day ours...completely us and unique from any wedding I have been to before. We ended up having an issue with our florist and Laurie went out on her own to purchase replacement flowers to try and rectify the situation as best as possible. Even after our wedding Laurie continued to follow up on post-wedding questions, etc. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Laurie again for any event I was planning or recommend her!Laurie D'Anne Events's reply:

User1714517 Sent on 07/15/2014It is not often that those responsible for an event do everything you asked of them and more, but that was exactly our experience with Laurie and the staff at Puckett's for my son's rehearsal dinner in June. I live eight hours from Nashville and met with Laurie a couple of times in the spring to plan. Immediately I knew I had nothing to worry about. Laurie was so much fun to work with, but also was very professional and detail-oriented. Her thoughts on lighting, music, flowers, food and setup were exactly what I was envisioning. She was always patient and relaxed even when dealing with last minute changes. That night, the restaurant was stunning, the food was delicious, and the evening flowed seamlessly. Many people told me afterwards that it was the most wonderful rehearsal dinner they had ever been to, and I agreed! Hiring Laurie was the smartest decision I made. I will definitely call on her again when hosting an event in the Nashville area, and beyond! Thank you, Laurie, for a perfect rehearsal dinner!

User1980059 Sent on 12/21/2014Laurie planned our wedding and it was a great event. Let me just say that if you have a high stress and busy job like I do, you should hire a wedding planner, and more specifically you should hire Laurie!! The value she added to the planning process and on the day of the wedding was IMMEASURABLE.
I am Indian and my husband is American and so we had a "hybrid" wedding. Laurie did a great job of helping us mix multiple cultures and was a pro at working with our various multi-cultural contacts.
Decor: The decor of our wedding was STUNNING. This is definitely Laurie's strongest asset. She did a great job of designing our ceremony and reception. I bought all of my clothes for the wedding in one day while I was in India without any plan or vision. She managed to take what I told her about the colors and themes and run with it and make an amazing event. I heard from many of my guests that it was the most elegant wedding they had ever attended.
Food: Laurie was on top of it with our caterer. I wanted to have Indian food and she worked with me to find the best place to get the food and work out the best menu. Not only that, the food was set up perfectly and she made menus for the non-Indian people to know what they were eating! :) Also our cake was excellent.
Organization of Events: I was so calm on my wedding day because I knew Laurie had everything under control. This is the place where we really noticed a difference if we had tried to do this on our own. It felt as though everything was taken care of, and the staff that she hired was so great from our florist to our servers to the photographer.
Price: Laurie was budget-conscious. We told her we had a certain cost and per head amount in our heads. She often gave us options to chose from so that we could stay within budget and then helped us figure out what was essential and what was not.
