  We enjoyed working with Lauryn so much and could not have chosen a better photographer. Lauryn is extremely professional, organized, and reliable (her online system makes everything so easy!), but she also takes the time to know you as a couple and capture you in the best way! Her photos are beautiful and great quality, and we loved how the engagement session was complimentary in her package (we weren't originally going to do engagement photos but what a mistake that would have been!) We highly recommend Lauryn!!

  We enjoyed working with Lauryn so much and could not have chosen a better photographer. Lauryn is extremely professional, organized, and reliable (her online system makes everything so easy!), but she also takes the time to know you as a couple and capture you in the best way!   Lauryn is amazing! Our wedding was in NC and I was planning it from WA state. She made everything so easy. The contract and payment were all online and I really liked I was able to take care of all the payments online and not having to deal with any of that the day of the wedding. We haven't gotten our final prints yet bc the wedding was literally just a couple weeks ago but I know they're going to be awesome based on the sneak peak we got and seeing other pics she's done. You can just tell she knows what she's doing. I really liked that she had a second photographer. our guests commented on how they felt like they were both just on it the whole time with taking pictures. Lauryn is just so genuinely kind, professional and I would highly highly recommend her for any professional pics you want taken!

  Lauryn was fantastic! We communicated over Skype to set up everything for our wedding, and then she met us onsite a couple weeks before (we were planning from overseas). All of the communications were easy, and she was quick to respond. She was very professional in every way. The day of our wedding was HOT, and we were taking photos outside. She and her assistant didn't blink an eye as they handed us water and made accommodations for the heat, in the middle of taking all kinds of photos. We can't possibly say enough about her energy and positive attitude during the afternoon! She was also very creative when it came to taking photos onsite. For example, the room I got dressed in did not have any curtains on the windows, and she quickly figured out a way around this for the "getting ready" photos.
  
  To top it off, she is also very personable and easy to work with! We would definitely recommend hiring Lauryn!

  This review is so overdue. Lauryn photographed my wedding almost a year ago and she was amazing! She swooped in at almost the last minute when our original photographer didn't work out and took over our contract. She was friendly and really patient (I was a very anxious bride and hate getting my photo taken) and skilled at getting you to just laugh and be in the moment. She was extremely organized as well, I loved that she gave us two surveys to fill out to ensure she knew everything she could ever possibly need to know about our day. My husband's favorite part of the day was when we snuck off during the reception to do an impromptu shoot with Lauryn in Raleigh's City Market. After the wedding we received our photos super quickly as well! I can't lavish Lauryn with enough praise. She is a fantastic photographer.

  Lauryn is the sweetest, and most amazing photographer that could have quite literally fallen into our laps for our daughters wedding. I have to admit, the photographer that we had picked months in advance to travel from Raleigh to the beach for our event, had to sell her business to move with her husband. She helped us find Lauryn.
  
  With my daughter in Maryland, me in Greensboro, NC, Lauryn in Raleigh, NC, the wedding in Ocean Isle Beach, NC and just weeks to go (AND Lauryn shooting a wedding in the Northeast in between) I was actually quite at ease. When I saw her work, and talked to her, I knew that she was going to be the consummate professional she turned out to be, and the pictures were going to be as gorgeous as they proved to be.
  
  I have heard nothing but rave reviews about the pictures she shot from that event. She was there for 12 hours, snapping away, and very stealth like while doing it! She is creative, and just a joy to work with. I would use her anytime and actually do plan on it for a family photo.
  
  I recommend Lauryn for any event you are planning. This is one of those times that a fateful turn worked out for the absolute best!
