Lavender outdid themselves!!
We found Lavender through our venue’s Vendor List, and we had so much fun working with Lisa on our wedding flowers! She was game to try every idea we brought to her (we had a Lord of the Rings inspired wedding) and her enthusiasm made us that much more excited to see our vision come to life. Lisa is thoughtful, creative, and patient, and was willing to schedule a few meetings with us until our flower proposal was perfect. On our wedding day, Lisa and her team surpassed expectations for their time and effort -- everything from the personal flowers and the sweetheart table to the greenhouse and dessert table was absolutely stunning and exactly what we wanted. We and our guests were blown away!! In addition, reducing waste from our wedding day was very important to us; Lavender picked up our leftover wedding flowers and delivered them to schools and care facilities in the area. Thank you for everything, Lisa!!!

Lisa Bohne was fantastic, she and Lavender's were recommended to us by our wedding coordinator- and now I have no doubts as to why. My husband and I got married in October 2016, Columbus Day weekend, and had a fall themed wedding. I visited Lavender's with my mom and met with Lisa; she listened to all our ideas, and gave us suggestions when we weren't sure of the flower name. The bouquets, the corsages and the boutonnières were beautiful and exactly as I envisioned. And the aisle markers were lovely, with satin ribbons in mason jars, and went perfectly with our fall theme. Lisa has an eye for floral arrangements, and was a pleasure to work with. I can't say enough wonderful things about Lavendars. I went in and met with Lisa. I came with some inspiration pictures and a budget. She was great to work with and seemed eager to meet my requests. The flowers were even more beautiful thany my inspirations. She really captured my vision and made them even better with her own suggestions. Can't recommend Lavender enough!
I can't recommend Lavender in Groton, MA enough for your wedding (or any occasion!). We had no idea what we wanted for our flowers, but I told Lisa the colors we were going for and the general rustic vibe and she took those words to craft the most beautiful bouquets and centerpieces that fit our image and venue PERFECTLY. Talented but terrible customer service
Lisa is a talented florist, but can’t handle any stress and is rude to customers. She ranted about us ‘taking her time’ when we tried to stop in to pay her before our event. Our bouqueats were gorgeous, our centerpieces were nice, but significantly smaller then we discussed. Her odd behavior and rudeness were enough to make me not want to use her again. Perhaps she should have someone else handle the customer service and she should stick with the flowers.Lisa is a talented florist, but can’t handle any stress and is rude to customers. The day of my wedding the WRONG flowers showed up. My wedding colors were white and yellow-- the flowers that showed up were BRIGHT orange and red. Once new flowers were made up and dropped off they were WRONG again. The bridesmaids were all suppose to have yellow roses, and they recieved yellow gerber daisies. Also, my floral arrangments for the ceremony were hidious and NOT what we had ordered, and finally all of the rose petals that were places scatted on teh guests tables died and shriveled within, 1.5 hrs of my recepetion. It was AWFUL. I had heard awfule things as well, by they were very sweet and attentive and thought maybe Id get the better of them, I was fooled and should have listend to what I had heard in the beginning.The day of my wedding the WRONG flowers showed up. I cannot speak to this florists flowers or arrangements, but her attitude and professionalism was disgraceful. I stopped by her shop for more information about my wedding, she told me that she wouldn’t speak to me without an appointment— okay no problem, I told her I was happy to call later to set it up, she said we could do it right away, but with this tone like I was still inconveniencing her by my mear existence. Then, she made it seem like it was a hassle to find a time to meet with me, because she has things to do. I really would never work with someone who treated a potential customer with such disrespect and frankly disdain for “disturbing her work day”. Ridiculous. She was so rude to me and my sister. I’m sorry you perceived this situation this way. As I recall, we were preparing for an event the next day, but your wedding was coming up soon. I did take the time to speak with you because your event was so close and I wanted you to have a place to start, as you had nothing planned. We were interrupted several times because the store was busy. I would never be rude or inconsiderate to my customers. -
