There are event planners and there’s Lavinia Paul! Within 90 days of our ceremony, My wife and I surrendered to planning and decided to hire a professional to execute our vision. Without a doubt, this proved to be the best decision and investment we could’ve made.
The service provided exceeded our expectations . Lavinia is personable, knowledgeable and resourceful. She made effort to get to know us and most importantly valued our perspective which are conducive in providing exemplary customer service. Each interaction reassured us that we were on track to have the wedding of our dreams.
Lavinia and Team, whom we coined “Our wedding dream team”, were absolutely amazing on our wedding day. Each detail was executed with extreme patience, attentiveness and care. They were communicative and ensured we had everything we needed. We felt comfortable entrusting them to execute which afforded opportunity for us to relax and be fully present on our big day.
Again, a very special thank you to Lavinia Paul and Team whom with thoughtfulness, and care ensured our wedding day would be a memory we’d never forget.

I consider myself to be a rather organized person, so I had originally intended to plan my own event from start to finish. The “start” was seemingly ok, but thanks to Covid and other mishaps I became very overwhelmed a few months out from the big day. From past experiences I knew exactly who to call and was grateful that the LPE team had my date open. They really moved heaven & earth to tie all loose ends together, secure vendors and even help me find a new venue (when my original one cancelled). Even though I had an intimate microwedding, I could NEVER have carried out the event without their help. They managed everything possible and I had to concern myself with absolutely nothing on the day of - which is the end result of having a true professional at the helm. I got to just be a bride and that was the most important thing in the end. For this reason I highly recommend Lavinia and her team, whether your event has 25 guests or 200+. Thank you LPE team for all of your guidance and support! -

My husband and I Hired Lavinia Paul Events Mid way through the planning process. She was able to pick up from where I was and execute the rest of the wedding effortlessly. Our wedding date was originally august 1st, 2020 at a indoor ballroom venue, when covid happened and everything was shut down we had to do a 360 and move everything outdoors on the month before our wedding date. Lavinia and her team were able to plan an outdoor wedding in 30 days and book any last-minute venues that needed to be done. Everything was perfect from the flowers to the food. I thank god I found Lavinia Paul events to help bring my dream wedding to life. -

Amazing wedding planner !
In 2019 , my fiancé at the time and I decided to begin planning our wedding for 2020. We had absolutely no idea where to begin with the planning process and quickly became overwhelmed and decided that we needed to hire a wedding planner. My sister came across Lavinia’s Instagram and reached out to her and a few other wedding planners. After speaking with Lavinia , my sister advised that she would be the best person for the job based off of her responsiveness , professionalism and warm personality.
I spoke to Lavinia myself and immediately felt at ease. She walked me through the entire process and explained all of the nuisances of planning a wedding. As soon as I hired her she began working on making our dream wedding come true.
Unfortunately, as 2020 approached the pandemic hit and we made the decision to post pone our wedding until July 2021. Lavinia didn’t skip a beat and was able to quickly adapt and help us make all of the necessary changes.
In January 2021, my husband and I found out that we were expecting our first child which once again through our wedding for a loop. Once we informed Lavinia of this , she quickly adapted to the change of plans again and began helping us plan the perfect combined wedding/ baby shower.
Our event finally arrived on July 24,2021 and it was absolutely PERFECT !!! We were stress free the entire day and didn’t have to worry about anything as Lavinia and her staff left no stone unturned. Their attention to detail, time management and professionalism is unmatched. I gave Lavinia a general idea of the colors and vision I had and she took it and ran with it ! My husband, myself and our guests were blown away by the outcome. Months have passed and our guests still comment on how beautiful our day was !
Aside from being our wedding planner, I feel as if Lavinia has become a part of our family. She has stuck with us and supported us through a pandemic, marriage and pregnancy. It is evident through her work and how she conducts her business that wedding planning is Lavinia’s passion. Trusting Lavinia with one of the most important days of our lives was the best decision ! -

Phenomenal
I used this company for my wedding which was in July 2019. Lavinia Paul Events was responsible for the planning and decor inspiration for my wedding. I am a nurse and as we all know COVID hit pretty hard and I was very overwhelmed with working a lot of hours. I was not able to be as involved as I hoped with the planning process so I had to have a lot of faith in what Lavinia and her team could offer me on my big day. I literally left it all in their hands and trusted the vision. All I asked for was purple to be the focal point. They absolutely delivered and made my day stress free. I felt like a queen through the whole process. On the big day all stress was alleviated and her team was phenomenal in making sure things went smoothly. I would highly recommend Lavinia Paul Events. -

Lavinia Paul Weddings and Events was truly a God-send! She worked hard to make our wedding more beautiful than we could have ever imagined. She came to save the day when I really was not looking forward to the headache of planning any part of my wedding as I had initially wanted a smaller wedding but could not get around it, -being that we have large families. Lavinia not only went above and beyond for us, but she also looked for the best vendors to accommodate our budget. She stayed on top of us when we dragged our feet, set up conference calls because we were planning our Mass wedding from GA. Anytime something seemed like it was going to be an issue, Lavinia was there with a plan B, C , and D. I am so grateful for Lavinia Paul Events and would definitely recommend her to anyone in a similar situation or any other because I have confidence that she can handle it all!
