  I really enjoyed working with Lavish, very precessional, helpful, compassionate and compassion about her work. I had the pleasure to work with her staff, and she was amazing. On my big stressful day, I knew I could relax because my pictures were in the best hands. One more thing, I adored her because she took the time out to listen and understand exactly what I wanted.

  Rika was a pleasure to work with from the start. Her communication was professional and prompt and helped me to feel comfortable that she was ready to be there for me. She went out of her way to get the special photos that I wanted at my venue. She created a great combination of spontaneous and posed photographs just as I had asked. I know I have photographs I will treasure forever and I highly recommend Lavish Touch.

  We couldn't have picked a better photographer to share our big day with. Rika and team were beyond helpful, friendly, easy going, and professional. Unfortunately, a few days before the wedding Rika called and informed us that she had a family emergency and would be unable to shoot our day, but will make sure we were well taken care of by another photographer on her team. I could tell in her voice that she was saddened by the call she had to make. We were extremely nervous on the day but was relieved when the photographers from the team showed and were just as friendly and professional. They were able to capture all of the personalities within our bridal party and the love that my husband and I have for each other. Lavish Touch Photography’s ability to use our venue to take photos were absolutely breathtaking and the end outcome was more than we could have ever imagine. It was truly our pleasure to have the Lavish Touch team as our photographers. We would highly recommend Lavish Touch Photography to everyone we know.

  Rika is a phenomenal photographer and a wonderful person. My wife and I hired her to photograph our wedding, and Rika delivered the best product imaginable. She walked us through each of our decisions and made sure we were going to get exactly what we wanted. After the wedding, she edited our photos and posted them for download within a day!   I was very pleased with the service of Lavishtouch Photography! Ms. Givens was very professional and helpful. She was flexible and very understanding. She not only provided photography service, but referred me to other vendors for makeup and a photo booth. Ms. Givens made the payment process very easy and was very reasonably priced. She took so many wonderful pictures! The day went so fast and she captured a lot of moments that I can look back and remember! I would definitely recommend her services and use her again! Oh I forgot to mention she did our engagement photos too, which was included!

  Jerrika was exactly what I needed during my wedding planning. I had no idea what I wanted to do and even the few ideas I did have, I wasn't sure how to articulate them into a style. She worked me to plan a timeline, style, everything! She was funny, laid back and understanding, Most importantly, affordable! I am so happy she shared my day with me and was very happy with the results. I would definitely recommend her to capture any event!

  Jerrika did an amazing job with our engagement photos and we were so excited to have her shoot our wedding. The week of she sends me a confirmation email mentioning 2 photographers that I have never heard of. When emailed that we had agreed she would be the one to shoot the wedding, she responded she had family issues and couldn't make it. The photographers she sent were amateurs at best and didn't make us feel comfortable or happy about them being there. I understand family things come up, but with how much weddings cost it is hard to be lenient. I'm sure she will do a wonderful job editing the photos we ended up with, but it would have been nice to have the photographer we hired to actually show up to our wedding.

  If there was a way to give negative stars I would. The only thing that is 5 star worthy about lavish touch photography is that when I demanded my 600 dollar refund after experiencing the absolutely WORST customer service of my life, Jerrika returned the money to me on Venmo in about 15 minutes. I don't even know where to begin with how absolutely appalling it was to work with Jerrika it nearly ruined our wedding. Two days before our wedding out of NO WHERE, Jerrika emails me saying and this is a direct email quote:
  
  "It It is almost time for your wedding! Are you ready?
  Your assigned photographer for your wedding is Andrew."
  
  My first response is, who could Andrew possibly be? Jerrika told us at our in person session that she would be bringing an assistant or second shooter to get shots where we would want both faces in the photos her only example was the first look. There was no mention of a name of who this was and we never saw a photo that Jerrika claimed was the assistants. As I was very confused, I emailed back surprise asking would Andrew be the only one present. Her response:
  
  "Andrew will be the only photographer present."
  
  That was all she said, like any sane person would react I was incredibly confused. This was never discussed that Jerrika could possibly not be there and instead send someone else she absolutely never mentioned. When I responded asking what had happened she simply replied:
  
  "I had a personal family matter that came up and I can not be there."
  
  That was it no apology no explanation absolutely nothing at all. Long story short, Jerrika claimed this incredibly ametuer photographer was her partner and that she only offered us the second shooter as "a favor." I immediately canceled 6 of the 8 hours I had booked with her asking for an immediate refund.
  
  If Jerrika expects to own her own business she needs to work on her customer service and professionalism it's all appalling currently.
