Having a good planner will make the difference on your wedding day and luckily we had a great one. Listen, our day would not have run as smoothly, or been as stress-free for us, our parents, or our wedding party if it was not for Delia and her team. She recommended the dream team of vendors to help make our day beautiful and special and brought our vision for our wedding to life. We worked together over 18 months on the wedding and Delia made sure we had everything we wanted on our day, and not a detail was missed. As a type A and anxious person, I did not have a care or a worry in the world on my wedding day and neither did my husband. We ate, drank, and partied! The LCD team is the key to the perfect day! -

Let me begin by saying that Delia is a PHENOMENAL wedding planner. I encountered her at a close friends' wedding. I was so intrigued at how graceful she was throughout the ceremony and reception. I was enamored at how effortless the wedding flowed and how magnificent the design and decor was. So, when my time came around, choosing Delia as my wedding planner was a non negotiable. She informed me from the start that she would be my wedding bestie. And she SUPERCEDED that title to it's entirety. So why stress over planning your wedding when you can have an amazing experience with Delia and her team at LCD Events. My wedding was beyond what I could have ever imagined. She listened to my ideas and manifested them to another level of luxury weddings. She's well respected in this industry and I would recommend her services one thousand times over. -

Better Than My Wildest Dreams
Where do I even begin? Delia is so beyond phenomenal. I can barely put into words the amount of passion, dedication, and creativity she gives to her clients. I was so stressed out trying to plan my wedding on my own and then I found Delia. She helped me find and book the best vendors in the city. Her planning process is flawless; she listens to your ideas while offering her expertise every step of the way. The attention to pays to detail is unmatched. Signing with Delia was the best decision I made during the planning process. The design and coordination were better than I ever dreamed they could be. Her work is absolutely breathtaking and she is such a joy to be around. I am telling you...BOOK HER. You will not find a better planner. She is the one. She is honest, upfront, and realistic with her clients and always makes sure we are her top priority. If I know anything, it is that Delia King #1 person you need on your team. Delia King will make the vision you have for your event a reality! There’s is no doubt about it! If you really want to know what to look for in the perfect wedding/event planner, READ TO THE END! I’d like to to start by thanking Delia, her husband, and the LCD Events team for making our wedding day a dream come true! When my fiancée (now wife) came to her, we had a vision but our ideas were scrambled across the things we saw on Instagram and Pinterest. We desperately needed someone to guide us through the pieces and make our wedding day dreams and wishes a reality. Once we gave Delia that task, the woman went to work y’all!!! She was always a call, text or email away. She always responded quickly, and I would even wake up to her and my fiancée on the phone late at night discussing details when necessary! In the midst of all the planning, obstacles came and went. However, you could hear and feel Delia’s positivity at every turn! She recommended amazing vendors, coordinated and communicated with those outside of her recommendations, and demanded the absolute best out of each of them! Best of all she kept us in the loop at every step. When something changed or fell through, she came to us immediately with options and solutions at hand. You could feel that she was truly on your side, that she had taken on your wants as if they were her own. All I asked was that the wedding day go as smooth as possible. The entire wedding ran ahead of schedule and my wife and I were able to enjoy our day without a hitch. Delia and Lavishly Chic Events is the one for your event! Tanisha Sent on 10/09/2017I don't know where to begin with just how grateful I am to have had Delia help me through my planning process and the day of. I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have made it through the day without her. She took care of so many issues that arose that I wasn't even aware of and made sure we stayed on track and that everything that was promised and paid for was delivered and executed as scheduled. I felt like I had a sister helping me through the day and not just a wedding planner. My family and friends loved her and her team as well and was really impressed by how smoothly things went. I'd highly recommend Lavishly Chic Events to anyone who wants to have a carefree wedding experience.
