Half, dead flowers
Nothing is more disappointing than getting a wilted, basically dead bouquet on your wedding day. Even men that don’t know anything about flowers could tell they were dead and my vendor team agreed. As a wedding planner, it was embarrassing when everyone knew to expect nothing but the best from me and I thought I had hired the best. In short, to my fellow planners and future brides, I don’t recommend working with Le Bloomerie.

Le Bloomerie's reply:
Hi Regina,
Thanks for your review. We stayed at the out door venue and put all flowers out until the last minute as it was very hot that day and the sun was intense on the roof at the hotel. Additionally, we filled out your vases with ice water to keep the flowers from wilting. It would have been best to have some type of tent to help protect the flowers.
Unfortunately we discussed this previously in our email. You requested a refund of 1000.00 dollars. We refused to give you this refund and here is our email below explaining why. Your response to our email was thanks, I’ll proceed accordingly (which looks like you feel the need to give a bad review, even after we went out of our way to make your wedding day look beautiful and did not charge you for an extra delivery. We also gave you free cake florals, a free bar arrangement, extra florals for the gift table, extra candles and votives at no additional cost and upon request. Our assistants also stayed overtime to protect the flowers and put them out at the last possible minute to prevent exposure to the sun. We also floating over 50 extra heads of flowers in the fountain for you to make sure your day looked extra lovely.
Please see email response below:
Hello Regina,
Hope you are doing well and having a lovely post wedding rest!
First, I wanted to let you know that I am sorry that you find yourself unhappy with the bouquets.
I am going to itemize the issues here so we are able to keep the communication clear:
1) Freshness:
I want you to know we did all that was in our power to make sure that they were fresh and perfect.
We bought the florals and kept them in a commercial refrigerator before they were styled and designed.
They came from the cooler into an air conditioned car and then were handed directly to you. When they were handed off to you I felt they were fresh and ready for the day.
2) Cascading: As noted, please see pictures attached below. These were the images in the contract that you had signed off on that indicated that the bouquet was a cascading bouquet and therefore I designed it as was approved.
I had noted you were 5 feet in the contract and I designed as I felt was appropriate for your person.
3) Lateness: I do apologize that I arrived at the wrong location but as the two locations were close together, it has not delayed us much in time when I arrived. What delayed us was the design re-do which was the main issue in you missing your pictures with the bouquet present.
You had desired me to re- do the design so that was a choice you had made which in turn made it so that the bouquet was not present.
Based on the above, I do not feel that it is right that you request 1,000 dollars back.
We designed a bar arrangement and added cake flowers and extra votives, table candles and flowers floating in the fountain.
In our contract we clearly state that no funds will be refunded.
Thank you and have a lovely week!
Cheers,
Melissa
