I can’t begin to tell you how thrilled we are that we chose Leah!! Leah was recommended to us by our wedding planner. Already being vetted by our professional planner, we assumed she would be amazing. Little did we know that we couldn’t imagine having anyone else be our photographer for both our engagement and wedding!!
Her bright, fun, and genuine spirit makes couples feel comfortable being themselves. She makes them feel at ease and truly makes magic happen so that she can capture the natural chemistry on camera. She brought out the best in us, and therefore we got the best pictures!! She is such a great listener, and captured everything we wanted. Her experience and artistic perspective are hard to beat! Trust her process because you will be left with everything you could have ever imagined and more. Out of all our wedding vendors, Leah has become one of our favorites. We adore her and highly, highly recommend her!! -

We found Leah through an online post regarding elopement photos. After looking through her portfolio, we JUMPED into her inquiry link. With only days to spare before our last-minute courthouse elopement, we knew it was a long shot, but we wouldn’t be able to rest if we didn’t at least try... Leah got back to us immediately saying - and I quote - “IM IN!”. We were shocked! In hindsight, this makes absolute sense knowing even a fraction of the person that Leah is. I am certain that anyone who gets the chance to work with her would feel just as special with the care and attention that she puts forth.
As a couple whose comfort levels in front of the camera are on opposite ends of the spectrum, she made us both feel confident, beautiful and safe to be ourselves with her. The moments she captured are beyond our wildest dreams – The photos feel authentic and so effortlessly us! We didn’t only gain stunning photos from Leah; we also gained a friend. We would recommend her to anyone and everyone. There is no doubt in my mind that we will be reaching out to work with her again in the future. -

A talented and fun photographer
Leah was wonderful to work with. She took the time to get to know me and my wife prior to shooting our elopement. She made the whole experience fun and natural. She was so quick to turn around photos back to us and we could not be happier with the final package. We look forward to booking her again for our celebration with family! Her editorial style and attention to detail is what we loved about her work and it was such a bonus that she was a LOVELY and fun person to capture memories with! -

My wife and I have nothing but great things to say about Leah! She was incredibly friendly, professional, fun to work with, and made us feel comfortable in front of the camera, not to mention very talented! Leah was communicative throughout the entire planning process, and delivered our whole gallery in what felt like record speed (three days!). We are going to cherish these photos forever, and are so grateful to have had Leah there to capture our big day! -

Outstanding photography, friendly, affordable, and very supportive & easy to work with!
We evaluated several photographers and immediately clicked with Leah. Her style is sharp and crisp, but more importantly she was super easy to talk to and plan things out with valuable expertise on the wedding planning and cadence. The last thing you want is added stress - Leah crushed it with her affability and flexibility and we had a fantastic night. Everybody in the wedding appreciated it all! -

Engagement photos of my dreams
Where do I even begin…Leah is an actual SAINT. She moved her entire schedule around to get some last minute engagement photos for my husband and I before he deployed. Not to mention…waking up for a SUNRISE photo shoot at the crack of dawn to capture our vision in the mountains. The photos were BEAUTIFUL and exactly what we envisioned. Leah is so down to earth and easy to work with. We felt incredibly comfortable and laughed for about 90% of our session. I’ve used her now for college grad photos and hopefully a future wedding reception’s . COULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE BETTER 💕 -

I wish I could give Leah all the stars in the sky she is that amazing!! Leah has been my photographer for some of the biggest moments in my life - from university graduation to my wedding there is no one else I would have rather had there behind the camera. Her personality is infectious, her ability to make you comfortable in front of the camera is unreal, and her photos are THE BEST OF THE BEST. Seriously, look no further for your photographer!! She is thoughtful, thorough, talented, organized, and an amazing human to top it all off. Everything about the process with Leah was easy breezy and she takes the time to get to know you as a couple to best serve you when she's snapping pics! People still compliment my engagement photos over a year later (she was stopped at my wedding to ask if she was the same photographer cause people loved them so much!!!!) and I want to print and frame EVERY picture from my wedding. Her packages are reasonable and she has something to fit everyone's needs. She's up for an adventure and her travel fees are WORTH EVERY PENNY (she's based in VA and I got married in MA) -

When it came to planning our wedding, the first vendor we knew we would be hiring is Leah. We have worked with her numerous times in the past for holiday photos and she even shot our engagement :) we wouldn’t even sign for venue until we knew she was available for that date, thats how badly we wanted her! Not only does she take stunning photos, but she has a way of making EVERYONE feel so comfortable. All of our guests, family, and party noted how much fun she was. She brings the energy needed to keep everyone smiling and giggling for the best photos. I highly suggest working with Leah. After the wedding the only thing left to remember that day are your photos, and she will make sure you can relive it over and over. -

The Best Day!

I am going to force myself to keep this brief, because otherwise I could write a whole dissertation on why Leah is the most amazing wedding photographer!
From our very first phone call with Leah, my husband and I knew we wanted to have her with us on our big day! We had some definite nerves about being in front of the camera, but Leah put us at ease when she explained her philosophy of incorporating movement into photographs to help people loosen up and express their true selves in a more comfortable, less posed way. It was clear from speaking to her that she put a lot of thought and intention into making the experience as comfortable, and as natural as possible.
Her work really speaks for itself, and especially as 2 people who are pretty camera shy, I was amazed at how she was able to truly capture the love that we share for each other in a way that felt so genuine and authentic! We had such a wonderful time with her during our engagement shoot that I even commented to my (now) husband that the only thing I regretted about hiring her as our wedding photographer was that she couldn’t attend as a guest at our wedding! When we started to share our wedding pictures with family and friends, we all agreed that Leah’s photographs truly allowed us to relive the whole experience all over again - and really, what more could you want from someone who is capturing one of the absolute happiest moments of your life! -

Leah was an absolute DREAM COME TRUE! I had been following Leah on instagram for MONTHS just dreaming of one day working with her. My now fiancé planned a surprise proposal at a lantern festival that included Leah camouflaging in a group of people pretending to just be another attendee. When my fiancé got down on one knee and asked me to do forever it was truly magic but what really made the night even more special was when I realized that Leah was there to capture the entire moment. My fiancé and I had never done a couples photoshoot before nor had we even been professionally photographed and as a same sex couple it was something we were both nervous about but Leah was a dream to work with! She made us feel so comfortable and beautiful and magical and was just the sweetest person to ever be around. The photos she captured were STUNNNIG and something we'll treasure for the rest of our lives. We hired her as our photographer but I truly consider her my new friend. 10/10 would recommend in a heartbeat and I cannot wait to have her capture our special day!! -

Best and most comfortable photography session
We’ve never gotten our photos taken before and Leah made us feel so comfortable. She makes an experience that can seem daunting, so easy, and more importantly, so much fun. We felt like we were playing the whole time while Leah laughed and celebrated our engagement with us. Best part of all, the results were absolutely amazing and so much more than we could’ve asked for. Best Wedding Photographer EVER!
Leah was the most pleasant and communicative vendor we worked with throughout our entire wedding. From the moment we had our first phone call to meeting her in person she truly felt like a life long friend not just someone we worked with during our wedding. You can tell she puts her all into her work and It shows. We’ve gotten so many compliments on every single photo we’ve gotten back from her. Leah has been absolutely amazing as our photographer! Our wedding hasn’t happened yet, but she did do our engagement photos and I am beyond impressed with her! She is extremely flexible, fun, outgoing and truly knows how to make people feel comfortable. It honestly felt like we’ve known her for years! She’s extremely fast and diligent with editing, listens to requests and above all, has such a creative eye! We wanted her as our photographer due to her open mindedness, expertise of photography and how she captures moments.
Even our initial call with her felt professional, yet as though we were having a conversation with a childhood friend. She’s extremely tentative to details, super witty and truly one of the greatest people we have ever met!
We are SOOOO excited to have her at our wedding. We have been boasting about her since we met her. We can not wait to introduce her to our friends and family, as they, too, are extremely impressed with her work!
I remember when we met her in person and thanked her for meeting us and she said, “no, thank you! Doing photo shoots feels like Christmas to me”
I 100% recommend Leah, her passion and abilities are impeccable and it’s amazing just how comfortable she makes you doing your shoots! She suggests things to do, where to go, seeks out spots before even getting there.
She is just amazing, I can’t say enough about her!!!
Update- we just got out sneak peak photos from Leah for our wedding and we are OBSESSED. Truly believe is the most amazing wedding photographer out there. Our family and friends loved working with her day off and are beyond impressed with the results. COULD NOT RECOMMEND ENOUGH!! -

Truly outstanding to work with!
Leah was phenomenal to work with. Throughout the entire process, she went out of her way to make everything as smooth and easy as possible while ensuring our happiness. She is creative, thoughtful, and makes everyone around her feel comfortable. Although she was there to capture our day, she was truly such a joy to celebrate with - which was also reiterated by many of our guests! Additionally, her work is exceptional. Writing this is so difficult because there's just so much to say about Leah. She is amazing and professional and obviously cares so so so much about each couple she works for. She made me and my husband feel so comfortable taking photos, even when it was raining and cold and otherwise slightly miserable outside. She captured amazing candid photos and it never felt like a chore doing the posed ones. She's friendly and nice and saw that I was feeling overwhelmed during a particularly busy moment of the night and advocated for me to get a break. Her photos are breathtaking and she works so hard it felt like she was in a thousand different places at once but it never felt like she was in the way or out of place. The teasers I got back have blown away every single person who has seen them and they're so amazing I want to print every single one and tape them to every surface of my home so I can look at them constantly. I have included my favorite shot from the night but I could have chosen any one of them to showcase. Honestly, my wedding wouldn't have been as magical without her. -
