  Good Transportation Option

  Overall, the leatherstocking trolley provided great transportation for our guests from the local hotels in the area to our wedding venue, The Otesaga, and back. They were very flexible to work with and even allowed us to add on a stop at the last minute to help provide transportation for a group of guests staying at nearby Airbnb. Each of the local hotels in town that we used for a wedding block all recommended the leatherstocking trolley service to us, which says a lot. The only areas of improvement we could suggest would to be able to provide better communication via email or phone call. There were several times we had to wait weeks and months before we heard any type of response back. This delayed response time just made it take a while for us to plan things such as the shuttle timeline, which was the only downside.

  Great Transportation For Guests

  We wanted to provide transportation for our guests to and from their hotels to our venue. Leatherstocking is a great and fun option to have for this. They provide great service, but my only issue is the lack of communication. I tried reaching out to them about setting up the schedule of getting my guests back to their hotels and I never got a response. I had to call them from my reception to confirm the pick up time. I will say that I was happy that someone was available to answer the phone when I called. The miscommunication was cleared up right away, but I just wish it was done sooner. Overall a great company to hire for you wedding transportation needs.

  Good transportation option for guests

  We provided the trolley for our guests staying at other hotels to get to and from the ceremony/venue without the worry of driving. It was a great service and super cute mode of transportation, the only issue I had was the lack of communication. I tried reaching out a little over a week before the wedding to confirm details and settle up final payments and did not receive any responses until 2 days before the wedding. The person I was in contact with was on an unplugged vacation and did end up apologizing and said he should have let me know he would be out of town during that time. It all worked out in the end and was a great experience.

  Trolley Service

  We booked the trolley as a way to transport our guests to and from our wedding. Our guests were happy to have this service available, and after the wedding we were thanked by many for providing it.
  
  The initial booking was easy enough. However, as we finalized the timeline of our wedding, changes to the original schedule needed to be made. I requested these changes and received a timely reply with the updated contract. However, I did have additional questions and attempted to get back in touch with the owner, via e-mail, phone and facebook. After about a month, the owner contacted me and explained that they were experiencing a family emergency and were also at a very busy point in their season, with 7 upcoming events. This is understandable, but some form of communication noting this would have been appreciated.
  
  Overall, I would still recomend this vendor. However, I would just recomend trying to reach the owner well in advance of your event if changes to your contract need to be made.
