    Totally positive experience. Our driver was at all stops on time and in good spirits. The limo was stocked with balloons, roses, water bottles, champagne, and a good air conditioning system. My bridal party and I were so grateful for the convenience of the limo service on my wedding day.

    My husband and I worked with Patrick at LeGrande Affaire for all our transportation needs which included a limo to bring the bridal party to the wedding, a shuttle to bring guests staying at a hotel to and from the wedding venue, and a getaway car for me and my hubby. From start to finish, Patrick was helpful and provided us with all the information and contracts we needed. Additionally, the limo, shuttle, and getaway sedan were all clean and very professional looking. To top it off, the drivers were all prepared and very efficient. They arrived and left as scheduled and I would not hesitate to use LeGrande Affaire again in the future.

    I have exclusively used this company for the past 12 years. They were amazing on my wedding day. The only thing I would change is that they wrote "Matt and Melissa's wedding" on the side but wrote it in window paint and it was very sloppy. I just wish they would have put more time into that. Other than that though they were on time and the coach bus looked amazing!

    Working with everyone at LeGrande Affaire was wonderful. The gentlemen I spoke with in the office were extremely helpful and very professional. Our driver was really nice too. He showed up early and waited patiently as we said good bye to our friends. I would definitely use this company again.

    Le Grande Affaire Limosine services were sucha delight to book as our Transportation vendor for our very special day! All the amenities were fabulous! The driver was sooo nice & professional! Our experience was a wonderful one to remember! Thanks Le Grande Affaire!

    The drivers called the day before the wedding to confirm. They were on time and ready for pick up. After our wedding, they decorated the limo and opened up a bottle of champagne. It was great! The only downfall is the shuttle that was transporting guests broke down on the way to the reception, but they all made it ok and in time for most of the cocktail hour.

    LeGrande Affaire was very good to us. The driver was very friendly and extremely helpful. We got to our destination with style and on top of that they arrived ahead of time.

    They arrived ahead of schedule which was awesome. The driver was very friendly and eager to help with anything he could. We got to and from our destinations without a hitch

    I went with Le Grande Affaire coz they came highly recommended by a good friend on mine. She was right! Le Grande Affaire made is so easy to book our limousine for our wedding. Their website has pictures and it made the decision so easy for us. They provided exceptional & prompt service. Tony (our chauffeur) called the day before the wedding to follow up and even arrived a few minutes earlier, which was so reassuring. He made me feel like a queen on my wedding day! He made sure my family and I had everything that we needed and was extremely professional. Their prices are so competitive too. I will definitely use them again should I need limousine service again!

    LeGrande Affaire was our transportation on our wedding day.It was great,they arrived exactly on time and knew the area well enough to stop for pictures.The limo was clean and neatly decorated.We where glad to have hired them because we did not run into any problems.They have the best prices in Santa Clara.

    My only problem with them was that they do not allow anyone except the person(s) on the contract make any changes. Our coordinator tried to call to change our schedule and they would only talk to me. Not what I wanted to handle but it all worked out and was quickly fixed.

    Everything was great with the company except when our coordinator tried to change the pickup time and locations because we couldn't do a before look with photos they would only let those on the contract make changes. The coordinator was allowed to confirm our services but they never gave her the times so the day before we were dealing with that.

    Our transportation to the airport. On time, pleasant driver, helpful with our luggage. A good deal for your money.

    I was really happy with the service we received from Le Grande Affair. The driver called the day before to introduce himself and confirm all the details. On the day of, he actually arrived ahead of schedule, which was really important to me since we were really cutting it close time-wise. He was very friendly and accommodating. Since the drive from the hotel to the ceremony site was so short, we never even had a chance to pop open the champagne. To my surprise, the driver actually left it for us!

    Altogether, they were very easy to work with, flexible, and accommodating. I'd definitely consider them again if I ever had any need for a limo. :-)

    I found this limo company at a bridal fair. They were offering discounts if you signed up that day. They were great the day of, but the only thing that really bothered us is we wanted to stop somewhere along the way to take pictures and they said they would not stop. They had something else they had to be at by a certain time. Our drop off time was 5pm they got us there at 4:30 so we could have been able to stop for a little bit, but they wouldn't budge. Other than that We got flowers and champagne. The inside was nice.

    We had a great experience with this company. Their limo arrived on time, and they called the day prior to confirm (which is always nice). The driver was really nice and even upgraded us to a larger limo when I told him that our flower girl wanted to ride with us! Very professional!

    Here's the deal, I have had previous good expereinces with Le Grande Affair and I hate to give them a bad review because of one driver.
    Basically the driver was supposed to pick up the groom and groomsmen, drop them off and then go to pick up me, the bridesmaids and the moms. He got the first half right, but at noon (with the wedding at 12:30), I called the driver and asked where he was, he had not read the entire contract, and was still at the church. He picked us up at 12:20, we had a very bumpy ride to the church because he was speeding, and arrived 10 minutes after the wedding was to have started.
    However we also hired a town car to drive us to the airport after the reception. The driver was prompt and friendly and got us to the airport SMOOTHLY and quickly.

    We enjoyed the car we selected very much!!

    The day before the wedding our chauffeur called us because he didn't have pick-up information. I had emailed it to the person I coordinated the car with way in advance and made it very clear and very detailed so I was disappointed that as I left my rehearsal dinner for a nice relaxing evening I received a call from our clueless chauffeur. After very carefully giving him very thorough details, he picked up the first party no problem, but he could not for the life of him figure out how to get them to their destination!!! Which then resulted in the rest of us being 40minutes late! Overall, it was disappointing working with Le Grande and I probably wouldn't trust them for a big event like this again.

    Probably the only downer at our wedding... it didn't ruin the best day of our lives! Our driver was Raymond and we rented a 2007 White Cadillac Escalade. He was on time and the limo looked great! Raymond was not very nice - not mean - just not very personable. Everyone else I encountered were so happy for us and we fed off that. Raymond seemed grumpy and got pissed off at my coordinator because he didn't know where to go once we got to the venue, but it wasn't her fault! I can't expect everyone to be happy for us, but it would've been nice. I paid for a transportation service and that's what I got. End of story.
