    I have to say hiring Michelle was the BEST decision I made at the start of my wedding planning process. She is very professional and made my husband and I feel extremely confident in working with her. She guided us every step of the way throughout our 18 month engagement. The best part about working with Michelle is she has so much experience and a true passion for what she does. She will recommend excellent vendors based on your needs, and will assist you with contracting with them every step of the way. She is so thorough and will remind you of the details that many brides and grooms often forget. My number one advice to any bride and groom is to invest in a great wedding planner, and I'm so glad I found that in Michelle. I would highly recommend her services.

    I didn't know I needed Michelle until I met her. There was so much I didn't know. Not only is she detail oriented, but also she has such an incredibly keen eye for design; both of which were exceedingly apparent when we first spoke. I was immediately comfortable with her, and knew that she would craft a perfect event.

    I was planning my wedding in Atlanta while living in Jersey City, which brings with it it's own little unique stresses. Luckily enough for me, Michelle has worked with out-of-town brides before, so she was able to communicate across the distance without batting an eye. She scheduled a bunch of vendors back to back for my one trip down, which I appreciated so much. No running all around town for me!

    The vendors that Michelle selected were all such a joy to meet and work with. Again, she has a great eye, so she definitely curates her choices carefully. And boy, does she do it well.

    The day itself was so perfect. Every moment of my day was planned, but in such a way that it helped, rather than add stress. I had total and complete confidence that Michelle was in charge of the situation. I'm not really sure how she does it, but I'm pretty convinced that she is capable of physically being in three different places at once. I never once felt hurried.

    Michelle's vision came together so perfectly for the ceremony and reception. She had somehow managed to both understand my basic ideas, and transform them into something so much greater. I am so grateful to have met her, and cannot begin to express how much I appreciate all of her hard work and planning.

    Atlanta brides: you can do no better. Really truly, this was a perfect experience.

    Words cannot fully express how thankful I am for Michelle! My wedding day was a day that I will never forget. Her execution was flawless and her ideas were amazing. I was totally stress free and I can honestly say, from my perspective, that nothing went wrong on that day. People still compliment me on our wedding day and I have to give all of the credit to Lemiga Events, her staff and the fabulous vendors that made our day.

    Lemiga Events was the best decision we made when it came to planning our wedding. We worked with Michelle and she was completely knowledgeable of what it took to have the wedding we dreamed about. She was able to recommend vendors for every area needed as it related to the wedding and reception (I.e. linens, catering, lighting, cake, dj, videography, photography etc). These just weren't any vendors but the best of the best. Not to mention she has worked with may of these vendors before and our association with her offered price negotiations we could have never received on our own because they trusted & her. She also availed herself to attend meetings with us which was great because a lot of times we don't know everything to ask as the client. Lastly, her educated opinion in this area was one which could be trusted.

    The day of was absolutely flawless. She and her team knew how to run the day from top (vendors arriving to set up) to bottom (all our items being put in the right car with the right people after we departed). There were no slip ups and if any problems came forward myself (the bride) or the groom didn't know. I attribute that to her detailed timeline for the vendors, bridal party and everyone else involved of what time we all were to be in place and where.

    My mom always said, "you get what you pay for" and we got exactly that and you will too. If you are looking for someone to be there with you from start to finish and giving you 100% at all times Lemiga Events is the way to go. Check out the website (www.lemiga.com) and you will see quality at it's best. The best part is you feel that you just aren't another wedding "client." Yet, Michelle heard every detailed from our first consultation and from that moment our wedding wasn't like anyone else. She truly cared that she helped us produce the wedding we wanted and cared about us as individuals.

    If you are wavering on hiring a wedding planner--DON'T! Just do it. I am in the wedding business, and have been for five years, but hiring Michelle Gainey was a no-brainer. Not only did she bring an incredibly talented design eye to the table, but her organization to the task and dedication to the bride is something I don't think exists with a lot of other planners in the city. She was just as excited about my big day as I was, and that goes a long way in the world of wedding vendors, when it is really easy to feel like another contract in their book. Michelle was ready to put out fires, calm down my anxiety, solve problems and creatively work with my budget. She gave me practical options and blew me away with the team she put together. Never once on my big day was I worried about anything going wrong. I didn't even have the chance to. She ran the show seamlessly from behind the scenes. Her togetherness gave me the confidence to be a bride who thoroughly enjoys her big day, rather than just get through it. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending her to another bride.

    Michelle Gainey of Lemiga Events was a wonderful wedding planner. I was the type of bride that was unresponsive due to my extensive travel schedule in and out of the country. This means that I relied on Michelle for most of the communications with vendors. She was always helpful and her attention to detail regarding the decorations was outstanding. She really knows how to remain calm even in very difficult situations and the finished product was beyond my own dreams. I had an excellent experience and would refer her to anyone considering having a wedding.

    Michelle and her team were amazing! They really made our wedding day fabulous! They were always there when we needed them, and kept everything moving at just the right pace! Michelle made us feel so comfortable and completely relaxed! Also, in the two months leading up to the wedding, her advice, expertise, reassurance and help coordinating vendors was beyond wonderful! We absolutely loved everyone on her team!

    Michelle is an incredibly organized wedding planner who truly listens to your vision for your wedding day. She keeps all the other vendors on track to make sure your day is successful. Although I am very organized, it was wonderful to have someone like Michelle on my team who made sure everything was just the way I would have done it myself. Michelle has a great eye for detail and went above and beyond what we had expected. She focused on the little things so we could enjoy ourselves on our wedding day.

    Michelle Gainey of Lemiga Events made our dream wedding come true! Everything was absolutely gorgeous and even better than we ever envisioned. As an out-of-town couple, Michelle assisted us with every step of the wedding design process and vendor selections. Her professionalism and knowledge of the wedding industry proved invaluable as we had to maximize every planning visit. Like most brides, I expected wedding planning to be a stressful process, but I can honestly say that I experienced no stress and I give Michelle, Lemiga Events, and StudioWed vendors all the credit. She receives my highest recommendation, with no reservations.

    Michelle is an excellent wedding planner. She always kept me on track, and she made sure I met all of my deadlines. My wedding day was seamless, everything ran according to schedule. And my guests were completely amazed. They all had so much fun. I completely credit Michelle for keeping things so organized.

    I really do not know how we would have survived planning our wedding if we did not have Michelle Gainey of Lemiga Events. She literally was a godsend! She made everything so organized and easy (well, as easy as you can make planning a wedding!). Her responsiveness to issues, concerns, and questions was unmatched. She literally would respond to our emails and questions within minutes, which always made us feel at ease knowing that we had someone looking out for our best interest. I really feel like Michelle and Lemiga Events went above and beyond their duties with our wedding. The outcome far surpassed our expectations. Everything turned out more beautiful than we ever could have imagined! Lemiga really helped create a memorable and gorgeous wedding. We couldn't have asked for better service, professionalism, and quality.

    Michelle did a great job planning our wedding and making everything we desired come alive! I've heard stories of people not really understanding what wedding planners do and can't see the value in it. I found my experience with Lemiga to be the opposite. Michelle made the difficult phone calls and organized everything perfectly for us. My advice to new brides would be if you choose to go with a wedding planner, don't feel like you have to sit back and let them do all the work when you're itching to jump in there with your own opinions and creative ideas. After all, it is your wedding and you'll feel better knowing that you significantly contributed to making your wedding day magical!

    People are still talking about my wedding saying it was the most organized wedding they have been to. They were really impressed and Michelle and her team did a wonderful job. I was not worried one minute about anything. They handled everything very well. Thank you so much. Great job!

    Hire a coordinator - biggest piece of advice. They think of things you cannot think of, even if you have a catering director helping with the reception. Tamara worked with us since we only needed help with the ceremony. We had to move the ceremony inside five hours before the start time and no one would have known - she took care of everything and neither me nor my family or attendants had to worry about a thing.

    My wedding day was "PERFECT". My coordinator organized the entire event. She communicated with ALL the vendors, on a regular basis.

    As I took my walk down the aisle and noticed that a plain theather room had been transformed into a Beautiful-Beautiful Santuary. (Breathtaking)

    As I entered into the "Beautiful" ballroom, words cannot begin to describe the amazement that I saw with my eyes......All I can say is WOW!!!! I knew in my heart it all because of my coordinator.....She made my wedding day Beautiful, & Elegant, and that is EXACTLY what I wanted.....

    Michelle is an awesome and wonderful person to work with. She is very creative and very visual in what she does. She is the best wedding planner ever! She will definitely make your dream come alive. I'm so glad to say that Lemiga Events was who helped me with all my wedding needs.

    I hired Michelle Gainey of Lemiga Events to assist with my wedding planning and decor and she exceeded my every expectation. I just can't say enough good things about her. She is professional, personable, organized, smart, creative, open minded, punctual, communicates well, and everything else you could possibly hope for in a wedding planner/event designer. I mean every word of that. Only because of her did my wedding "dream" come to reality. She helped me with every step of the way, listened to my ideas and shared ideas of her own, attended vendor meetings with me and explained things about the wedding industry and how things work when I didn't understand, gave me her honest and helpful opinion about which vendors to use, made time lines and schedules for my wedding day, and took every ounce of stress off of my shoulders. She was very quick to respond to emails and phone calls (most of the time she was having to track me down, lol, not the other way around). She is worth every penny of her commission/fees and then some. Hire Michelle and I personally guarantee you will not be disappointed. She is the best of the best, no doubt about it.

    Lemiga Events planned a bachelorette party and bridal shower for me. She worked so hard to remember every little detail. the venue was amazing and the decorations were far more than what I expected. I would use her service again anytime.

    Michelle and her team at Lemiga Events are true professionals. As any blushing bride-to-be knows, the wedding process is extremely stressful. Tack onto that living more than 1,300 miles away from the wedding location and it can be quite a colorful situation. Well, that's the case with me. My husband and I live and work in the Midwest. However, I'm a Southern belle. So, my wedding ceremony was in Georgia. With Michelle in my corner, it didn't feel like I lived that far away. There wasn't one moment where I questioned what was going on, how it was going to happen, when it was going to happen or where. Michelle made sure I had all those questions answered.

    The theme of my wedding was Old Hollywood Glamour. From the arrangements, to the linens and even the lighting, Michelle was able to bring it all together and have people talking about it a month later. Folks are saying they've never seen a wedding more elegant than mine. I had a thought - Michelle made it into a sensational reality. I want to pinch myself - instead I'll keep basking in the moment of what was an incredible day for me and my new husband!

    If there's one thing that I can say about having Lemiga Events do my wedding planning is that it was definitely worth it! Michelle has developed great relationships with many vendors and they all work together to create art. I was absolutely blown away when I saw the way Michelle put the whole design together. Anyone could walk in the room and be able to tell that it was my and my husband's personality. The level of professionalism that her and her team have is not common. I really felt that they had everything under control. I can literally write paragraphs about how pleased I am. I cannot rave enough. Put that one day that you only get once in the hands of someone that you can trust. Thank you Michelle.

    Lemiga Events provided wedding coordination and event design services for my wedding. We worked with Michelle Gainey and her team for a little over a year to plan the wedding. The end result was a fabulous wedding and rehearsal dinner that were well-designed and coordinated.

    The planning process was difficult at times due to communication challenges with the Lemiga team, which resulted in some missed deadlines and over-budget expenses. However, overall, the outcome was awesome. Michelle handled obstacles with professionalism. She advocated for us with vendors (because the wedding industry is fierce!), she coordinated vendors who could produce our wedding vision, and on the wedding day, if anything bad happened, I didn’t know about it. The process had its bumps in the road, but the wedding was a great success.
