  Thank you Jocelyn!

  Jocelyn was so wonderful to work with and helped make our wedding run smoothly. We met regularly over Zoom, which was very convenient, and she helped keep us on task as far as planning timelines. She offered suggestions for vendors and helped us navigate some COVID related challenges. She was very thorough in her communication and volunteered to touch base with any and all vendors prior to the wedding day. She was always very willing to help or assist with anything we needed and was available via email or text with a quick response time. Overall, we felt that she offered guidance and support while still allowing us to make the decisions, which we really appreciated.
  
  Jocelyn had a very calm and collected demeanor and personality which helped with all of the wedding stress we were sometimes feeling. She handled everything in stride and with confidence which was very reassuring to us during the planning process and day of.
  
  Then on wedding day we honestly couldn’t have managed without her! She created a timeline that was easy to follow and kept everyone on track throughout the day. She had eyes and ears on everything and was quick to come find the Mother of the Bride, Bride, or Groom as questions arose from the venue or guests. Jocelyn was willing and able to help set up the ceremony and reception spaces and was also one of the last people to leave for the night; having made sure everything was clean and packed up. We were so fortunate to have Jocelyn a part of our day!

  Jocelyn is awesome!!

  Leo Moon Events is awesome! Jocelyn is very calm, organized, and had a great planning process, meeting with us regularly via Zoom leading up to the wedding. She has very clear pricing and packages, and she was very helpful through the planning process helping me check on my progress and getting everything in order in the weeks leading up to the wedding. She was also so amazing on the wedding day, helping set up and tear down before I could even think to ask! It was so wonderful to have someone there that I trusted running the show, so I could relax and just enjoy the day!! Definitely recommend Jocelyn as a day-of coordinator, she helped with so much more than just the day-of! Thank you Jocelyn!!

  Great with planning and creativity within our budget!

  Jocelyn was kind, friendly and eager to help with our wedding. I hired her halfway through my planning process to help with finding some of our vendors as well as day of coordination and overall design/decor. I was planning a wedding in MN from another state and she was so helpful in going to see the venue for me and offering ideas and input in how to pull the whole event off. She was resourceful and creative, conscious of our budget and interested in supporting other small local businesses.
  On the day of the actual event, everything went off without a hitch and I assume that she was working behind the scenes to keep things moving along in a less obvious way. She was just quieter than I had hoped, and didnt have as much of a presence as I had hoped for and a few guests/family members during set up mentioned not knowing who our coordinator was. Overall, She listened to what I wanted and delivered a finished product that was what she promised as well as lots of helpful tips and insight along the way. She’s excellent with the planning process but could benefit from being more attentive on the day of. Don’t get me wrong, we had an amazing wedding and I would recommend her as a planner/coordinator, just trying to offer my honest and complete feedback.

  Professional!

  Leo Moon made my day exceptional! I couldn't have asked for a more professional or kind person to do my wedding for me. Jocelyn was spot on with every little detail, I felt like on my wedding day I could actually breathe and relax because it was getting taken care of... I was very skeptical because the prices at Leo moon were so much cheaper than other places that I was interested in, but I decided after speaking to Jocelyn I wanted to let her do my wedding for me. I honestly couldn't have made a better decision. 10 out of 10 I would hire Leo Moon to do any event that I needed help with. Thank you again Jocelyn for all your help!

  I don't even know where to begin. Jocelyn was on top of everything from the very beginning. My husband and I both work full time and had no idea where to even begin in our wedding planning process. Jocelyn was so incredibly helpful in managing all of the little details and vendors who were less than pleasing to work with. From her organization prewedding details, to the countless meetings we had to ensure things were moving along and we were on track during the planning process, to managing time and wedding decor and making sure vendors were doing what they needed to be doing on our wedding day. Jocelyn's organization and management allowed for my husband and I to stay cool, calm, and collected and enjoy not only planning but most importantly our wedding. We HIGHLY recommend her for any large scale events you may be planning.
