  Amazing! Highly recommend!

  Rich and Shelby made our dream wedding come true! They not only helped us scout locations and organize day-of vendors (hair and makeup, florals, musicians), but also made our important day stress-free and super smooth -- the last thing we wanted to worry about were day-of logistics, but Rich and Shelby helped us organize an agenda and made sure that all of our vendors and celebrants were on schedule. We could not be happier with the pre-wedding consultations, officiating, and photography services provided by Let's Knot and Say We Did - We highly recommend them to anyone looking for an intimate and intentional elopement style / micro-wedding!

  Look no further!

  There's no amount of words or stars that can describe the experience of my wedding ceremony. Rich gave my new husband and I EXACTLY the energy and emotion that we wanted. We are a slightly unorthodox couple and he captured that perfectly. I love that he took the time to get to know my husband and I personally. While guiding us in our vows, he was encouraging, helpful, thought-provoking, and completely approachable. You do not need to look any further for an officiant that gets you and your partner.

  Unforgettable

  I don’t even know where to start. Our wedding was impeccable and very intimate, everything we had hoped for. They were willing to adapt, and really help us out with every detail. I love how they put in personal touches throughout to really make it personalized. There is nothing more I could’ve asked for to make that day unforgettable. We would’ve done it all over again and really understand and see why they are so successful, as a couple they really know how to work well together to execute the perfect wedding day. Don’t know how to thank him enough, if we ever decide to do another larger wedding, we will definitely hire them again.

  I don’t even know where to start. Our wedding was impeccable and very intimate, everything we had hoped for. They were willing to adapt, and really help us out with every detail.   Perfection

  Rich!! We wanted to say how freaking happy we are that you officiated our wedding ceremony! It blew us away, as well as, all of our guests!! We had so many people come up to us and ask us how long we have known you!! So many compliments were said to us so we wanted to pass that along to you! My dad said it was the first wedding ceremony where he actually wanted to keep listening to everything that was being said. It was truly perfect and we could not be happier. You are amazing and we would recommend you to anyone we know getting married! Thank you again for making our ceremony so personal and so fitting to us!! 🤍

  So happy with LetsKnot, Highly Recommended!

  We wanted a no-stress wedding with beautiful pictures and they knocked it out of the park. Rich and Shelby created a unique and personalized wedding experience based on exactly what we wanted. They setup everything from hair/make-up, flowers, a musician, even a private chef for afterwards, and they were ALL AMAZING! Have the wedding YOU want with these two, highly recommended!

  Let's Knot

  We received Let's Knot as a recommendation from our planner for our micro wedding and we are so glad that we did. Rich was amazing from initial outreach all the way through wedding day, and we are so appreciative that we were able to have him with us. He truly took the time to get to know us as a couple, and almost every guest commented how personalized and lovely our ceremony was. I was very hesitant to write our own vows, but with a small push in the right direction from Rich it truly made the ceremony that much more special.
  
  The only very small detail I will say is that we had requested a microphone or mic to be used so that we could insure all guests could hear very clearly (as well as for video audio), and there may have been a mishap as one was not used during the ceremony itself. We only received one comment that is was hard to hear Rich when he was speaking, but just though it should be noted for future weddings especially to pick up those special moments as Rich is a fantastic speaker and told our story beautifully. This falls into the coordinator/planner lap so not a reflection on Let's Knot, again just mentioning for future weddings as those small details sometimes get missed in the hustle and bustle of the day.
  
  On the business side of things they have their outreach and system automation set up perfectly so you are aware of next steps, upcoming meetings, any questions/follow ups, and invoicing. If you are planning the wedding yourself you will be so grateful to have vendors that have taken the time to really set up their business as a business to streamline the process as it can be overwhelming with all the vendor emails and notifications. Overall we could not recommend Rich and Let's Knot & Say We Did enough! Thank you again Rich, it was a pleasure!!

  Absolutely amazing!

  I cannot say enough amazing things about Rich and Shelby. When we were trying to decide what we wanted for our wedding, their website spoke to us. You could tell based off of everything they wrote that their hearts and souls are present in helping couples have an amazing wedding experience. After our first meeting with them, I knew that we had made a great selection and it felt like I had known them forever. It made the whole process so much more comfortable. They did such an awesome job at making our wedding day unique and special to us, as well as stress free. The ceremony that Rich created meshed perfectly with our vows. Everyone was blown away by how it was organic and specially crafted just for us. To top it off, Shelby killed it with her amazing wedding photos. She absolutely blew us away and we had a fun, relaxed time taking them. It wasn't awkward posing but us just being ourselves and her catching amazing moments on camera. The whole day was perfect and I cannot thank them enough for their help. They are both genuine, lovely souls and I am so happy that they were with us on one of the most important days of our lives!

  My husband and I could not have envisioned our day being any more special/personal/intimate. Rich and Shelby are hands down some of the most incredible humans we've ever met. We had a vision and they brought it to LIFE! They were there for us every step of the way- from the our first zoom "interview" to parting our ways post ceremony-- they even stopped by our reception, how cool?! We are so extremely grateful for their genuine commitment to their customers' happiness and to bringing out the authenticity of our relationship and channeling into the most beautiful, unforgettable ceremony ever. Rich officiating, Shelby capturing the day.. the whole package!! They were our people for about 7 months. They were (are) accessible, reliable, and brilliant. They've touched us beyond our wedding; inspired us to both live a life more freely and true to ourselves. We never dreamt we would connect with a "wedding planner" so much- but what they offer is different. You won't understand until you experience it. Highly recommend, hands down. Felt like a break up when our wedding was over- even though I'm 99% sure neither one of them would hesitate to answer a random call from us. We wouldn't change a single thing.

  Rich & Shelby were amazing! My wife and I decided to hire a wedding planner because at the time she was on a temporary work relocation to Africa and I was living in California. Between time differences and general availability, it seemed like all planning odds were against us. However, Rich & Shelby came through, meeting all of our requirements which wasn't easy given the fact that we also were planning a destination wedding. I mean, talk about a lot of variables and requirements! The wedding turned out perfect, and the picture locations afterwards were even better! It was an experience that couldn't have been better, all thanks to Rich & Shelby. They stuck with us for over 6 months, planning and getting to know us, so the day would turn out perfect. They really went above and beyond making the day really special. I highly recommend them!

  Create the space to celebrate your ❤️

  We absolutely cannot say enough wonderful things about Let’s knot and say we did. First off- GENIUSES in their craft. They are both so creative, intentional, and refined in what they do. The really are a dream team. Shelby behind the camera and envisioning the space was better than I could have even imagined and Rich— wow what a perfect officiant. We had both done the big wedding and I’m sure that works well for some people but it wasn’t the case with us. We knew we wanted to celebrate us, but we wanted it to be about US… not everyone else. (Sorry fam!) I knew nothing about adventure elopements (or just elopements in general) and was very timid to pull the trigger because of price. I’d met with another company and the process wasn’t clear- except the need for a 10k down payment. From our very first meeting Rich and Shelby took the time to listen to what we wanted, explained how pricing worked, (what was due and why) and truly made our vision come to life —- and then some! We wanted to get married in Glacier and They were willing to travel for us, pull others in for us, even went out of their way to make recs on things not included in our package! Rich and Shelby took the time to get to know us. They made our ceremony surrounded around US, our love, our commitment, and our adventure together. I cannot imagine a better experience and cannot recommend them enough. If you’re a couple toying with the idea of eloping, call them.

  Sedona Elopement

  Words cant express how amazing our experience was with Rich and Shelby! From morning yoga to a seamless ceremony, it was truly perfect. Rich officiated our ceremony and you would have thought he had known us our entire relationship, the thought and love he put into it was wonderful. Our day was everything i had hoped for from beginning to end!

  Richard is a standout officiant. As a wedding and elopement photographer, I work with tons of different officiants and Let’s knot and say we did really does set themselves apart. Extremely personable and always has a huge smile on his face. What more could you ask for?

  Perfect, Personalized Ceremony

  My husband and I had no idea where to begin when it came to searching for an officiant. We originally had planned to have a friend officiate our wedding, but due to a 2020-wedding reschedule, we ended up needing an officiant. We're actually so happy things ended up that way! Rich was perfect. He put us at ease from our first phone call! He's extremely professional, kind and honest. He also clearly loves to celebrate love, and that was really important for us. While we aren't a religious couple, we wanted our ceremony to reflect the love story that brought us to our wedding day-- with a hint of spirituality to bring together our new families. My husband and I aren't terribly traditional, and even asked Rich is he was comfortable guiding us through a Cocktail Unity Ceremony during the wedding. He wasn't just willing, but excited to help in our fun and different ceremony. Rich perfectly executed all our requests! He even added a little humor, with a nod to our favorite fast food stop and our puppy! Rich was incredibly responsive throughout the planning process, and gave us tips on how to write our own vows. At the end, he made sure our ceremony was emotional, full of love, and happiness. We had more than a few family members tell us they couldn't hold back the tears! If you're looking for someone who can become more like a friend than just a "hired for a wedding" officiant, Rich is your guy!   Rich & Shelby are undeniably amazing. They completely eliminated all stress, and brought such a wonderful energy - connecting with us in a way that made them a part of our family and our day. It is obvious they love what they do, they have a passion for guiding you through your day with a warmth and a love that is completely authentic. They planned for things and created outcomes we could not have imagined and made our wedding so much more than it would have been without them.
  
  Shelby’s photography is beyond words. There were times we thought “you want us to do what?!?!” But the end result leaves you speechless.

  The BEST Officiant for your wedding ceremony

  Rich from Let’s Knot and Say We Did is seriously the best of the best. From the very beginning he was so kind and took the time to set up a Zoom call to know myself and my now husband. We also later on met up in person to really get to know one another and discuss what was important for us to be included in our ceremony. Rich takes his job very seriously and did such a great job taking notes during our meeting and asking important questions to ensure all was being covered. Shortly after our in-person meet up we received a thoughtful gift from Rich showing his enthusiasm towards our ceremony. It was such a thoughtful touch.   Amazing for Day 1. Highly Recommend 💞

  We first reached out to Rich and Shelby in August 2020 to book our wedding for April 2021. Unfortunately, because of covid and restricted travel we had to wait until April 2022.
  IT WAS SO WORTH THE WAIT!!! Rich & Shelby are the most caring, approachable, understanding and genuine people. It was a pleasure to work with them on almost every aspect of our wedding ceremony and reception.
  We live on the East coast and had never seen the ceremony or reception location before our actual wedding day. Thats how much faith we had in Lets Knot and it paid off more than we could ever had dreamed off.
  They work with exceptional vendors.
  We booked our ceremony venue with Rich officiating, photography with Shelby make up, hair, flowers design and arrangements reception venue just to name some.
  Everything was a complete dream and everything we visualized was carried out with such love.

  Rich was INCREDIBLE! He completely set the tone for how much love was in the air the rest of the night. So many people came up to us saying how great he was and asking who he was bc they thought he must’ve already known us. He was such an amazing part of our day.

  We have nothing but the best things to say about having Rich as our officiant – our wedding truly would not have been the same without him.
  From the very beginning, Rich made apparent his love for helping facilitate truly authentic wedding. Throughout the entire process, we were challenged to consider the details that would make our ceremony special to us. And any suggestion we had; Rich had a way to make our idea a vision and encouraged us to include any details important to us.
  Rich spent the time to get to us know us as both individuals and a couple. He has the ability to read people so well and was able to learn about our relationship and articulate it during our ceremony in the most beautiful way. All of guests asked how we knew Rich as it seemed he is a friend/family. We included many religious details as well as a unity ceremony into our ceremony. Rich scripted a ceremony that not only included all the details in a smooth manner but included sentiment and humor at the same time.
  If having a unique ceremony that will highlight you and your partner’s compassion and love for each other – he will accomplish it! We both had our personalized vows, but Rich’s words during our ceremony seemingly encompassed our vows to each other (and he hadn’t read our vows!). He truly has a way of connecting with others and articulating love and compassion in words.
  Our ceremony was truly more beautiful than we could have ever dreamed of! I couldn’t be more thankful that we had Rich as part of our special day.

  Rich and Shelby helped us plan the best day to celebrate the start of our marriage! They took time to get to know us and made the planning process seamless and fun! We appreciated the way Rich layered in personal details and aspects of our cultural traditions as he officiated and Shelby made us feel comfortable during photos. He created such a touching, emotional moment for us and our guests that everyone commented our ceremony was the best they've experienced. Rich worked closely with us leading up to our wedding date and with his calm, comforting style, assured us that everything will go smoothly. On top of listening to our story and incorporating deep personal elements into his words, he helped us prepare our vows and gave us ideas for unique unity cermonies. Rich will cater to anyone's wedding event style; in our case it was formal and he dressed very well and brought a grounded energy that truly made a memorable moment; this is not a simple feat, as the bride and groom are nervous, and being ushered around on a tight schedule - he made us and our guests feel present and we are so glad we experienced such a once in a lifetime cermony under his lead. We highly recommend working with Rich and thank him sincerely.

Rich was a great communicator and incredibly responsive. We wanted a non-traditional, non-religious, light hearted, and celebratory ceremony that was personalized to our story. This is EXACTLY what Rich delivered and more! ALL of our guests complimented us on our ceremony and asked "Oh was the officiant from the other side of the family/friend of the bride/groom?". In addition to our initial zoom meeting(we do not live in the AZ area) he was open to meeting up with us in person when we were in the area for a weekend. It was truly impressive how well he took the answers to the questions he sent us/conversations we had and tied it in perfectly to the ceremony.
