  I was looking for a 'day of' wedding coordinator and found Let's Set a Date and Jessica. I had a vision for my beach wedding and after meeting Jessica, I knew I was in good hands and my plans would be executed to perfection. Even through all the craziness that ensued the weekend of my wedding, Jessica was professional, on point, and helped me calm my husband. When I saw the ceremony and reception spaces, I knew I had made the right decision having Jessica and Let's Set a Date make me dream wedding a reality. Thank you Jessica and Let's Set a Date.

  I absolutely loved my shower and it was the most amazing day ever!! I will remember my first baby shower forever and have so many wonderful things to say about my event planner Jessica Bechtel. She was amazing and catered to all of my wants and needs. Thanks again for your great services and talent.

  Jessica with Let's Set a Date did such an amazing Job on planning our wedding. All the Details came together and the day was more beautiful than I had imagined it would be. On the afternoon of my wedding I got a call saying that the weather was not holding up so they had to move the Venue inside. I was very upset because we were wanting an outside wedding. I was also upset that there was a chance we might not have been able to use my Arch because it was a HUGE Bamboo structure with fresh flowers across the front of it and they weren’t sure it would fit in the inside of the Venue. Jessica and her team made sure to make it work some way or another and it worked out BEAUTIFUL! Jessica is so easy to work with and whatever vision I had she went for it and made it even bigger! My wedding was a destination wedding and Let's Set a Date couldn't have made our Stay in Naples, FL a more relaxing time because they had everything under control and i didn't have to worry about one thing. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is planning any type of party especially a wedding! Their attention to detail is definitely their strong point. Our big day was Breathtaking thanks to Let's Set a Date and their team!

  EXCELLENT! AMAZING! TALENTED! These are just a few of the qualities that the staff at Let's Set a Date Co. exhibit in all of their work! We had the pleasure of partnering with Let's Set a Date Co. for our 11/11/11 wedding in South Beach, Miami. Jessica was absolutely amazing through the entire event planning process! She paid close attention to detail and made sure that EVERYTHING that we requested was implemented and executed. Our wedding was everything that we had ever dreamed of and we owe a very sincere THANK YOU to Jessica and the Let's Set a Date Co. team!
  
  Not only did we hire them for full event planning, Jessica organized, designed and decorated my Bridal Shower as well. I can not even describe how BEAUTIFUL everything turned out! She has an amazing eye and handled all of my bridal attendants with velvet gloves, which was probably the hardest part! If you do not hire Let's Set a Date Co. to manage, design and bring your DREAM to life you will regret that you didn't! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!!!!!!!

  We had Kendra as our coordinator and she was fantastic. Took the stress out of pretty much everything that went wrong and handled it well. Gave us some great contacts for our reception as well!
