    The best day

    Morgan and let’s talk eventz were so helpful every step of the way for my wedding. With two years of planning Morgan helped me stay on track and helped me bring all my ideas to life. Morgan and the team took away so much of my planning and day of stress I got to just focus on being in the moment with my spouse.

    Very detailed and professional!

    It was a pleasure to work with Morgan! We hired her for our day of coordinator for our wedding reception (we did the wedding ceremony privately the month before) and it was amazing to work with her and her husband Spencer. She communicated with me often leading up to the day. The day of, I didn't have to worry about anything. I was able to enjoy the event with all of our friends and family. It was really special and we are so thankful for Morgan and Spencers hard work and dedication to making our reception memorable!

    Wedding Day Savior

    My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Morgan. They aren't lying when they say planning a wedding is HARD work. We chose a venue that did not come with any vendors. If I didn't have Morgan at the wedding to manage all of the vendors, set up all of the decor, and come to the rescue with last minute needs... I would've spent the entire night making sure everything was running smoothly. Instead of being the hosts of our wedding, Morgan made us feel like the guests of honor. Hiring Morgan is the best money I spent hands down. I am so grateful for her and cannot recommend her enough!

    The best decision!

    Morgan with Let’s Talk Eventz was the best choice I made in planning my wedding! She is the kindest, sweetest and easiest person to communicate with. She met me in person, texted, called and e-mailed me with answers or recommendations or just kind words whenever I needed them. She took any hiccup I had along the way with vendors and handled them professionally and quickly. She felt like I was working with a friend and that meant the world to me in the chaos of wedding companies and employees I had to interact with. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone who is on the fence about hiring
    help. It made the biggest difference for me!

    Best Coordinator Ever!

    I don’t know where to begin. When I read Morgan and Destiny’s bios on the website, I already knew I was going to like them. I then checked out the instagram and could tell Morgan not only was knowledgeable, but a lot of fun. I was choosing between a couple different coordinators for my wedding at first, but after chatting with Morgan over the phone none of the others could compare. She made the entire conversation about my (now) husband and I. Of course she was professional and answered all my questions, but her focus was on us and our vision for our wedding. Every step of the way she was supportive and communicative. She and Destiny were so much fun to get to know and work with. And when the day arrived, the two of them as well as Morgan’s husband helped our day come together. With their help our day was everything we imagined and more. My family and wedding party raved about the Let’s Talk Eventz team to me and my husband, and we agreed with every one of their comments. I could not have asked for a better team to have helped me on my wedding day and they are such cool people I hope we all stay in touch afterward! Look no further… I promise this is the perfect team for you and your wedding day!

    Flawlessly Pulled Off!

    One word comes to mind when I think of Morgan and Destiny, lifesavers! I couldn’t fathom pulling off our amazing wedding without the help of Morgan and Destiny! We went to a bridal expo and came across Destiny, she was so sweet and answered all of our questions. We scheduled a phone meeting with Morgan and that’s what sealed the deal! Any sort of question I had, whether I thought it was dumb or unnecessary, Morgan was only a text away and answered every single thing without making me feel like the inexperienced bride I was. Morgan was able to give me recommendations for vendors and always listened to my requests. Coming from an “everything must be perfect” type of person, Morgan’s timeline was so organized and perfectly construed, I had no complaints. I last minute decided to change things to the timeline and Morgan was so nice, she was able to accommodate all of my changes. There were so many things going on behind the scenes that she took care of. From speaking with all of our vendors and making sure everything was completed, to helping set up decor exactly how I wanted on our wedding day. I’ve never felt the trust and reassurance I had with Let’s Talk Eventz, where I could just sit back and not worry about a single thing. I didn’t just have a wedding vendor, but I felt as if I had gained a friend. I 1000% relied on them and they did not disappoint! If I could re-do my wedding, I would pick Let’s Talk Eventz a million times and one! Thank you for helping Michael and I have the best day we could ever imagine!

    Amazing amazing amazing! Must hire

    My coordinators. Let’s Talk Eventz by Morgan Stefanie Heywood These ladies are straight up angels. Some people told me I would be fine without a coordinator and I literally don’t know what I would have done if I hadn’t had them!! Like I honestly truly believe that I would have not enjoyed the day as much as I did if it wasn’t for them!! They dealt with everything so I could just party and have fun!!! It was worth every penny. They dealt with so much and they did more for me than I could have asked for. They dealt with my wedding drama and made sure my day was about me and my husband. They had my back on everything and felt like true genuine friends. It was so nice getting to know them. I honestly dont think the wedding would have gone so smoothly if it wasnt for them. They are just so nice, they respond quickly and they were incredibly professional. I felt that they were a total game changer for the wedding. I also was doing a lot of the wedding myself and they helped me along the way. For example, they were able to say "hey, did you think of this?" or "did you know what you wanted to do for this?" Or “Why don’t we help you get this organized.” Just AMAZING people. I was so happy I had them on my team.

    Above and Beyond!

    Morgan and her team went above and beyond helping me to plan and execute our 20th wedding anniversary. They were extremely organized with detailed timelines distributed to myself and the entire vendor team. Lastly, with weather as an unpredictable factor Morgan's team was able to present and execute a last minute venue change that led to the best night ever! She and her team worked tirelessly to pickup all the rentals previously delivered to my home and transport and set them up in a new location, communicating all the NEW details with every vendor and providing me with easy instructions for all my guests to receive the changes. Beyond her work efforts, Morgan and each member of her team are genuinely good people who truly care about the success of your event.
